7,9 Good
Pros: 1) Complimentary coffee because room was not ready 2) Convenient and free onsite parking 3) Fast check-in and check-out process 4) Bar and restaurants are lively
Cons: 1) Room wasn't ready despite getting confirmation for 1hr early check-in 2) Noise from renovation works was unbearable 3) Apart from new TV, rooms are very old. Stayed there for a wedding otherwise would just stay at the Fairmont (right across street, brand new, superior rooms) until the Four Seasons is renovated 4) Used booking.com because hotel staff quoted a much higher rate
6,7 Good
Pros: The rooms were very nice
Cons: There was reconstruction going on during our stay. Which made it impossible to sleep in the morning. The manager advised that drilling would begin at 10am-6pm. However it had started at 9am which made it very annoying and impossible for us to get proper sleep.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. I enjoyed my stay very much.
6,3 Good
Pros: 2 of the staff: Yara and an old man at the entrance, both are welcoming and can speak good English
Cons: Rest of the staff: upon arrival at night around 11:00pm while we were already exhausted after the flight and transport. We were standing at the front desk and the staff took no intention to greet us, instead, he showed a surprise face that why were you guys there! We had to tell them that we wanted to check in after few seconds dead air. The next day we wanted to ask the front desk staff some questions but they never looked at us even we were standing in front of them. Then we gave up in order not to expand our frustrations towards these people. The second day at the restaurant for breakfast, no one came to guide you to the table so we just sat randomly. When we just sat down, a waiter told us that the table was reserved. Never found a hotel with buffet breakfast with a reserved table. Without any apology, he lifted up the ‘reserve’ sign on the table showing me how ‘ignorance ‘ I was which I thought unnecessary.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room. Service and friendliness of the staff was excellent! Beautiful Spa, although a bit pricy. The location for my purpose was great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: everything was amazing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff members are assiduously helpful and have a good command of English. Room was spacious and comfortable. Really appreciated the bathtub with jets. Breakfast is an interesting array of items including cheeses, olives, breads, warm vegetables, hard boiled eggs, etc. Coffee is pretty decent, served in pitchers with another pitcher of hot milk on request. Patio and pool areas are clean. Gym has one cycling machine, one elliptical, and maybe 4 treadmills.
Cons: Decor is heavy on the glitz. The one dining room open to people who are not part of a tour is equipped with changing colored lights and a large screen playing really tasteless music videos. Thankfully the sound system plays generic jazz and supper club stuff.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and staff was nice and welcoming. The room was quiet and quite comfortable.
Cons: The prices at the restaurant are quite high, if to compare the food quality.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It was again a very pleasant experience, the staff was very friendly, we have been treated like Kings! Many thanks to Ms Yara and her team for making our stay so special!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The choice at breakfast was good and the 2 evening meals we had were excellent. Yara helped sort out a couple of trips for us, so we saw a lot of the country in the limited time we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Cons: The city as a whole is not really geared up for people walking around apart from the Downtown / Rainbow Street area, so it was difficult to do anything independently. Whilst the location of the hotel didn't help with this, it looked to me that which ever hotel you stayed in you would be faced with needing a taxi to get anywhere.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: People were so lovely, helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough
Cons: Pool was a little too cold but refreshing when you get in. It was lovely a clean so really no complaint.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The massage is very good. The masseuse is very professional recommending value for money package.
Cons: Suggest breakfast to have more varieties, international breakfast would be great.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place. Oasis called home for 2 nights. Great staff. Nice rooms. Best shower in 6 weeks. Sensational food. Very close to Jett tours to Petra and Hop On bus.
Cons: Having to leave without trying all the food.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff attitude, friendliness, and hospitality were excellent. Hotel is so spacious and has a lot of facilities. Restaurants are authentic and the food was great. The breakfast buffet was generous and has a lot of varieties to suit everyone in a luxurious way.
Cons: I did not like the common conversations and noise of hotel staff in the corridors near my room. Also the drawers under the TV and the table lamps make a lot of noise while using them or even while touching them.
5,8 Okay
Cons: The rooms are old for the value you’re paying for. Out dated

