Pros: Internet
Cons: The location is amazing and eco- friendly. Super staff which are always there to assist and the small complementary surprises & gifts! We had the best welcome ever, they are singing by the guitar!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The food is not the best, - Unless you like Philippine food :)
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and the location was great.
Cons: The room was not clean. It was dusty and had ants all over the bed. WiFi was horrible, the electricity was off and on and the AC wasn’t working. We got switched to another room only to find more ants on the curtains which ended up going inside my suitcase and clothes. The hot water in the shower was not working. I expected a 4 star hotel to be clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is stunning, with an island rimmed with white beaches. You will feel isolated yet completely taken care of, with the amenities of home. We were welcomed with a Club Paradise theme song played by the band, an introduction to the manager, and a foot bath. The island has a very nice pool and serves delicious food.
Cons: All I can fault is the poor wifi, which was explained upon arrival by staff. Although, this didn't bother us as there is wifi in areas of the resort, and a tv with an extensive channel list. Although this could cause problems for travellers with need of wifi for work.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, views and amazing staff (special shout-out to Toni, Bea, Peter and the whole team for helping me set up an awesome and romantic engagement proposal to my partner - it was perfect!)
Cons: The only things that could have been improved on was the usage of the facilities, specifically the beach front day beds. Having been told that we couldn't use one of the day bed's as someone else's stuff was there (there was literally one small bottle of sunscreen and a water bottle on a side table) we waited in an adjacent table and chairs for over an hour with no sign of the previous occupants return - it is unfair that one ignorant guest is allowed to monopolise such facilities when they are not even using them. I suggest implementing a policy that if you vacate the beds (or other facilities) for a period of time (no more than 30 mins), such facilities should be available for other guests to use. Also, while it doesnt bother me so much (its a small tropical island) there were some baby cockroaches in the room my partner didnt love this - though to be fair, these are present across the Philippines.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good, frequent towel replacement and cleaning We were quiet in private accommodation Friendly, everything was perfect
Cons: It's not as easy to eat Perfect except that
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Small resort with a limited number of ocean-facing cottages, a gorgeous white sandy beach and views of scenic, hilly Busuanga Island on the other side of the turquoise water. Lots of smiling, friendly staff, including good natured teenage trainees from a local school. Quiet atmosphere of lazy abandonment, beautiful, modern pool and water sports available weather permitting. Island hopping tours offered by resort get cancelled easily depending on sea conditions so keep your expectations low. Numerous personal touches include a complimentary welcome foot massage, welcome Christmas cup cakes and a daily delivery to your door of fresh morning coffee and local pan de sal sweet buns. Wi-if is not bad at all, at some times actually really good. Thanks to an accomplished Thai chef the restaurant serves an extensive variety of Asian and Western dishes all at very reasonable prices (most dishes not exceeding US $10). Shuttle service (van and boat) from and to the airport is efficient and flexible to fit different arrival and departure schedules. Food massages available in the spa. We did not sign up but saw people on scuba diving trips.
Cons: Few and non-critical. I am just picky in fairness to those who have an annoying habit of comparing everything to Ritz Carlton. The cottages are rustic and very small. There is only one spot on the floor where you can open a suitcase but then you won’t be able to open the main door or enter the bathroom. Big gaps between doors misaligned to their frames may be of concern to those who have heard about obscure conditions called malaria and dengue fever endemic in this area. If you bring your own mosquito net the staff offers to set it up for you in the room. A/C unit above the window is powerful to the point that it gets freezing cold within seconds and you have to turn it off unless you brought a fur coat. Because the room is not sealed well it then gets hot again within minutes and the game starts over. Getting used to sleeping with an AC remote in your hand doesn’t take long. Ceiling fan helps. Warm water in the shower is a hit or miss. I never had a pleasure of experiencing it during a three day stay although my wife says she was lucky once. The beautiful laid back atmosphere of an uncrowded tropical paradise and lots of breathtaking photo ops is what you get for your money but even that may be elusive as large groups also arrive here suddenly for wedding parties, proposal parties and similar events. There was one well behaved group from Europe later during our stay but admittedly kept their distance and turned out to be just a scare. Overall, Club Paradise delivers promised tropical fun and I wouldn’t hesitate to return anytime.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent ataff
Cons: Cockroaches
4,0 Okay
Pros: The beach is beautiful but it is overpriced for what you get. We rarely write reviews and photos of the island are beautiful but the actual experience was disappointing. Everything was so overpriced for what it is.
