Very good value for the money Great location great staff
needs some renovation but for the price is very good
Everyone was ver professional. Rooms were very clean nice remodeling.
You need to tell customers that they need to pay to park. Additional 45- 75 dollars to park was very disappointing and the butler food service was awful and completely messed up. You need to get better food service for room service.
Great location and friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed and great bathroom.
There is complementary coffee in the lobby however, I’m room coffee would have been preferred.
1st room constantly smelled like someone was smoking in our room, so the front desk switched our room (which was nice). Only one elevator working, long waits.
Rooms are extremely DARK. No desks
Zero natural light , facing a wall .. I was told all rooms that are not suites are like this and face a wall . Long is beautiful but rooms are just mediocre
Very dark rooms. No desks . Bad value . For the same price you can stay at much nicer hotels
This was our second stay at the Talbott. It has a great location, the rooms are large, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. We particularly like the cozy parlor areas with fireplaces.
There was nothing we did not like.
Large Rooms, Great beds
The restaurant was small with limited options but it appears they are renovating.
The Talbot needs improving.....
We loved the location and the staff
Never received maid service without calling for the three days we stayed there. Disappointed I had to pay $4 for coffee in the morning. Should have a coffee bar out early in the lobby. Would be nice to have a fitness room in the hotel.
Very nice staff and great location
It was perfect
Pricey but worth it
Unexpected personal communication, services, everything top end. Technology and use of it to make the most of your stay. Very accommodating for our Shitzu. Great location.
Room Service was as expected for similar hotels. Pricey, Ave quality, the usual limited items. Wouldn't take much to provide better then expected.
Great staff, very helpful and friendly
I liked almost everything about the hotel. The room was great, the day staff was great, the location is better than several in the area we stayed at in the past. Room amenities were also very good.
The female employee who checked us out in the morning acted liked she was bothered by having to leave the rear office to deal with us. She was sullen and sighed and didn't even look up as I talked to her. She is NOT a good employee to have at this wonderful hotel.