5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was fine. The hotel taxi driver was friendly.
Cons: The experience we had here was terrible. We arrived after a long drive from Aqaba and my boyfriend also had food poisoning. We'd been looking forward to our stay here thinking it would be a great place to relax on our final night in Jordan and we paid quite a lot for it. Upon check in, they asked me to pay for the room. I already had an email from booking.com to confirm the room had been paid already. The check in staff insisted it wasn't paid but I wasn't budging. He then spent about 10 minutes making various calls before telling me it was paid! I'd asked if we could go to our room while they sort out their payment issue as my boyfriend was ill but that request was ignored. On check out I had exactly the same conversation when I was asked to pay again! We also asked for a taxi to the airport and were told the hotel car cost 50JD. The taxi shop outside said the fare should be 19JD! We said not to bother and we'd sort ourselves but they then said they would do the hotel car for 20JD. It seems like they will take every opportunity to squeeze their guests for more and more money. Extremely disappointing end to our stay in Jordan and I'd think twice before staying at InterContinental again.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice outside dining option, good food, would return.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: A very good place to stay for a short trip over the weekend. The staff was very attentive, they check with you if you still happy in your room. Hotel is in a nice area away from the busy streets.
Cons: The bath was a bit small especially for the 12th floor next to the executive lounge. That should be the floor where you put your best sanitary-ware.
7,5 Good
Cons: Very old infrastructure
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Diana at check in was very efficient and helpful, Nader in the lobby made sure we found our way to dinner outside the hotel and even one of the gate security guards intervened when an independent cab driver tried to scam us. We had an excellent dinner one night at il Terrazzo in the hotel. The service was spot on and the chef come out to see if we liked how he had prepared our meals and why he used the flavor combinations. Breakfast the next morning was also top notch and both Raed at the reception and our server Alaa made sure everything was as we expected. Every member of the staff made sure we were taken care of and that our stay was 5 Star. This was the last stop on a fantastic 21 day trip through Egypt and Jordan and the Amman Marriott staff capped it off !!
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The reception area is OK
Cons: The rooms and the hotel is very outdated, the room was dusty, there was dusty around the TV, there was hair in the bathtub, the air conditioning was noisy, the room was non smoking but the pillows smelt of smoke. I ate at the Italian restaurant which was nice but then I got food poisoning and was sick all night, the next day I was lucky I could fly home, I was sick for the next few days. I told the receptionist when checking out, the manager of the hotel and the manager of the restaurant did not take ownership and accountability it was the hotels fault I got sick.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: I frequently travel and this was one of the worst experiences I had. Extremely rude management, that refuses to accommodate even the simplest request (look up my Marriott rewards number). I recommend staying at the Intercon next time.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff in the front desk as well as the one in the executive lounge

Cons: Perfect stay
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: I didn't like much about the hotel, amman overall is a horrible place to visit there is not much to do in the city, you are better off finding a cheaper hotel to get the same horrible service.
Cons: Well first off it took over an hour and a half to check me in, I made my reservation two days in advance, once I finally got my room key at 4am the room they gave me had some one in it!!! I have heard of this at small hotels but not sonething I would expect here. The service is sub par, the hotel is full of guys not one girl works including the housekeepers which is a little weird, the food sucks and is way overpriced, they have a bar but you can't go in unless you bring a girl. This place overall is just horrible, save your money I'm sure all the other hotels in Amman are this way but at least you won't have the sting of the high price tag.
4,0 Okay
Cons: The hotel is not up to Grand hyatt standards , most of the hotel was under renovations , so just wasted lots of time in just exploring , paid too much for hardwork
6,3 Good
Pros: The room was clean, and the reception staff were helpful.
Cons: Not 5 star quality tbh, because the location has no proper parking and i ended up parking in an outdoor rentable parking lot, and there was too much noise from the raking and drilling the main ceiling beneath my room.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Bright and clean rooms, easy access to hotel with door-code, a short walk from Downtown Amman and Rainbow Street, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, lovely lounge area and outside communal space. The best of the two hotels we stayed in at Amman!
Cons: The beds were the hardest of all our stays in Jordan - but we were all so tired after long days of walking that it didn't bother us all that much. The parking is a little dodgy as you have to drive the wrong way down a one-way street (?!) but we managed it without too many hiccups.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just amazing! From the very first conversation with receptionist Bassam I understood it gonna be great experience. Technical spots: beds and pillows are comfortable, there are enough bathrooms, u can use lockers (don't forget your own lock!), the backyard is the best place to chill out.
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location within walking distance to lots of great places to eat and things to see. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. We also liked the balcony and the view of the city. The breakfast was good and the common room, where we had breakfast, was nice and cozy. The location was very good, close to the city center.
Cons: The staff did not tell us, that we have to leave the key at reception, if we would like to get a clean room and towels. The shower head could not be secured.

