The location is fantastic and staffs are very kind and nice.
The parking is all valet-based. So, I had to request my car when I was checking-out. However, the staff had brought wrong car, and I had to ask the other car. In addition, I had no idea how much tips do I have to pay. So, I had passed my gratitude based on my common sense. Nonetheless, he looked disappointing and angry. I had no idea what I am I supposed to do there on the street.
Hotel was absolutely top, the view from 11 floor was a breathtaking experience, breakfast was excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel excellent.
Absolutely appalling behavior of the hotel staff. I paid for an apartment for 4 people with spectacular views of Central Park for two days for me and my wife. I made my reservation 6 months ago. Upon arrival we were accommodated on the 3rd floor overlooking Columbus Circle! When I complained about that I wanted the apartment I paid for, they said another was not free and I had to wait until the next day. The second day of our stay we moved to the desired apartment at 4:20 p.m.!!! But they no longer bothered to add a fruit bowl or minibar or an apology. But the worst was yet to come. As a pre-booking fee they took $ 900 - ok, it is okay. BUT, They charged $ 2,145 at check-in and charged $ 2,229 at check-out, not canceling their previous pre-reservation at $ 2,145. When I pointed out, they just said that the blocked amount will be released in about 7 days. Only at the end of our stay in NYC! So booking via booking.com was worth $ 1,741 + $ 300 import from the airport with all tax, but those thieves took over $ 4,400 from my account. Outrageous! The money was only released after I called and complained in my bank. Incredible behavior! Otherwise the hotel was absolutely top, the view from 11 floor was a breathtaking experience, breakfast was excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel excellent. But the behavior of front desk staff and blunt bellboys was unacceptable. I can't believe that this is even possible at a hotel by the US President. Perhaps the President's employees are his enemies and do not want his re-election. TRUMP 2020 Certainly I will be happy to return to this hotel when the staff is replaced. Robert
unexplained deductions from the card, decor of the room, view of the room( although a view was promised)
Location is perfect and staff very nice to me and very friendly with my children.
Room wasn't as clean as I was expecting it to be...unfortunately I can't attach photos here but I Emailed them to the manager Prince Sanders and my issue was completely ignored! Very unprofessional and definitely won't be staying there again nor recommend to anyone!!!