Cons: beautiful beach

Pros: Food is great, they have a lot of options to choose from, they had bacon! because in Town proper, few served processed pork. :)) . Staff are nice and accommodating! we had the entire hotel to ourselves btw. It was so relaxing. if you want a peaceful stay, this is the best place.
Cons: it is just SOOOOOOOOOOOO far from town proper. you have to tell the hotel you need to drop at the town so you can get there. a tricycle will cost you P400 from town to hotel, (takes about 20-30 mins tricycle ride, 10-15 mins in Van) lucky you if you find someone like "Romel" who only offered P300.
7,0 Good
Pros: The rooms are nice, the resort is beautiful and green
Cons: - The hotel is 12km from the city. Although there is a free shuttle per day, the shuttle stops at 7pm (otherwise it costs 1 000 pesos). Recommendation: rent a motorcycle. - Wifi - only works in the restaurant. Many of us were in the restaurant not to eat but to surf the Internet - not a nice feeling. - the staff speaks little English and could not communicate with us properly - we indicated that we were on honeymoon and asked for shuttle from the airport. We were sent a collective shuttle (15 people) and the hotel only suggested their private driver to take us back to the airport upon leaving. We would have appreciated, as requested, a private shuttle from the airport. - the swimming pool is not cleaned on a regular basis
5,0 Okay
Pros: - nice and spacious rooms
Cons: - pictures don’t match reality - resort was very deserted - some stuff around the pool was broken - Limited service mentality of staff - patchy internet
6,7 Good
Pros: Really nice stuff, we got a lunch package, as we couldn't go to the breakfast the last day, because we left early in the morning. Nice and big resort, and really quiet. Free drinking water every day. The shuttle service is a good idea, but it could work better!
Cons: A bit far away from the town, there is nothing you can do there. We rent a motorbike to be a little bit more flexible. The hotel offers free shuttle service, from 7am to 7pm to the town. The shuttle service did not work very good, because they once didn't read my message for a few hours (I couldn't call them) and the second time they picked us up 45 min later than we told them. There was a socket directly in the shower - i think that's really dangerous, and it was not a good feeling during the shower. The air condition stunk very much, it was hard to bear. I don't know what was the problem here. The food in the restaurant was too expensive for the quality.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The resort was amazing, it's a gem! Pool was luxurious! Staff were outstanding. They answered all of our questions and concerns. Food was absolutely delicious! Lots of Filipino food and western options. Rooms were clean and very comfy! Their suggested activities and tours were great and affordable. I will definitely come back!
Cons: They had power outages at times and would lose hot water. These things were minor. Staff was always accommodating.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The place is surround by nature. Spacious rooms.
Cons: No WiFi at rooms. Only at restaurant or lobby for 15min only. Looks like owner fighting with mobile/internet users. Area is not clean. There a lot of place to repair. Far far away from town... to much. Problems with hot water. Poor breakfast. Dirty outside, not clean umbrellas, pool, floor.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Busuanga Island Paradise was a perfect place to be based when you want to explore Coron and the outlying areas. It is also perfect for an idyllic and quiet retreat with nature with all the trees and natural water features and quaint covered bridges spanning the creek that runs through the property. They have well-appointed rooms and very comfortable beds that had nice porch settings just to laze the day. The rooms were very spacious and modern but have seen quite some days, though it was not such a major issue. In fact, if the place were more maintained it would rate an excellent mark. Staff were particularly responsive to requests and were always smiling. They also have a nice swimming pool (which unfortunately we were not able to use). Breakfast is decent with a lot of great homemade jams for the bread and there was an omelette station. But the buffet choice is really limited. One can select though from a wide 'ala carte' menu for other times of the day.
