4,6 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: I came for the Ironman Vitoria. All i needed is to have s good sleep before the race and a place to cook. The owner wasn't pleasant at all. She accused me for a problem they had in the toilets. I slept there only one night before the problem occurred and had nothing to do with it. She said that i threw wipes to the toilets. I opened the garbage can to show her my wipes in it and she continued accusing me instead of apologizing. Also she gave me the feeling that i can't use the facilities of the hostel. Her worker was nice but she is not.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was in a beautiful location and was very comfortable. The woman at reception was very helpful in answering our questions.
Cons: Nothing.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Attic bedroom with roof top window with no way to block out light properly so not possible to sleep. Up winding stairs, did not feel that safe in case of fire Price was high considering there is no reception, and no answer to telephone if you called in the afternoon. No toilet brush in bathroom.
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean bright room with comfortable bed in the middle of town
Cons: Air conditioning wasn't very cooling and room was very hot.
7,7 Good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything! Walk everywhere.
10,0 Excellent

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, air con (it was during the heatwave that we were staying.), quiet, clean and comfortable. Public parking close by.
Cons: We were in rooms apart from the hotel and it was not immediately obvious where they were from the parking spot, which we found easily. A phone call soon sorted out the problem. When you get to the short stay hotel parking spot there is a sign on the wall but you have to walk all the way along the cloister type pathway to number 1. Easy once you know
7,7 Good
Pros: Old Town setting, character of building, decor of rooms and bathrooms, comfort of beds, breakfast included, good friendly breakfast service.
Cons: We had difficulty finding the right door to get into the building but we called on the phone and the receptionist came right out to find us.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean interesting rooms, very friendly staff, nice bonuses - computer access, skylight, etc.

7,0 Good
Cons: very difficult to find parking for the car
7,7 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff: they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Vitoria with wonderful views over the square, which, while we were there was alive with festivities, music, drama and pageant. Breakfast was not large but of excellent quality.
Cons: It is awkward to find and parking is a problem, but quite frankly our stay was well worth that hassle.

Cons:
7,2 Good
Pros: good service, good breakfast, location, free use of internet facilities, stylish and modern rooms.
Cons: due to the location in the old part town we found a few dodgy characters hanging around the entrance to the hotel on occasion, but wouldn't let that stop us staying there again.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: A comfortable, modern hotel in a good location for accessing the city centre. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay!
Cons: Approaching the hotel was confusing, not helped by the fact that our sat nav seemed to think the hotel was in a different location on the street! But once we managed to park on the forecourt and get instructions to get into the garage, parking wasn't too difficult.

Cons: We liked it all.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely meal
Cons: Long walk into the centre
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We were absolutely impressed by the historical design of our room! Located in a historical manor a few centuries old the rooms are furnished with custom-made wooden furniture. Our bathroom was very spacious and we loved the wooden cladding around the shower and other details resembling the history. There was air-conditioning in the room, also very nicely designed and hidden. There was a beautiful garden next to the property ideal to relax in. Just behind the manor there is a huge forest area where you can do birdwatching.
Cons: Our mattress was a bit hard. The selection for breakfast was quite wide, but the quality was not that good: tomatoes with olive oil were packaged, bacon was not crispy at all and there was no fresh vegetables.
7,5 Good
Pros: Old building but modernised, nice bar area
Cons: When for evening meal and the waitress was very abrupt, no smiles, told where to sit and even chewing gum, not nice
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast choice and quality products.
Cons: No tea making facilities in room but hot water supplied at reception
8,8 Excellent
Cons: It was Sunday and the restaurant was closed

Pros: The location was very good, friendly staff and the dinner at the restaurant was superb! The bar area was cosy too. A very good location, it took us 30 min to walk from the hotel to the old part of the town and it was an interesting walk.
Cons: The bed was a little bit uncomfortable we were with aches and pains on the next day maybe the mattress was too soft for our like? also, the pillow was a long one, it would be better if we had 2 pillows instead of a long one pillow maybe the hotel could consider in changing the pillow system?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is quirky and comfortable with excellent bar and restaurant facilities. Although the rooms are very comfy you can also relax in the garden and comfy bar. Parking is easy, free and convenient.comfortable and entertaining

