Pros: We were there the night before the hotel closed due to general hotel closure by the Spanish government ...... full facilities (including the restaurant) were not open. The hotel had good vibes, including friendly staff ..... we plan to return once the situation returns to normal after the corinavirus.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Tudanca is a bodega located just south of Aranda de Duero and very easy to find from the motorway (152km) between Madrid and Santander. The hotel complex is set within vineyards on the outskirts of the small old town of Fuentespina and comprises hotel, cafeteria, shops, petrol station etc. The bodega hotel is full of character and the location is ideal for an overnight stay. The Tudanca offers a half-board option which is excellent value as both dinner and breakfast are very good. Finally, you can buy the excellent wine directly from the bodega after tasting in the restaurant.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: This was our third stay at the hotel on our journeys to and from the Costa del Sol. After my own bed at home, this is the best! The view from the room over vineyards was gorgeous and the reception staff were most welcoming. Breakfast was good value. This is our hotel of choice on this journey and we will book again.
Cons: I am trying so hard to find something I didn't like. I'm still trying. No, I give up!!

Pros: We did get a room with bath which was on our booking sheet after a slight dither at reception .Comfy and spacious.
Cons: Our normal room with a bath all very good and for our dog to but the hotel is changing and I believe they are getting rid of rooms with a bath, which for us is a no no.After traveling 2 days we do like to relax in a bath but they think a shower has the same benifits.Well we will look for another hotel.End of story. They need to think of the customers no thier personel choices.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: Food in restaurant wasn't so good as the last time we stayed
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed and a clean modern room
Cons: Nil
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location. Dog friendly. Large, comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Pillow not the most comfortable and bed not huge but perfectly adequate. Dinner was ok. €16 menu. I asked for Solomillo and that’s exactly what I got, no vegetables whatsoever! However it did include wine! Breakfast was sparse. No healthy options although there was some fruit. No muesli, no fruit salad no nice seedy bread etc.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed here many times on our way through Spain. Food was excellent as always and room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is only a few hundred metres from the main road but there is never any traffic noise despite the convenience of the location.
Cons: The corridor to the bedrooms and some rooms were being decorated so floor was covered with lining paper, obviously largely outside of the hotel's control as these jobs have to be done sometime. The garden where we normally walk the dog is now closed to dogs which is a shame, but I guess the fault of owners who don't pick up! Lastly we were allocated the room next door to the one we requested but the room was perfectly acceptable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Terrific shower ! Pleasant receptionists
Cons: An earlier time for dinner,

Overview Reviews
Situated in the suburbs, this residence is within 6 mi (10 km) of Bodegas Pascual, Santa Maria Church, and Los Tercios Plaza. Don Carlos Historical Wine Cellar and Sacro Museum - Church of San Juan are also within 6 mi (10 km).
7,0 Good
Pros: For people travelling with pets, being able to park at the door of the room is great. Having the dog run to let the dogs off lead is a bonus. Just off of the main Madrid to Burgos road so easy access. This is our 4th time staying here and since the last time, the WiFi and the showers have been improved.
Cons: The rooms are a little on the small side (we have 2 large dogs). With Covid-19 active, there were half the rooms empty but they put us in a room next to another dog who barked a bit which kept our two alert and on edge. Just mildly annoying!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room I was allocated was suitable for a disabled person with mobility issues. The staff were friendly and helpful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful evening dinner and also breakfast. Our little dog was perfectly at home there and not in the least anxious. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Cons: I didn't see anything that could be improved. From the staff to the facilities, every aspect was excellent. We loved the setting, feeling that we would like to come back again, to be able to explore.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: restaurant not available due to government restrictions coronavirus. I was warned before arrival no food except breakfast available.
7,5 Good
Pros: Have always enjoyed the convenience of this hotel and the facilities etc.
Cons: Have used both sides of the hotel on many occasions and have always been very satisfied, this time the room was a disappointment, it needs to be refurbished especially the shower cubicle and flooring in the entrance. I did mention our disappointment when we checked out. This will not stop us using the hotel again in the future.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Location very good.
Cons: Room not acceptable for price paid. The room was small with view of carpark, it was very poorly maintained but clean. The floor covering was scuffed and peeling and not very warm. No bath, again poorly maintained shower, mould here and there cracked tiles. Portable electric heater in bathroom not up to safety standards. Would not stay inTudanca II again. The main hotel Tudanca I very good .However we were charged the same price as this for a very inferior room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Under the very difficult circumstances the staff were very good
Cons: No English Channels on the tv

Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Food is expensive.

Pros: Great location, very nice staff, very clean. Quite basic room (small TV, no safe) but good value for money. Located centrally but our room was quiet. Overall good place to stay.
Cons: Beds are quite hard.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The quirkiness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The hotel was central for going around the town walking
Cons: The hotel had no air conditioning so we had to have the windows open and there was a lot of street noise till the early hours of the morning. The hotel had no restaurant but there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Central location, spacious room. No hotel parking, but reasonably priced secure car park very nearby (9.80€ for 24 hours). Lovely entrance hall!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Retains an old worldly charm and each floor displaying different features. One member of staff particularly helpful by navigating me in my car to the excellent car park.
Cons: The bedroom walls are not well insulated so the next door guests kept me awake to beyond 2pm by their talk....bear in mind Spanish people always seem to shout when talking.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed here many times over the years; it's perfectly located for exploration of the old town; the staff are charming and there's a handy car park at the end of the street.
Cons: The rooms are rather tiny albeit very cosy but one shouldn't really quibble as the hotel is so modestly priced

Cons: Noisy people in the next room but that wasn't the hotels fault. There is no hotel secure parking and the parking on the plaza opposite was virtually full We were lucky to get a space when someone moved, but again that's not the fault of the hotel.

Cons: Uncomfortable very small shower in the room,
7,1 Good
Pros: The rooms very cute and had my Wife’s been traveling with me I’m incredibly confident she would have loved it and probably spent some time soaking in the Claw foot tub. The host was incredibly gracious and approachable at all times. Gave me good insights into a festival going on in an adjacent village maybe 700 m away where I made friends shared wine and danced in the streets until about 3 AM.
Cons: Nothing really. Though, the gym room was primarily filled with spin cycles and while I’m sure there was a reason for it it did not offer me any options for working out. Would like to see a treadmill added

Cons: Brilliant service. A really considerate hotel. We had children and needed two rooms. We effectively had our own floor. Beautifully clean and a great location
6,3 Good
Pros: Well located
Cons: The rooms are poorly insulated, you can hear a regular conversation from the next room. We were unlucky to have a couple in the next room that decided to talk and sing the whole night from 3-10 am. We complained at the front desk during the checkout and we were told to have called in the middle of the night to an emergency number!! Did not sleep the whole night and they definitively messed up our weekend plans. The front desk should have done something but the lady was unreasonable in saying we should have called the emergency number, we were clearly exhausted and that is not something you think to do in the middle of the night when you are trying to sleep. Not to mention the front desk is not 24/7 so we knew there was nobody on site to help. We are heading home several hours early and canceling our plans for today because we did not sleep at all.

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable with cotton sheets and fluffy towels in the bathroom. The hotel was warm and sparkling clean throughout, ladies on reception helpful and smiley. Would highly recommend and would return to this hotel without reservation.
