Pros (+) Maintenance worker was awesome!! He helped us unlock the door. Guest services were very nice and cordial.
Cons (-) No breakfast like the other hotels in this chain.

Pros (+) The room was much bigger than your average Manhattan hotel rooms, and the hotel seems newly renovated. From the lobby to the corridors, elevators and of course the room, everything was spotless. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. If you think all what I stated is what you should expect from any four-star hotel, you most probably haven't bee much to hotels in NY.

Pros (+) If you are interested in wig near Times Square and broadway shows, location is good. Also it is very close to multiple subway lines and walking distance to 5th avenue, Central Park, Empire State Building, etc.
Cons (-) Room was very small- like being on a cruise ship. Also although I requested a city view room, they "upgraded" us to a room facing Times Square which meant lots of flashing lights at night. i would opt for something in a quieter area.

Pros (+) Outstanding location and friendly staff. Not luxurious, but clean and modern. When they say check in time is 3 pm, it's 3 pm and no sooner.
Cons (-) Hard to get one of the 4 elevators during peak periods; we ended up waking down from the 6th floor at checkout.

Pros (+) We bought some groceries in the corner, there is a fridge and microwave where you can store them and have your breakfast there Bed and pillow are comfy Staff is friendly, you can ask for a map for guidance
Cons (-) Elevators had peak hours, stay at lower levels in case you have to take the stairs, In peak hours is the fastest way. Bathroom door is sliding and not hermetic at all, so it can be awkward
