Cons: My only complaint is upon arriving to my room there was a white sheet, kinda like a shower curtain in my sink..I called about it but nobody ever came and picked it up. Also I wish the room was higher up and had a sky view and not the view of another hotel

Cons: The only issue we had was our shower didn’t drain. We had to take quick showers to prevent water from overflowing on to the floor.

Cons: Due to the situation we had to leave early. Rooms were not being serviced/cleaned. No amenities open. Staff being laid off so atmosphere really bad. I really felt for the staff, but in light of the situation the hotel should not be open. We also had to Make up our own bed.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that there is no complimentary coffee, tea or water in the room. The rooms aren’t cheap and such guest amenities make a big difference to guests. Furthermore, bathroom amenities such as Qtips were not being replenished by the housekeeping staff as part of the daily room cleaning.

Also the bedroom area was small and not completely separated from the living area with a door, so privacy would have been an issue if I had the wife and kids with me.

Cons: Continential breakfast is just ok and they are very strict about what you can have. We preferred to eat breakfast at the Carnegie dinner which was right around the corner and had great food.

Cons: As a wheelchair user I found that checking in was very difficult since the entire desk is well higher than my head. It is embarrassing when the help of the security guard has to be enlisted to pass my ID and Credit card across the desk:-(
