The hotel is run down it looks good on the outside. The furniture is of no value , worn out and desk broken and should be given to homeless shelter. The phone doesn’t work to call front desk all the wires are tied up in a ball . The stated they were out of washcloths and did not trash can for my room. They have roaches and bed bugs. THE MANAGER ALEX HAS A VERY ANGRY AND NASTY DISPOSITION MAYBE HE SUFFER FROM LITTLE MAN SYNDROME. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY YOU WASTED YOUR MONEY.
No fitness center
Location was excellent
Quality of the room over price
The room was clean and comfortable. And the location was great. Close to all the Times square action and the hop on/ hop off buses.
The decor (carpet and wallpaper) was quite worn. Also, the bedside light was difficult to turn on and off.
The hotel has an excellent location
The overall building is extremely old and dated. Beds are not comfortable.