Cons: The hotel did not meet my expectations from Kempinski chain of hotels. I have been to Kempinski hotels in Europe and other countries but i did not find this hotel matching other Kempinski hotels. I found that the hotel furniture needs renovation although i made an upgrade to an executive room.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Not much to do around the hotel so you have to take a taxi everywhere
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean Bed comfortable Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: The smell of cigarettes through out the hotel. Smelled smoke while using the gym. Went outside and saw a lady smoking INSIDE the hotel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very nice
Cons: It is a really amazing hotel - but some small things mared our stay there. The shower didn't work in our room as it was broken, The couple next to our children's room were having a massive argument in the middle of the night - and they could hear everything through the thin walls between the rooms. We got conflicting information from different staff about what kind of taxi we would need to book to get to the airport and we were recommended to go to a restaurant in the hotel for supper but when we go there at 8pm it was shut - so staff didn't really have a handle on what was going on. We went to the hotel cafe for dinner and our start and main courses were brought out at the same time... which seemed a but strange
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Location perfect. Staff was really friendly and our room was cleaned quickly every day.
Cons: The machines in the gym could be updated, but I was able to get a good workout in.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Not many things
Cons: There was no hot water in the hotel for quite some time in three nights during my stay, when I called the reception they informed me “ i will check with the guys and get back to you” without any follow up. There was a time I called and asked for water and until now I didn’t receive them, which forced me to use the minibar water (I got charged for them regardless). The valet parking staff were from an external company and obviously without any hospitality background whatsoever. There was a bad smell in the room and in hallway to the room on my floor. The location was a disaster in terms of traffic jams throughout the day. It is not the 5 star experience I was expecting at all!!!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The place is great for a lovely time with family The hotel staff are helpful
4,5 Okay
Cons: The bath are not clean in the rooms and old
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: Very poor erea. Not very clean. Extremely dated.

Pros: Very comfortable clean hotel. Good breakfast too, and very helpful people.
Cons: Light doors, that enabled the noise transfer easily, which was disturbing.
7,1 Good
Cons: Walked past the same dirty plates on the stairs for 3 days. They were even mopped around when the staff washed the stairs but nobody could be bothered to clear them away
7,0 Good
Pros: Location is perfect. The area is very quiet (and looks pretty wealthy) yet very close to Abdali. Moving around Amman is very easy and cheap with Careem or Uber. Staff was helpful - a special mention for Mohammed at the front desk.
Cons: No international TV channels in the rooms. Breakfast selection could be wider.

Pros: Friendly
Cons: Prices is too high
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice and clean
Cons: Horrible internet service. I will not come back because I need good internet all the time. I was loosing internet every minute. Also I did not like to be searched every time I walk in.
7,1 Good
Pros: Hotel and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Good facilities particularly the spa where you can relax in a choice of pools and Jacuzzis- perfect after a day hiking around Petra! Staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful and did not seem to be chasing tips.
Cons: Our main disappointment was the taxi service operating from the hotel. As tourists we, perhaps naively, trusted the prices to be reasonable but realised towards the end of our trip that the hotel had been charging us double what local metered taxis and Uber cost which made us feel ripped off. Also, room service food was presented very well but at the expense of taste which meant it wasn't good value for money.
6,3 Good
Pros: Hotel facilities like the hair salon and the spa.
Cons: Room service food was incredibly poor. Club lounge breakfast lacked variety and was of poor quality. Service was also poor in club lounge.

Pros: Location is excellent and the serving staff were friendly
Cons: We were annoyed with the way we were treated at the restaurant serving Sushi , as we were informed by the hotel that they are open till 1:30 am to be surprised that they do not serve food when we went at 11:30 pm !!!!!

5,8 Okay
Pros: Room is large
Cons: Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not possible to open the windows. This really disturbed me since I’m not a smoker. Wednesday night there was some kind of party. I called the reception asking to turn the music down as it was already midnight. The guy there said he’s gonna call and ask the DJ to turn down the music but actually nothing happened to the volume of the noise and the music was still the same. It was so loud some of the furniture in the room was vibrating with the Bass frequency. Even when the music stopped later on, the noise continued because they were probably cleaning and moving tables and chairs. Thursday morning I could not find any soap, the one I used the day before was missing and no new one. Breakfast is really poor, the bread was old and everything was presented in an unappealing way. Never again...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The place is good in general, room space is very good, and internet coverage and speed is excellent. Breakfast is good but selection isn't much
Cons: A/C is not cool enough, TV service is not good at all.

