I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my husband and myself and my son for his wedding. My room was as booked, a corner king. My son requested a late checkin because of the wedding rehearsal and was told they would save his room, also booked as a corner king. I couldn’t check him in even though I paid for the room because I booked through booking.com.
My son was given a ‘king fitness’ room. It wasn’t a king and had exercise equipment in the room. I complained and was told first come first serve and because I booked through booking .com I basically didn’t get the same priorities. After more complaining that my son and his wife didn’t want to spend their wedding night in a gym they agreed to move them the next day at noon, they got in their room at 2. Continued complaining got me a $50 credit.
The hotel room toilet was not cleaned, there was faeces still in the toilet bowel. We also had to ask to have our beds done. Double tree in canada was so much better.
Clean place, the room was fantastic bigger and good space
Cleanless should be improved, all ventilation grids were full with dust and gave me allergies even though they upgraded us to a superior room. I wonder how others room would have been.
Accessibility- shopping, restaurants, tour bus - all within walking range. Noisy neighbours on my third night—- my room was changed with no fuss at all Got to watch the marathon from my second room- thanks to noisy people next to my first allocated room
The view from my first room was a parking lot. Also behind the cupboards and beds was a bit of dirt—- housekeeping should sort that out as those places can be easily reached by just pulling out the room furniture