Pros: We were making a long car trip to visit family in France and wanted a hotel to make the “pit stop” halfway there, and Boulevard was exactly what we needed for a rest. - cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed - staff was cordial - breakfast was not exuberant but had variety and was within expectation. - parking available around the hotel - having a large shopping center and supermarket at walking distance where you can buy anything you need last minute or even eat something quick at the shopping food court. - close to the main highways access - good for travelers passing through the town and that don’t have as main objective to go to the center of city
Cons: Did not register anything that I didn’t like.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was lovely to have a suite
7,1 Good
Cons: I don't understanda why you have to put your bicycle in storage room in carage. I like that there would be that option, but that it is mandatory I don't like.
7,1 Good
Pros: Fantastic location if heading to the jazz festival, ample street parking nearby, cleanliness of facilities.
Cons: Expensive for what it was (imagine there was a price premium due to it being the jazz festival that weekend) and no breakfast or parking included within said price. As an aside, curtains didn't block out the sunlight fully (part of one was 3/4 length which was a bizarre design quirk) and there was no use of an iron (only laundry service offered). No coffee / tea machine in room either which is an oversight in my book.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Top notch property, a huge, comfortable, luxury apartment, extremely friendly staff
Cons: Nothing- It was a little far from the center but there is the most wonderful park through which you can walk the entire way to town

Pros: Breakfast was good and loacation for my purpose was execellant
Cons: i was there for too short to utilise all the facilities
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely building! Ample parking. Marvelous breakfast. Large bathroom.
Cons: Limited to no elevated access with luggage. Wish it had been closer to Old town.
7,4 Good
Pros: Location, walking distance to old town. Room was also very comfortable and good size.
Cons: The fa,ily room was $158US a night. Parking was additional $15 euros and a hassle. Every time we came back and had to park I had to leave the car in front of the hotel, walk over to the reception and wait for the receptionist to be done with whatever she was doing to acknowledge me and open the garage for me. I then had to,switch elevators to get to my room, which was impossible to do during check out, because the maids were using it.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, just what we reserved and I found it a great touch that they provided 3 sets of everything since we had 3 beds.
Cons: The reception staff were not the friendliest. And the air conditioning was not good at all.
5,8 Okay
Pros: the location is good. small but nice breakfast , fresh food and comforteble
Cons: i have recieved very small room for 285 euro for a night not even coffe machine- because the room was too small to have it
7,1 Good
Cons: The bedroom was a bit cold. There is no heater to put on, only cold air and it is ridiculous since it is located in Vitoria, a cold area.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious and well furnished. We liked the friendliness of the personnel and how easy it was to get to the city center by foot. The room was quiet and recently renovated. There is paid parking next to the hotel (15 euro/day), but we always found free parking in the streets nearby. We would book again.
Cons: The location was not great, even though it was close to the city center. There were a lot of tall ugly buildings and some not so respectable businesses around the hotel. It is fine if you come back early in the evening, I would not want to come back after midnight.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice hotel, nice rooms
Cons: Slow wifi
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location near tram was convenient. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean with everything we needed. Lighting in bathroom not optimal for makeup application.
Cons: Busy front desk at times. City map print size too small.
5,0 Okay
Pros: We got an umbrella at the reception.
Cons: There was a very strange smell in the room which got even worse when I tried to take a shower. There was a metal floor cover in the shower. As soon as water fell on the metal cover, it started smelling badly as if there was mold under the metal floor cover. It stank so awful that I had to come out of the bathroom. We asked for a quiet room. We got one, however, the room looked onto an industrial/run-down residential area, which was very depressing. The decor of the hotel is old-fashioned, the floors need immediate polishing.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff here are very helpful and kind. I had to stay for an extended period and they were very good about helping me to extend my stay, change rooms, etc. The location is great for walking into the old town, even on crutches, but there is also a tram running in front of the hotel. There are shops, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. For short stays the breakfast is good. Vitoria itself is a very green, eco-friendly city. The people are friendly and helpful. The city is small but has pretty much everything you could want but if you need more there are bus and train services to Bilbao and other cities.
Cons: The room service menu is a little limited but this is only a problem if you're staying more than two or three days. The pricing of the room is annoying to me, as it follows the supply and demand model; thus, some days you pay 80 Euros for the room, whereas on other days it may be 120 Euros or more. That's a common model now though, so this is just a personal complaint.

