Pros: Location of apartment was fantastic. We also had good communication with the host. It was very comfortable. The lounge upstairs was a great idea. Able to use the fridge freezer and get tea, coffee and pastries.
Cons: Our room was slightly small. I thought we had booked a bigger one.
Okay 4,6
Pros: The location
Cons: I came for the Ironman Vitoria. All i needed is to have s good sleep before the race and a place to cook. The owner wasn't pleasant at all. She accused me for a problem they had in the toilets. I slept there only one night before the problem occurred and had nothing to do with it. She said that i threw wipes to the toilets. I opened the garbage can to show her my wipes in it and she continued accusing me instead of apologizing. Also she gave me the feeling that i can't use the facilities of the hostel. Her worker was nice but she is not.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The place was in a beautiful location and was very comfortable. The woman at reception was very helpful in answering our questions.
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 4,2
Pros: Location
Cons: Attic bedroom with roof top window with no way to block out light properly so not possible to sleep. Up winding stairs, did not feel that safe in case of fire Price was high considering there is no reception, and no answer to telephone if you called in the afternoon. No toilet brush in bathroom.
Good 7,9
Pros: Clean bright room with comfortable bed in the middle of town
Cons: Air conditioning wasn't very cooling and room was very hot.
Good 7,7
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Close to everything! Walk everywhere.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Ease of booking and checking in. Its location. Cleanliness. Lovely rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Just loved it! The complimentary coffee/tea and morning cake.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Excellent location, Very nice room, the breakfast is a nice extra. There is no permanent reception but staff is available through WhatsApp.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great location, air con (it was during the heatwave that we were staying.), quiet, clean and comfortable. Public parking close by.
Cons: We were in rooms apart from the hotel and it was not immediately obvious where they were from the parking spot, which we found easily. A phone call soon sorted out the problem. When you get to the short stay hotel parking spot there is a sign on the wall but you have to walk all the way along the cloister type pathway to number 1. Easy once you know
Good 7,7
Pros: Old Town setting, character of building, decor of rooms and bathrooms, comfort of beds, breakfast included, good friendly breakfast service.
Cons: We had difficulty finding the right door to get into the building but we called on the phone and the receptionist came right out to find us.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great location, clean interesting rooms, very friendly staff, nice bonuses - computer access, skylight, etc.
Cons: If church bells bother you, bring earplugs, also some pedestrian noise at night, but we were there on a weekend...
Good 7,0
Cons: very difficult to find parking for the car
Good 7,7
Pros: Very friendly staff: they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Vitoria with wonderful views over the square, which, while we were there was alive with festivities, music, drama and pageant. Breakfast was not large but of excellent quality.
Cons: It is awkward to find and parking is a problem, but quite frankly our stay was well worth that hassle.
Good 7,0
Pros: A real funky little find!
Cons: Hard to find!

Pros: Very friendly staff. Superb location and lovely accommodation. Old and modern together.

