Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Cleanliness and comfortable beds are also highlighted as positives, with several guests noting the rooms are tidy and the beds are pleasant for a good night's sleep. However, some guests report negative experiences with service, particularly regarding staff attentiveness and support, and several mention issues with noise levels, both from within the hotel and from outside. Overall, the hotel is seen as a convenient and comfortable option, especially for its location, though improvements in service and soundproofing would enhance the experience.
