Pros (+) Hotel staff are very nice, friendly and supportive
Cons (-) The hotel did not meet my expectations from Kempinski chain of hotels. I have been to Kempinski hotels in Europe and other countries but i did not find this hotel matching other Kempinski hotels. I found that the hotel furniture needs renovation although i made an upgrade to an executive room.
Cons (-) Very poor erea. Not very clean. Extremely dated.
