Room was ok. Big, but out dated and in desperate need of a refresh and had the bare minimum in it. Tv remote was from ancient history, nothing in the mini fridge, no glassware or bottle opener.
We were told they could hold our bags the next day while we explored Chicago before our 8pm flight. A basic hotel service, I know. Come check out they decided that starting that day they no longer hold bags and we could organise our own paid for service if we wanted to.(if they cut back in any more services you will be lucky to end up with a bed in your room) - thankfully the Hilton across the road helped us out in our time of need. Do yourself a favour and stay there instead.
It’s around everything so if you like to shop or sightsee this hotel is perfect the room was spacious and clean beds could be a little more comfortable. Housekeeping was on point I always had fresh sheets and towels. Will be staying here again and the price was very affordable
Its 50 dollars a day to park I flew in and ubered everywhere so just keep that in mind
Great location, staff was nice, valet was fast & accommodating, building was cool
Carpet in my room (607) was old & gross (fraying & stained). Room was not updated at all and did not look like the website photos 2 different mattresses. Bedding was even different. Windows were filthy
Honestly I didn't like any thing during my staying in this place
Unfortunately I was very upset with my staying in this hotel in fact it was not a hotel anymore it is converted to APARTMENTS According to the manager said to me No housekeeping services to clean the room I have to pay 50$ for cleaning my room The sink was broken no breakfast no restaurant It was very bad experience over all
I liked the room a lot and loved all the space. I liked the little coffee bar and the service was pleasant.
The only problem was the the pipes were a bit loud when I arrived though the sound went away. However, the water in the kitchen had little pressure.