Good 6,8
Pros: The hotrl is situated excellently - in the historical building La Casa De Los Arquillos, just in the place, where historical quarter adjoins the most beautiful part of new city. The stuff is very friendly. Wireless internet and a desktop computer are both available for free.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7,2
Pros: good service, good breakfast, location, free use of internet facilities, stylish and modern rooms.
Cons: due to the location in the old part town we found a few dodgy characters hanging around the entrance to the hotel on occasion, but wouldn't let that stop us staying there again.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff, very good breakfast, close to town.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean and modern, on site parking.
Cons: Due to our ferry been late we booked in at around 2.00am it took ages to get four of us sorted.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location is perfect! We requested special bathroom for disabled persons and we were very satisfied. The reception personnel was fantastic, particularly Alicia and Agustín, who gave us fabulous suggestions for places to eat.
Cons: We feel the lights in the room were a bit scarce.
Good 7,5
Pros: Location, breakfast.
Cons: No crib, only extra bed not appropriate for a baby.
Good 6,3
Pros: Very good location.
Cons: No parking available (full?) Very, very noisy hotel rooms. Isolation is not up to date as it should be. You can practically hear everything above, besides and below your room.
Excellent 8,0
Cons: Shower too small. Every time i turned i either opened the door or closed the water lever.
Okay 4,8
Pros: the location is really excellent and the room is good
Cons: - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Garage under hotel suitable for disabled client's easy access. Excellent restaurant, both for quality and value, if you take the set menu. The best value in town, I would say!
Cons: The showering facilty fell short for my case, where I'm handicapped and cannot rise from a wheelchair. Provision of a wheeled shower chair would fix that. No grab rails in the shower cubicle
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location
Cons: limited menu
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Great location. Everything was in walking distance.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Everything else, nice staff, good location, clean, comfortable
Cons: Lights, street noise is somewhat more than what you'd expect on the third floor
Excellent 9,2
Pros: A comfortable, modern hotel in a good location for accessing the city centre. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
Cons: Approaching the hotel was confusing, not helped by the fact that our sat nav seemed to think the hotel was in a different location on the street! But once we managed to park on the forecourt and get instructions to get into the garage, parking wasn't too difficult.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We reported a problem with the hairdryer in the bathroom & returned a couple of hours later to find it replaced.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Food was tasty. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Lunch and dinner meal portions were a bit small.
Good 7,4
Pros: Good location. Fair rooms. A little bit outdated.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Looks stylish and the staff are great
Cons: It was ok!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Bed, room mini bar
Cons: I like everything there
Excellent 8,8
Pros: .
Cons: The only negative comment I have is that the air conditioning sounded as though someone was permanently filling or draining a bath. It was a bit noisy
Good 7,5
Pros: Being able to walk into the centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz in a few minutes.
Cons: The coffee at breakfast was disappointing.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Easy to access by car. Next to a large shopping center.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was not so good (of course not so bad) as for a 4 stars hotel.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: We were making a long car trip to visit family in France and wanted a hotel to make the “pit stop” halfway there, and Boulevard was exactly what we needed for a rest. - cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed - staff was cordial - breakfast was not exuberant but had variety and was within expectation. - parking available around the hotel - having a large shopping center and supermarket at walking distance where you can buy anything you need last minute or even eat something quick at the shopping food court. - close to the main highways access - good for travelers passing through the town and that don’t have as main objective to go to the center of city
Cons: Did not register anything that I didn’t like.
Good 7,5
Pros: Accessible room for wheelchair use was spacious with large wet room. Close to shopping centre which had supermarket
Cons: Revolving door to access hotel was tricky for a wheelchair user. There was a button to press to slow it down but it was still tricky
Good 7,9
Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean
Cons: Not a nice part of town but the hotel is excellent.
Okay 5,0
Pros: sheets were dirty and where not changed the next day
Cons: sheets were dirty and where not changed the next day
Good 6,7
Pros: The room is clean and with bright light. The location is okay with a big shopping center nearby but a little bit far from the train station.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved a bit.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: - Good breakfast, lots of options - Clean & spacious room - Comfy bed - Staff helpful and friendly - although location is out of the city centre, it's a good location if you want to get out and cycle as next to the roads that take you out to lake and beyond!
Cons: - Location is a bit out of the way - Dinner option looked average/uninspiring, but to be fair i didnt try it so may have to look at other reviews for feedback
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean, modern hotel with good facilities including secure underground parking at reasonable cost. Good air conditioning
Cons: Location some distance from city centre and not particularly well signed.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Clean, nice and comfortable

Pros: Great location, kind staff, large and very comfortable kitchen, separate shower in the room. I am pleased to stay in this hostel next time.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: There is a lot of street noise below the rooms, especially on the weekends; making it necessary to keep the windows closed.
Excellent 9,6

Excellent 9,6

Excellent 10,0
Pros: They gave us interconnecting rooms even though we didn't ask for that.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The receptionist’ NATALIA’ was very pleasant and ensured that we had a lower floor room. I also spoke to her on the telephone before reaching the Hotel and she was very informative in answering my questions. The restaurant opposite the Hotel was excellent.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Staff ok, breakfast average for this type of hotel.
Cons: Price was outrageous, no A/C, when asked, staff said there was no need for air conditioning. "Just open the window is going to be cold tonight." But it was 84 during the day and the room is unbearable, "just open the window." Dogs barking all night and the room was hot even with the window open. I do not know if I will e vg er stay at another IHG property.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Rooms were clean, location easy to find and close to highway
Cons: Room smelled like there had been heavily smoked in it
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Spotlessly clean, lots of parking and good restaurant across the street
Cons: A little way out of town
Good 7,1

