Everything was great except there was no ability to call the front desk from the room, so we couldn’t figure out how to do room service or ask other questions.

Great! The front desk team (Adrik, Leslei, Haileny) were helpful and friendly. Hotel room itself was clean though showing its age a little: rusted fixtures in bathroom, wallpaper peeling in a few places. But the room had a great view of the city and was insulated from street noise, hitting the right balance of visually connected & audibly isolated. Location couldn’t have been better for our plans ...

Fantastic staff and doormen. The room was very run down but also very clean- and I care much more about the latter. PERFECT location for a family traveling. Near the park, transit, and lots of amazing restaurants.

I will never go there again ! Noisy, VERY NOISY ! Bring very goor ear plugs if you want to TRY to sleep in the night! With the aircon ON is like having an airplane engine in the room. Turning off the aircon , the fan continue to make noise. Then if you unplug the aircon (as I did) you will surprisingly continue to ear the 'airplane like noise' ! Excellent location and housekeeping. AC worked but didn’t get cold enough to be comfortable. Nice rooftop area with one-lane covered pool. Room was in need of updates and view was of another rooftop and building—no visible sky etc. Restaurant inside hotel is closed. Very friendly staff. Biggest plus for me was the location—right across from Lincoln Center.

Pros (+) Location! Nice room and comfortable bed.
Cons (-) The A/C unit was unbearably loud. No street noise just the A/C. Had to sleep with ear plugs. No way to turn it lower or off w/o unplugging. It’s my only complaint.