Pros: The first room was awful, when we opened the door a very strong cigarette smell came out. We needed to request other room because we’re not going to stay there. The Hotel oils be nice but I saw that maintenance hasn’t been there for many years. I had better Hostels along the Camino De Santiago for a better price.
Cons: That no maintenance has been made during the years and he smell in the room.

7,5 Good
Pros: The location and the 24 hours service.
Cons: Variety of food
6,3 Good
Pros: Average stop over to be honest. Nothing super good to report. Clean rooms but a bit dated. Location right on the motorway so it’s good as a stop over. Parking seemed safe but no secure garage parking provided. Staff were happy!
Cons: No supermarket on site or near. Only chocolate or sweets from reception. Restaurant seemed to offer normal Spanish food but didn’t try it. WiFi was super buggy & slow. I do this trip very often to and from Portugal and have stayed in various hotels along the route, I had always wanted to stay at this one. It was double the price of my normal stays and I would say half as good. It’s convenient but then I feel there are better options for less price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find. Comfortable. Great bar area with lovely inexpensive food and drink.
7,5 Good
Pros: The waiter was really nice and helpful in breakfast, also other workers (reception desk...). The breakfast is fair enough (orange juice, coffee and croissant or similar). It is 10 minutes far from Vitoria's city centre, by car.
Cons: It is a place near the highway, so the outdoors area is not really attractive, but good for a night.

Pros: 24 hour cafe and bar.

Pros: Clean and modern, on site parking.
Cons: Due to our ferry been late we booked in at around 2.00am it took ages to get four of us sorted.

Pros: The location is perfect! We requested special bathroom for disabled persons and we were very satisfied. The reception personnel was fantastic, particularly Alicia and Agustín, who gave us fabulous suggestions for places to eat.
Cons: We feel the lights in the room were a bit scarce.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location, breakfast.
Cons: No crib, only extra bed not appropriate for a baby.
6,3 Good
Pros: Very good location.
Cons: No parking available (full?) Very, very noisy hotel rooms. Isolation is not up to date as it should be. You can practically hear everything above, besides and below your room.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: Shower too small. Every time i turned i either opened the door or closed the water lever.
4,8 Okay
Pros: the location is really excellent and the room is good
Cons: - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Garage under hotel suitable for disabled client's easy access. Excellent restaurant, both for quality and value, if you take the set menu. The best value in town, I would say!
Cons: The showering facilty fell short for my case, where I'm handicapped and cannot rise from a wheelchair. Provision of a wheeled shower chair would fix that. No grab rails in the shower cubicle
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: limited menu
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Everything was in walking distance.

