Cons: Everything was perfect

Cons: Too focused on being trendy. Was advertised as a 4-5 star. More like a 3-4 star No coffee makers in room.

Cons: Some of the furniture in the room was showing some wear. And the desk chair was the only chair in the room. Also, the closet was very small. Not enough space to hang our clothes and coats.

Cons: The rooms were minimalist, which is okay because you aren’t there much. However, the biggest problem we had was that our key demagnetized EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. We put it in different pockets, away from cell phones, we were very careful because it got SO ANNOYING to have to trek back to the desk from the 17th floor every time we went back to the room. Our subway cards didn’t demagnetize stored the same way. I stay in hotels frequently at all price points and have never had this consistent a problem with room access. By the end of the trip I thought I should just probably go wait in the front desk line every time I walked through the lobby just to avoid the trip back down.

Cons: The only issue that ever came up was the shower would leak a bit into the hallway floor.

Cons: Room was EXTREMELY small. Unclean (hairs in sink and on bathroom floor). Not even a small, single serve coffee machine in the room. All for $450 per night?

Cons: The bathroom was very undesirable!! From the door not shutting all the way (sitting at the desk you could see the person sitting on the toilet because there was that much of a gap) to the shower that everyone can see your shadow in - so uncomfortable with others in the room

Cons: Smaller rooms, but I guess this is typical of NYC. I didn't like how the shower was open to the room.

Cons: My complaints are minor. The fact that the food in the lobby is so expensive was a let down. I also didn't like the shower curtains because they kept falling down. My last complaint is that I didn't like the way the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were placed.

Cons: No good place to hang bath towels to dry them so asked to have them changed each day. No magnifying mirror nor place to hang small personal laundry.

Cons: Nothing not to like, except it can be pricey depending on the day of the week you stay ($300-$400/night), but it is worth it.

Cons: Again, location is great as long as you want to be very close to Times Square and all that comes with it. Noise of the city is audible on the 16th floor, but wasn't a problem for either of us sleeping through it. Wifi has a fee, but you can avoid it if you sign up for IHC membership.

Cons: Everything from the quality of room service, attention to detail and cleanliness, broken wifi, and price tag was incredibly underwhelming for a 4+ star hotel. The Hilton a few blocks away is a better value and so is the Westin across the street. This hotel felt stuff, old and dated.

Cons: Pay for wi-fi in the room; shower had no separation in bathroom (lip or tub around bottom - shower water got everywhere. Could not find free coffee in room or a free bottled water. For $400, I would have expected more amenities. Elevator keys did not work for several people, including me, to get to your floor. We rode up and down the elevator several times in less than 24 hours. Many others had the same problem. Big waste of time.

Cons: WiFi wasn't free unless you sign up to rewards club.

Cons: The hotel is large and is used as a convention facility. So if you do not like large crowds and being in the location that is busy and very active during the evening hours, this is not the place for you.

Cons: They apperently give every person in the hotel access to the executive lounge. I'm used to a crowd at times but this was crazy. They need to either expand the lounge or enforce the entry policy.

Cons: I had to complain about room cleanliness and called that room service had not come on 2 occasions.

Cons: The customer service at the view lounge was terrible. The lady that served us did not believe that we enter staying at the hotel and Saud very loud that the room number that we gave her did not exist and I showed her my key. She was very rude we felt embarrased.

Cons: The construction was a bother and woke us up at 4 am.

Cons: There were literally no employees in the lobby so it took me a while to figure out there were kiosks for a self-serve check-in. Employees or better signage would have fixed that. Once in the room (tiny @ about 80 sq ft), the brochure mentioned that linens are changed every three days rather than with every check in which explains the pubic hair and the stains in the bed. It took housekeeping over an hour to come and change the bed. The bed was practically a fold out couch with a futon cushion that was not very comfortable. The toilet was covered in urine, the office chair in the room was missing wheels, the ice machine was broken, the carpet was filthy, and there appeared to be a transvestite rave going on at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Cons: No fridge. Also the 4th level desk person wasn't very nice! She seemed more like we were a burden on her than a guest.

Cons: Checking in was a bit difficult as the computer didn't recognize our reservation at first, but a staff member quickly helped us out. Checking out was a breeze though the staff member helping us check out bags into Yobot despite us not needing help imposed a forced tip.

Cons: If you travel with a partner you should be very comfortable going to bathroom with them because the bathroom we had was essentially all glass with a thin curtain and sliding glass door separating us. Not really private, but again, if you're very close with your partner, no big deal.

Cons: The room was so cold, the heater didnt working well. I tried to call to front desk, but the call is automatic answering system. It totally messed up, and after I connected to the lady who is agent she said someone will be come up, but nobody came up at all. I slept with putting all the padding jacket.

Cons: In room safe didn't work. TV didn't work. Self check in wasn't able to generate a key card. Lighting in hallways and room is harsh and unpleasant.

Cons: Comforter (if you can even call it that) was more like a bed sheet. Upon showering, the whole room becomes like a sauna; probably due to the fact the bed is pretty much in the same room as the shower.

Cons: The hotel is fairly new yet signs of deterioration are evident. Scuffs on wall carpet stains in the hall ways. The room was clean for the most part with a few places in the room needing a wipe down. All in all the place was good for resting and venturing through NYC.

Cons: I thought the mattresses were terrible. I just don't like sleeping on a futon-like mattress. It was very hard, no give.

Cons: I think the room cleaning and maintenance is falling behind. Obviously very easy for the staff to clean but they need to pay more attention to the more perfect maintenance of the rooms and all the details

Cons: The bathrooms in room are very Awkward. The lack of privacy and doors make it weird when there is more than one in the room. The see thru curtain doesnt cut it No volume on the TV .. i could have called down for service but wr werent staying long
