Pros: The rooms were very nice

3,3 Mediocre
Pros: I didn't like much about the hotel, amman overall is a horrible place to visit there is not much to do in the city, you are better off finding a cheaper hotel to get the same horrible service.
Cons: Well first off it took over an hour and a half to check me in, I made my reservation two days in advance, once I finally got my room key at 4am the room they gave me had some one in it!!! I have heard of this at small hotels but not sonething I would expect here. The service is sub par, the hotel is full of guys not one girl works including the housekeepers which is a little weird, the food sucks and is way overpriced, they have a bar but you can't go in unless you bring a girl. This place overall is just horrible, save your money I'm sure all the other hotels in Amman are this way but at least you won't have the sting of the high price tag.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel great service and great location!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is very easy access to nearby attractions away from the main traffic. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was good variety and quality.
Cons: Everything was good except for a few lights problem
5,0 Okay
Pros: It's a nice hotel, but getting in and out of it is quite a pain... Due to enhanced security measures, you have to walk through a zigzag walkway to get to the hotel, which is fine, but when you need to get a ride from a taxi, or especially from an Uber or Careem, they can't get to it. Most of the rec facilities (indoor swimming pool, sauna, etc.) were closed due to renovation.. It got a bit noisy at times due to construction in the area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place is sooo beautiful and the breakfast and service is second to none

7,5 Good
Cons: Very old infrastructure
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Diana at check in was very efficient and helpful, Nader in the lobby made sure we found our way to dinner outside the hotel and even one of the gate security guards intervened when an independent cab driver tried to scam us. We had an excellent dinner one night at il Terrazzo in the hotel. The service was spot on and the chef come out to see if we liked how he had prepared our meals and why he used the flavor combinations. Breakfast the next morning was also top notch and both Raed at the reception and our server Alaa made sure everything was as we expected. Every member of the staff made sure we were taken care of and that our stay was 5 Star. This was the last stop on a fantastic 21 day trip through Egypt and Jordan and the Amman Marriott staff capped it off !!

Cons: Poor front desk service and assistance Faulty AC panel Curtains do not fully close Room service often unavailable
7,0 Good
Pros: The meeting room charges are too expensive, even for all the participants are staying in the same hotel.

Pros: I frequently travel and this was one of the worst experiences I had. Extremely rude management, that refuses to accommodate even the simplest request (look up my Marriott rewards number). I recommend staying at the Intercon next time.

Pros: Ac in shared room
Cons: Not all beds in shared room have easy access to electrical outlets
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bassem the great staff member, the location, the dorm was clean with aircondition and ensuit bathroom. The shared showers where extraordinary clean, even cleaner than in many of the hotels I stayed in here in Jordan. Very good price. There is a nice breakfast buffet with coffe/tee for only 3 jd. They also arrange tours to many of the must see places in and out of Amman. When back in Amman I will for sure stay here
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Close to all the main attractions. The room was quite bright.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Good room with basic breakfast included. Easy walk to sights and restaurants.
Cons: The airport pickup we had arranged was 30 minutes late.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location at the center of Amman. We felt safe all the time. The staff very helpful particularly Bassam who made our stay very pleasant by answering our questions and giving us travel tips what to do in Jordan and Amman and where to go.
Cons: The rooms on the main road side might considered noisy at night by some people as the windows have a single sheet of glass.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The location is good as it is close to downtown and restaurants.
Cons: As soon as you arrive at the hotel, they ask you to pay before you even enter the room (No smiles from the lady at reception..we did not feel welcome). Although on booking.com they say that they accept Visa card, they do not say that if you use it they will charge you 3% extra. We stayed for two nights in the beginning of our holiday and two nights at the end. We asked them to keep a small luggage for us for when we return and they wanted to charge us!!! Ridiculous... Excursion prices are inflated! Breakfast is at 8am which for us was too late . We wanted to leave early before it gets too hot and on our last day to go to the airport. Guests were always waiting in reception so they should have realised that they started serving late. Juice for breakfast is warm and then they add ice to it which most probably is done with tap water... Manager or owner shouts at staff in front of guests....and the list goes on
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: Staff really disrespectful, we came with the driver and they treated him really bad in front of us. Not professional at all. Rude receptionist!!

The swimming pool has a non since and logic restriction on timing which is not suit any family where the mix gender timing is from early 06:00 am to 09:00 am and from 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm where the rest of timing is for ladies only. That timing it doesn’t suit any family with kids where they treat boys whom above 7 years as adults which doesn’t make sense. Even they have no written policy for the boys age restriction where it depends on the supervisor moodiness. When we had escalated the issue to the hotel management they’ve argued that swimming pool have another management where they have no authority on them and it’s not belong to the hotel.... that’s was really weird. In this case the hotel should declare the restriction timing on their web or otherwise they need to admit that they have no swimming pool and needs to remove the pictures from their web. I’ve challenged them to show me their restriction policy, but unfortunately they’ve failed and kept it for the swimming pool supervisor mood and force where your opinion it doesn’t matter....

