Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its excellent central location, making it easy to explore Amman’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The service and staff received consistent positive feedback for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning staff members by name. Cleanliness was also highlighted, especially in the renovated rooms and bathrooms. Many reviewers felt the hotel offered good value for the price. Some negative remarks were made about noise due to renovations, small bathrooms, and occasional issues with amenities, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