Excellent 8,0
Pros: The hotel is near the highway, breakfast is good, parking is easy. Good value for money.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Reception are good, food is decent, parking very good, safe hotel.
Cons: The cleaners are so annoying every year we go i make a complaint they go to clean the rooms next to mine and make alot of banging noises pushing chairs and hoover very early morning. Should think of people who are sleeping if you clean the rooms stop pulling chairs rather pick them up
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The hotel is a bit far away from the center, but it was SO worth it! It was a quiet area, sparkling clean, the beds were so comfortable, the room was very nice and tidy and the receptionists were very kind. Excellent place and completely exceeded our expectations. Also there is a big parking lot in front of the hotel. They don’t have a restaurant in the hotel but there is one right across the street. The breakfast was a bit poor, but we managed to find stuff to eat
Cons: A bit far from the city
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Nice and clean
Cons: Everything was fine
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean hotel and frindly staff

Pros: Value for money. No frills but clean and perfectly adequate. Not a large room but fine for 2-3 days stopover. Location good for short walk into Old City. Receptionist had sufficient English to make communication easy. The city is very noisey on Saturday nights, glad we were no closer.
Cons: L
Good 7,5
Pros: Helpful people on reception. Great location for everything I wanted to see.
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4,6
Pros: The hotel was central and clean.
Cons: No facilities for drinks in room. Very basic.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Summer visit during Jazz Vitoria festival 24/7 reception Fairly inexpensive
Cons: -Very outdated rooms-bathrooms and lounge -Lots of noise outside all night: located in the old town but many bars in the streets nearby, constant flow of people passing laughing-shouting. recycle containers right next to the hotel - all night the sound of breaking glass (from visitors and restos/bars cleaning up their empty bottles) In all fairness, closing windows and lowering shutters helps a lot.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Lovely welcome
Cons: A member of staff at the desk asked me my room number when I was going out as though he didn’t believe I was a paying guest. Later on my partner said he’d asked him too. We’re we not well enough dressed?

Pros: Nice bathroom. Underground parking available. Delicious and affordable Club Sandwich at the restaurant/bar.

Good 6,7
Pros: We did not take the breakfast option, so we can't give our opinión. For us the staff was very kind, the location excellent for our needs. Little things as the number of clothes hangers, the facilities of the kitchen could be better for a hotel of this level.
Cons: We stayed two nights and we can't really say anything that was a problema for us.

Pros: It was lovely to have a suite
Good 7,1
Cons: I don't understanda why you have to put your bicycle in storage room in carage. I like that there would be that option, but that it is mandatory I don't like.
Good 7,1
Pros: Fantastic location if heading to the jazz festival, ample street parking nearby, cleanliness of facilities.
Cons: Expensive for what it was (imagine there was a price premium due to it being the jazz festival that weekend) and no breakfast or parking included within said price. As an aside, curtains didn't block out the sunlight fully (part of one was 3/4 length which was a bizarre design quirk) and there was no use of an iron (only laundry service offered). No coffee / tea machine in room either which is an oversight in my book.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Top notch property, a huge, comfortable, luxury apartment, extremely friendly staff
Cons: Nothing- It was a little far from the center but there is the most wonderful park through which you can walk the entire way to town
Excellent 10,0

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The room was lovely and quiet. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.
Cons: All good; maybe just slightly too expensive at €100 for a single.
Good 7,5
Cons: No kettle in the room
Good 7,9
Pros: Location. Very clean. Convenient
Cons: The mattresses were a little bit too hard. WiFi didn't work very well.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location is good for us as we need to take big luggage from the train station and catch an early train to depart. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is also close to major attractions in the old town.
Cons: The entrance of the hotel is inside a passageway which is a bit dark when the shops are closed and may be a little hard to find. It would be better if there is a bigger signage in the main street. There is no refrigerator in the room.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The hotel is simple but comfortable, clean and practical. The location is definitely the best feature of this hotel.
Cons: Do not expect anything extraordinary. No breakfast included, although there are dozens of cafes nearby.
Good 7,1
Pros: Perfect location. Safe place. Perfect work of the automatic check-in.
Cons: 1. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. 2. The window's external blinds couldn't stay opened. I had to make a "structure" from the both dustbins to fix the blinds.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Location and people
Cons: No-Breaksfast
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Location, cleanliness, vending machines available, amenities
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Gute ruhige Lage. Easy Check in per Automat.
Cons: Hello,  you have a nice hotel, but there are two things: The shower was defekt at my arrival.  The Automat for the food and sweets was to loud. There are some screws not realy fixed. Greetings