Pros: The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the location is good. I believe this hotel is underrated in booking, I was hesitate to book here but after the visit I’m very satisfied. I will come back again in my next trip to Amman!
6,8 Good
Pros: Hotel staff are very nice, friendly and supportive
Cons: The hotel did not meet my expectations from Kempinski chain of hotels. I have been to Kempinski hotels in Europe and other countries but i did not find this hotel matching other Kempinski hotels. I found that the hotel furniture needs renovation although i made an upgrade to an executive room.

Pros: It’s was my birthday so they upgraded my room then sending me a cake with happy birthday written on. It was so kind.
Cons: Everything was fine for me.
4,5 Okay
Cons: The bed was inconvenient, the staff was very accomodating, the receptionist did not deliver us, the insurance arrived from the start, we had to go down again, we changed the room, and the occupants were without any benefit from the worst hotels I visited.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely flexible management and staff who will do whatever possible to make sure that our stay was comfortable and upto the standards of the Kempinski group of hotels. My family and I will definitely be back to Amman and the Kempinski Amman will be our first choice of hotel.
Cons: Leaving the excellent hotel facilities and the comfortable and quiet hotel rooms and the friendly staff behind.
4,3 Okay
Pros: Not many things
Cons: There was no hot water in the hotel for quite some time in three nights during my stay, when I called the reception they informed me “ i will check with the guys and get back to you” without any follow up. There was a time I called and asked for water and until now I didn’t receive them, which forced me to use the minibar water (I got charged for them regardless). The valet parking staff were from an external company and obviously without any hospitality background whatsoever. There was a bad smell in the room and in hallway to the room on my floor. The location was a disaster in terms of traffic jams throughout the day. It is not the 5 star experience I was expecting at all!!!
4,5 Okay
Cons: The bath are not clean in the rooms and old

Pros: Location. Clean. They let us use the lobby area for morning fellowship for my small group family.
Cons: Real Hot water only starts on 6am until midnite. Breakfast cannot start earlier than 730am. Need minimum english speaking staff on night shift.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I like everything, The location, rooms are nice, staff are very friendly
5,5 Okay
Cons: Hotel staff were not trained, they were not client oriented except for one staff who was polite by nature and not through training. After checking out, I found out that forgot some personal items & when I returned the same day to collect them I was told that the cleaner dumped them in the garbage without even informing the lobby staff. Only one item, my sleepers (worth only $10.00) was returned as the cleaner said he was going to use while my medical sport shoes (worth $243.50 and purchased two weeks ago) was dumped in the garbage according to the cleaner. What surprised me is that the owner of the hotel told me it was my mistake because I should have made sure that I collected all my staff before checking out.
5,5 Okay

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is super sweet and accomodating and the breakfast was one of the best we got in Jordan.
Cons: The rooms are very small and basic and the bathroom isn’t maybe the cleanest but price value wise this hotel is top
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff has been very friendly and helpful all the time, from check-in at the reception, to bell boy and breakfast team. Location is superb and room was quiet. Great views from the rooftop.
Cons: Maybe bathroom was a bit small, but clean and practic.
8,6 Excellent
Pros: Very cheap, great location, and a very friendly staff.
Cons: The hotel is renovating some rooms and the lobby, and there was drywall dust on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom throughout my stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very well located property. Basic but with all the things needed. Building a bit run down, but hey, is Amman's city centre most buildings are like that.
Cons: Roof top terrace is nice but they don't serve anything there apart from breakfast. Some evening tea or coffee after visiting the city would have been nice. If planning on enjoying the terrace bring your own snacks/beverages. Also the breakfast is reved quite late, so if you have to fly early in the morning forget about it.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very kind people at reception, very simple breakfast but nothing bad! I suggest Arab Tower yo stay near city center and main city life. Rooms were clean.
Cons: Small toilets
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location its absolutely perfect!
Cons: Some toilets could bem really Tide.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast! Amazing personnel! The location is absolutely brilliant - a few minute walk from the main downtown shuk and the Roman theater. Also, very close to the Citadel. The air-conditioning may look old but do not panic, it's the best air-conditioning we had during this trip, it cools the room perfectly (it's not too cold) and it is totally silent, so don't pay attention to the fact that it looks old, it works perfectly. Also, the terrace on the top of the hotel guarantees the best views of Amman!
Cons: Maybe in the future the hotel could invest a bit in its bathrooms. But I understand that this might happen in the future cause it needs time, effort, and money. Other than that I think it's a very good price for a modest but perfectly located hotel with delicious breakfast and amazing employees.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant hotel in a great location. Very kind and helpful staff. They have a contract with an intimate car park in the area, closed at night, at a good price of 2 JOD per night. Very close. Simple, Jordanian breakfast. Noteworthy, however, omelette prepared on request and pancakes. Generally, a great place, although we have a few remarks :)
Cons: I could use a refreshment of the curtains. A cockroach greeted us in the bathroom. Luckily, only one, lonely. During the 3-day stay. The children did not like the addition of lemon juice to the pancake cake.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Staff is extremly helpful, location is superb!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Great location very good people, great price
6,8 Good
Pros: The staff is very friendly and kind.