Cons: All good; maybe just slightly too expensive at €100 for a single.
7,5 Good
Cons: No kettle in the room
7,9 Good
Pros: Location. Very clean. Convenient
Cons: The mattresses were a little bit too hard. WiFi didn't work very well.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is good for us as we need to take big luggage from the train station and catch an early train to depart. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is also close to major attractions in the old town.
Cons: The entrance of the hotel is inside a passageway which is a bit dark when the shops are closed and may be a little hard to find. It would be better if there is a bigger signage in the main street. There is no refrigerator in the room.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is simple but comfortable, clean and practical. The location is definitely the best feature of this hotel.
Cons: Do not expect anything extraordinary. No breakfast included, although there are dozens of cafes nearby.
7,1 Good
Pros: Perfect location. Safe place. Perfect work of the automatic check-in.
Cons: 1. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. 2. The window's external blinds couldn't stay opened. I had to make a "structure" from the both dustbins to fix the blinds.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location and people
Cons: No-Breaksfast
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, vending machines available, amenities
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Gute ruhige Lage. Easy Check in per Automat.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money. I only needed somewhere to rest my head for one night. It was incredibly clean.
Cons: For the money, I wasn't expecting much but I'd have been over the moon if the towels were a bit nicer.
5,4 Okay
Pros: It was close to everything and the location is great.
Cons: Found hair and toenails in the bathroom when we first arrived. Reception is very awkward and upstairs and the ladies who were there watched me lug up one suitcase and then another and then proceeded to tell me that my room was on the other side of the hotel and I’d have to bring everything back down again and up another flight of stairs. It would have been helpful to perhaps ask my name, have a luggage service or offer to help me? The shower in our room was beyond a joke, unless you pointed it at your feet it would spray water all over the bathroom and the shower curtain clings to you while you shower. Our single beds were not attached to the bed heads or wall and my boyfriends bed would slide away if he sat up and leans against the wall. Unless you get a better room the only good thing is it’s very close to good food.
6,3 Good
Pros: Receptionist was lovely and location was great.
Cons: I don’t think the photos were a true reflection of the hotel. If you were unlucky enough to not find a car parking space outside for free in this busy city like us then it is a complete nightmare parking 3 minutes away with a car full of things! On arrival the place inside has the tea wow factor and the lady at the desk was so helpful and spoke good English. The hotel said he had already taken and refunded the room before we got there to check card works but we had no bank statements stating this so be careful when booking that you don’t book twice. We still need to wait and see. The room was a real disappointment as we had no hot water and the bath is tiny with no facility to have a shower unless you hold the hand shower above you. There were hairs all over the very old towels and the bed linen didn’t feel clean and had lots of markings the noise levels at night were awful, other residents coming in and out banging around. Even the trickling of water from next door. You could hear every toilet flush or hand wash or shower. Literally every movement and mumbling conversations. So frustrating in the early hours. Our own bed rattled all night due to the headboard not being secure. Great location being in the thick of it but for a family with lots of luggage wanting a peaceful nights sleep. Not ideal. We won’t be returning.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable and the location was very handy for the city centre and the old town. Check in was efficient and parking close by - although you do have to pay for it.
Cons: A proper shower cubicle instead of the clammy plastic curtain would be an improvement, as would a lift and a small fridge.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. Loved Vitoria.
Cons: There was no bedside lighting.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Artworks
Cons: can see why the artworks are popular, but I want a hotel that gets the basics right at an appropriate price. This hotel fails to do that - on convenience, safety, customer service and facilities.  The fact there is no lift is made worse by the fact the hotel is unstaffed. You have to check-in at a sister hotel some distance away - where there is also no lift and you have to climb a flight of stairs to check in. You are then just given a key card with some instructions on finding the Dato 2. You might expect to find some basic information in your room - but there is nothing, not even details on the WiFi, so I ended up having to trek back to the sister hotel to find out this information - with no hint of an apology - just the excuse that the password frequently changes (given it was just the city followed by the hotel name I think that unlikely!). The promised bath was a very small metre long effort, with high sides, no handrail or anti slip mat meaning taking a shower as an alternative was a risk. The room doors were exceptionally noisy to close, so although the hotel was very quiet, as soon as a door was used the peace was broken. There were no suggestions about where to go to get a coffee or breakfast - just warnings about not preparing your own food / drinks. You then had to repeat the whole trek back to the sister hotel, back up the stairs there to check out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Right in the town centre. Lovely rooms
Cons: Need satnav to negotiate the one way systems
6,7 Good
Pros: The receptionist was very close and nice
Cons: There weren't enough towels, the bed was uncomfortable, there weren't any bed side lights and it was too noisy all night.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Loved all the antiques everywhere on entry. Lovely spotless room and ensuite.
Cons: Check in wasn't the easiest. You have to haul your own bags up 3 flights of stairs.

7,5 Good
Pros: It was close to bars and centre
Cons: The bathroom was untidy when we arrived with hair in the bath and in. It’s toitlets
7,1 Good
Cons: Room was outdated but clean, breakfast not up to expectations
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfy good location helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location!
7,1 Good
Pros: The person at the front desk was friendly and tried to give as much information as possible. Location is close to the center of the town and we found free parking right in front of the hotel, so that was convenient. It was nice that the hotel provided complimentary chocolates and water bottles. The toiletries they provided were also nice.
Cons: Check-in took a very long time (there was no line - it just took around 15 minutes for the clerk to do the actual check-in). I found the shower difficult to operate, and it ended up deluging the bathroom in water. The room was a bit narrow and was monopolized by the bed, leaving very little space to fit my suitcase. The place was fine overall, it's just that the inconveniences were annoying - especially when arriving late at night.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is three blocks from the train station, 2 1/2 blocks if you cut through a plaza. The town's center is equally close, through a very nice park.
Cons: The bathtub/shower is NOT ADA compliant. Very difficult for anyone with mobility issues to use the shower. Breakfast rather meager for the price.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast was great and the room was very nice, easy to find next to a lovely park