Pros: The pool, jaccuzzy and gym are nice.
Cons: they rent the hotel for weddings !!! First night of our stay there were 3 weddings in the hotel !! Imagine the noise... Second night of our stay, there were 2 other weddings happening in the hotel!! They rent 3 floors for parties, its impossible to sleep and the staff didnt make any commercial gesture for the disturbance. Plus, you can hear the street very loudly in yiur room, the windows arent thick enough! VERY UNPLEASANT STAY!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: - Location is good. It is on the main road. Good supermarket, pizza hut and KFC nearby. - Good parking space. - Good lobby/waiting area. - Very good breakfast with a variety of cuisines. - Forex was available at the reception. - Iron board is available on request. - We got very good breakfast box packed at 4:30 am as we were checking out early. - We got our airport transfer booked through the hotel. A slightly higher rate than other providers but is reliable. - Got a complimentary voucher for massage in a spa. I could not use it unfortunately due to our tight schedule.
Cons: - Some welcome drink could have been provided. We were waiting for check-in in the lobby for more than an hour. - Room not as shown in the pics. We had booked the premier room. Very less space between bed and TV unit. We could not even move our bag through that passage. - Please install shower curtains as bathroom is very small in size and without shower curtain it really gets messy.

Cons: need some maintenance for furniture
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and new hotel, great customer service and great vale for what i paid- if i go to Jordan again I plan to stay there
Cons: We were on the 1st floor so whenever there is a wedding party you could hear some noise but not too much however if you want an absolutely quite room ask for a room on 2nd floor or higher The gym hours for men are not practical it is only open for men from 8pm to 11:30 pm which did not work for me at all, for for women is is great form 8am to 8pm
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful hotel, staff were so helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble at all, you only had to ask. A real credit to the hotel profession and I have stayed in many first rate hotels and paid a lot more money for less service than we received here Well done Ayass Hotel.

Pros: The Value of money is Okay
Cons: This is not a 5 Stars Hotel at all. I am not sure how Tourism Authority in Jordan give them 5 stars rating. In my opinion it is 3 stars Only. WiFi is horrible and as a business traveler, I coudlnt do much of my work because of that.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Service Bathroom
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel is in a quiet and classy area. I like the jacuzzi and loved the dinning area and the diversity of breakfast. Beds are comfortable of course
Cons: It wasn’t as luxurious as you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. It could be my personal taste but more lighting would be good . However the value of money is great in comparison
6,7 Good
Pros: I really liked the breakfast, the pool was also nice and clean, just a bit cold. Good location traveled everywhere by taxi anyway. Safe neighborhood.
Cons: As a foreigner I didn't like the atmosphere around the pool, too many eyes on me. I felt like I didn't really fit in there. We had real problems with the bathroom wash-basin as it always stuck and we couldn't open it again. Seemed really old. I would expect a modern facility for this price.

Pros: Great stuff
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel was picked for its location, due to our project site be located 5 mins away.
Cons: The hotel was a little tired and could do with some reinvestment or even just some attention to detail. For example, the curtains in my room didn't have all of the hooks in place. It's a small detail but shows that the hotel pays attention to small details.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were big and clean, reception was very friendly. It’s a classy hotel, perfect for relaxing after travelling through hostels and camps. Breakfast was extended, lots of choice.
Cons: The sauna and hammam didnt work properly (no heat, no steam). The breakfast buffet was extended, which was great, but the quality of the bread/croissants was very poor.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location Calm
Cons: Swimming pool and the gyme are for puplic not only for hotel customers No views Bathroom has no lock Rooms need more windows Breakfast is not good
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The location of the hotel is quiet because it locates up on a hill A mini market is nearby. but that is all.
Cons: The hotel doesn’t have working AC. It did not work at all. We reported to the reception and the guy A’la kept sending guys to check and clean the filter but the temperature was still warm even though we turned it down to 15. He dealt with the issue very slow and inefficient and didnt seem to care at all. We found out later that there were many reviews complaining about AC not working, A’la blamed me and said to me that why is it only you complaining about the ac? no one else complains. I felt I was being treated unfairly. instead of appologizing or suggesting other solutions, he said that to a customer?! don’t feel we were being treated friendly at all. we were only here for one night, but anyway, after 5 hours of a guy coming and going, fixing, waiting and more fixing, and more waiting!!! by about 12am, the room is still very warm. Couldn’t sleep at all. and we had a early morning flight to catch!! Wouldn’t recommend the hotel or the staff especially A’la. (not sure if I spell it right.) Now about the room...it could do with a little bit more cleaning and maintaining. we booked a room with extra large double bed but I think we only got a room for a single person as the room and the bed were all small. but i guess you get what you pay for.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Well kept, reasonably modern hotel. Nice decor, comfortable rooms, good bathroom, nice welcoming staff, WiFi in room, varied breakfast, nice breakfast area, downstairs a huge gym, pool and sauna. Men only, bit rundown, but the pool and steam room were a blessing after long walks in Amman.
Cons: All good!
