Pros (+) I loved our room. The newly renovated room was very nice and beds were so comfy. Staff was nice and greeted me with a cookie. They always helped me grab a cab. Loved staff at the pool too.
Cons (-) Wish I understood little better that there was basically no lobby due to renovation. I took my friends to Chicago for first time and having no lobby was a let down even though I understand next year it will look amazing. Just felt like I let my friends down with picking a hotel this nice and no beautiful lobby currently.

Pros (+) I enjoyed how friendly the hotel staff was the most! From the bellhops to the check in desk, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Additionally, I got a wonderful room with a lovely view for a good value. I would love to return to the Double Tree Hotel in the future.