Pros: Breakfast was good and loacation for my purpose was execellant
Cons: i was there for too short to utilise all the facilities
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Lovely building! Ample parking. Marvelous breakfast. Large bathroom.
Cons: Limited to no elevated access with luggage. Wish it had been closer to Old town.
Good 7,4
Pros: Location, walking distance to old town. Room was also very comfortable and good size.
Cons: The fa,ily room was $158US a night. Parking was additional $15 euros and a hassle. Every time we came back and had to park I had to leave the car in front of the hotel, walk over to the reception and wait for the receptionist to be done with whatever she was doing to acknowledge me and open the garage for me. I then had to,switch elevators to get to my room, which was impossible to do during check out, because the maids were using it.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: It was clean, just what we reserved and I found it a great touch that they provided 3 sets of everything since we had 3 beds.
Cons: The reception staff were not the friendliest. And the air conditioning was not good at all.
Okay 5,8
Pros: the location is good. small but nice breakfast , fresh food and comforteble
Cons: i have recieved very small room for 285 euro for a night not even coffe machine- because the room was too small to have it
Good 7,1
Cons: The bedroom was a bit cold. There is no heater to put on, only cold air and it is ridiculous since it is located in Vitoria, a cold area.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean, spacious and well furnished. We liked the friendliness of the personnel and how easy it was to get to the city center by foot. The room was quiet and recently renovated. There is paid parking next to the hotel (15 euro/day), but we always found free parking in the streets nearby. We would book again.
Cons: The location was not great, even though it was close to the city center. There were a lot of tall ugly buildings and some not so respectable businesses around the hotel. It is fine if you come back early in the evening, I would not want to come back after midnight.
Good 7,9
Pros: Nice hotel, nice rooms
Cons: Slow wifi
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location near tram was convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean with everything we needed. Lighting in bathroom not optimal for makeup application.
Cons: Busy front desk at times. City map print size too small.
Okay 5,0
Pros: We got an umbrella at the reception.
Cons: There was a very strange smell in the room which got even worse when I tried to take a shower. There was a metal floor cover in the shower. As soon as water fell on the metal cover, it started smelling badly as if there was mold under the metal floor cover. It stank so awful that I had to come out of the bathroom. We asked for a quiet room. We got one, however, the room looked onto an industrial/run-down residential area, which was very depressing. The decor of the hotel is old-fashioned, the floors need immediate polishing.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The staff here are very helpful and kind. I had to stay for an extended period and they were very good about helping me to extend my stay, change rooms, etc. The location is great for walking into the old town, even on crutches, but there is also a tram running in front of the hotel. There are shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. For short stays the breakfast is good. Vitoria itself is a very green, eco-friendly city. The people are friendly and helpful. The city is small but has pretty much everything you could want but if you need more there are bus and train services to Bilbao and other cities.
Cons: The room service menu is a little limited but this is only a problem if you're staying more than two or three days. The pricing of the room is annoying to me, as it follows the supply and demand model; thus, some days you pay 80 Euros for the room, whereas on other days it may be 120 Euros or more. That's a common model now though, so this is just a personal complaint.

