Pros (+) Great staff and clean.
Cons (-) The rooms are very old and small. The walls are paper thin and I felt I heard way too much from the couple next door. You can’t get a glass of wine anywhere before 3pm including the club lounge. Extremely overpriced even for U.N. week.

Pros (+) TV was amazing. Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) Refrigerator/microwave in the room, bathtub needed no slip strips, ac was not able to keep the room cool. It was set on 65 at one point (which would normally freeze us) and the room was warm and humid

Pros (+) I booked a room last minute after trying to save a few extra dollars staying at a nearby hotel. Felt like I was staying in a palace at the Sheraton in comparison to other place. Everything is top notch and I’ll only be staying here in the future.
Cons (-) The pillows could be made with down.

Pros (+) Lobby was plush and rooms were ok.
Cons (-) Waited for 30 mins to catch a lift in the morning to come from the rooms to the lobby. They don’t have enough lifts to serve rooms. Made us change the room at 12am in the morning because our bathroom was flooded. Waited for 1 hour in the middle of the night with or bags packed and no one came to give us the room. I had to go to the lobby to sort it out. Didn’t even bother to apologise.

Pros (+) It was close to the office and other amenities. Other than that, it was pretty disappointing for the money.
Cons (-) The new elevator system was a joke. Ten minutes for a lift is far too long. The room was very small for the price. I could barely move in the bathroom. Also, the hotel and Kayak failed to disclose the $50/night "destination fee" that is tacked on at the end of your stay even if you prepaid for the stay.
