Pros (+) Staff was excellent, room was very clean and very comfy. Room service for dinner was great.
Cons (-) Only two elevators that allow 2 people at a time, took forever to get on an elevator. Fire place in the room, the reason we book this hotel over others, does not work. Room service unavailable in the morning, call 5 times, remain on hold for over 30 minutes only to get busy signals each time. Pros (+) Beautiful. Comfortable, luxurious.
Cons (-) Staff assistance was hit or miss. Very frustrating. Some staff was very helpful. Others were not to the point of carelessness or rudeness. At this hotel I had expected service to be exquisite. It was not. For the price there's other hotels with better service who value their customers more highly.