Pros: Great value for money. I only needed somewhere to rest my head for one night. It was incredibly clean.
Cons: For the money, I wasn't expecting much but I'd have been over the moon if the towels were a bit nicer.
Okay 5,4
Pros: It was close to everything and the location is great.
Cons: Found hair and toenails in the bathroom when we first arrived. Reception is very awkward and upstairs and the ladies who were there watched me lug up one suitcase and then another and then proceeded to tell me that my room was on the other side of the hotel and I’d have to bring everything back down again and up another flight of stairs. It would have been helpful to perhaps ask my name, have a luggage service or offer to help me? The shower in our room was beyond a joke, unless you pointed it at your feet it would spray water all over the bathroom and the shower curtain clings to you while you shower. Our single beds were not attached to the bed heads or wall and my boyfriends bed would slide away if he sat up and leans against the wall. Unless you get a better room the only good thing is it’s very close to good food.
Good 6,3
Pros: Receptionist was lovely and location was great.
Cons: I don’t think the photos were a true reflection of the hotel. If you were unlucky enough to not find a car parking space outside for free in this busy city like us then it is a complete nightmare parking 3 minutes away with a car full of things! On arrival the place inside has the tea wow factor and the lady at the desk was so helpful and spoke good English. The hotel said he had already taken and refunded the room before we got there to check card works but we had no bank statements stating this so be careful when booking that you don’t book twice. We still need to wait and see. The room was a real disappointment as we had no hot water and the bath is tiny with no facility to have a shower unless you hold the hand shower above you. There were hairs all over the very old towels and the bed linen didn’t feel clean and had lots of markings the noise levels at night were awful, other residents coming in and out banging around. Even the trickling of water from next door. You could hear every toilet flush or hand wash or shower. Literally every movement and mumbling conversations. So frustrating in the early hours. Our own bed rattled all night due to the headboard not being secure. Great location being in the thick of it but for a family with lots of luggage wanting a peaceful nights sleep. Not ideal. We won’t be returning.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable and the location was very handy for the city centre and the old town. Check in was efficient and parking close by - although you do have to pay for it.
Cons: A proper shower cubicle instead of the clammy plastic curtain would be an improvement, as would a lift and a small fridge.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Lovely hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. Loved Vitoria.
Cons: There was no bedside lighting.
Mediocre 2,9
Pros: Artworks
Cons: can see why the artworks are popular, but I want a hotel that gets the basics right at an appropriate price. This hotel fails to do that - on convenience, safety, customer service and facilities.  The fact there is no lift is made worse by the fact the hotel is unstaffed. You have to check-in at a sister hotel some distance away - where there is also no lift and you have to climb a flight of stairs to check in. You are then just given a key card with some instructions on finding the Dato 2. You might expect to find some basic information in your room - but there is nothing, not even details on the WiFi, so I ended up having to trek back to the sister hotel to find out this information - with no hint of an apology - just the excuse that the password frequently changes (given it was just the city followed by the hotel name I think that unlikely!). The promised bath was a very small metre long effort, with high sides, no handrail or anti slip mat meaning taking a shower as an alternative was a risk. The room doors were exceptionally noisy to close, so although the hotel was very quiet, as soon as a door was used the peace was broken. There were no suggestions about where to go to get a coffee or breakfast - just warnings about not preparing your own food / drinks. You then had to repeat the whole trek back to the sister hotel, back up the stairs there to check out.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Right in the town centre. Lovely rooms
Cons: Need satnav to negotiate the one way systems
Good 6,7
Pros: The receptionist was very close and nice
Cons: There weren't enough towels, the bed was uncomfortable, there weren't any bed side lights and it was too noisy all night.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Loved all the antiques everywhere on entry. Lovely spotless room and ensuite.
Cons: Check in wasn't the easiest. You have to haul your own bags up 3 flights of stairs.

Pros: This hotels biggest asset is the charming friendly lady who single handed my staffs the bar and serves the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, always pleased to help and always has a smile on her face. Nice clean hotel, good a/c and good WiFi
Cons: Great little hotel to break a journey but there didn’t appear to be anything of interest in the local area
Good 6,3

Pros: Great hotel! Clean, good area, nice staff. :)
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The room and overall stay was very nice as an overnight stop en route to the south of Spain.
Cons: We would have preferred the main restaurant to be open, but we did receive a nice bar snack served by a very helpful bartender. The breakfast was included in the price and was very acceptable.

Pros: Location and character of the building
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Comfortable beds, great location and good value overall for a brief stay in Vitória-Gasteiz.
Cons: Dated and unnecessarily quirky, as if the quirks (odd/random decor) can mask what makes it rough around the edges.
Good 7,5
Pros: Quirky decor
Cons: Tired bathroom
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Our room was bright comfortable and again very clean. We had a street view from an enclosed balcony which was fabulous. I picked the hotel because of its central location and it's use of stained glass it is really a very impressive building both inside and out.

Pros: The first room was awful, when we opened the door a very strong cigarette smell came out. We needed to request other room because we’re not going to stay there. The Hotel oils be nice but I saw that maintenance hasn’t been there for many years. I had better Hostels along the Camino De Santiago for a better price.
Cons: That no maintenance has been made during the years and he smell in the room.
Excellent 10,0