Cons: It was unfortunate that when we arrived, the room I had seemed like it just got a repainting and the smell of paint was bothersome on the first night. The bathroom shower faucet and shower were leaking so the tiled floor tended to be slippery and I almost slipped--twice! The major issue was the air-conditioning which had the habit of icing up as its thermostat was obviously not working. As the thermostat was not working, it could become very cold in the room. But then, it ices up. When it ices up, it stops cooling the room. I had to uncover the unit twice (once, in the middle of the night, and we only stayed 3 nights) and had to shift it to 'Fan Mode' then wait for it to de-ice it. That is not good for guests who just want to rest and relax. The geckos everywhere were an exotic feature but sometimes they just pop up from a corner right in front of your face as one walks over the covered bridges and that could be a bit of a story for a heart attack waiting to happen.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was okay, wasnt many options by the time we arrived at the dining area.
Cons: No pool lights and wifi is weak and almost inaccessible
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely peaceful paradise in the middle of nature away from noisy and dirty coron Town. Pretty, clean and spacious cottages, bathroom was really tidy. Staff very hospitable, we had an early check out so they gave us a packed brekkie which was really nice.
Cons: Nothing bad to say

7,0 Good
Pros: The rooms are great and the layout of the resort was really good. It was just a short 50 peso drive into town on the trikes.
Cons: Food overall was very average. Breakfast selection was not the best. Would have liked the atmosphere to be a bit more fun. We were there as Typhoon Ursula hit other parts of Philippines so we had a lot of rain and were pretty much grounded. I would have liked to see more involvement from the resort on those 3 days one of which was Christmas day. It would have been much more appreciated if they gave us updates on the coastguard's restrictions. I would like to see a proper pool bar.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Clean property and staff are friendly
Cons: This hotel is way over priced. Don’t pay more than 4-6,000 peso to stay here. The resort is nice and clean, but the beds are uncomfortable and hard, food gave us a stomach bug, house cleaning played music in the next room very loud at 7am with the doors open which woke us up, no security at night so we had drunk people in the pool at 4am making a loud noise and they are extending the hotel so everyday there is construction noise going on outside the door. The WiFi also very rarely works and when it does is extremely slow.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Such clean and well renovated rooms! Such a treat after our 3 day camping expedition. Pool was excellent as were the room and gardens. Staff were excellent
Cons: Food is really quite limited for vegetarian options
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All, the staff they are all friendly and accomodating they will attend all your needs and request. The place is also accesible in everywhere they have on call tricycle drivers to send you in any places you wish. They also have cozy restaurant. And nice pool.
Cons: Nothing.
7,9 Good
Pros: We liked sitting by the pool surrounded by trees. The pool area was quiet unless cars come out. The garden area had a feeling of serenity. This was a quiet haven from the busy centre of town. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Cons: On the first night, the staff walked along outside the rooms and were noisy past 9 pm but it improved the next day.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: + Helpful and friendly staffs + Free shuttle service to airport + Quiet location + Good sized room with comfortable beds + Breakfast included in the price
Cons: - Slow Internet connection; but I think it’s slow everywhere in Coron - Need to take tuk tuk to the centre though it’s inexpensive at PHP50 one way
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very small but clean and comfortable. AC was of the simpler kind and somewhat noisy. But the garden was wery nice and relaxing, Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Rooms could have been a little larger.

Pros: It is ok
Cons: Day 1 they said breakfast was at 6:po am but it was not ready when we came down
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, they truly went above and beyond to help.
Cons: The towels were washed but seem to have stains from past use.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Booked into the Corto del Mar for two nights, made a great pit stop before our island hopping tour. The location was good for restaurants and markets. I would say I’m the whole, Coron is made up of either hostels or luxury hotels and this place made a really good option for a quality middle ground!
Cons: Some of the facilities could use an update around the pool
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Clean rooms, wonderful staff... loved the pool!!!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff at Corte del Mar were so kind and accommodating, we were really looked after. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to all shops and restaurants as well as the boat terminals for any day tours you may have planned.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful, it has nice views over the water. The food was good too.
7,1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, good location.
Cons: The bathroom really smelled
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice atmosphere. Privacy, quiet, away from the hustle bustle bit easy walk to the downtown eateries. Nice pool area. Good breakfast.
Cons: Had to ask for the hair dryer several times. Didn't really clean the room daily.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good air conditioning, nice pool, central location and included good buffet breakfast.
Cons: My only complaint with this hotel is no hot water pressure so it was limited to take a hot shower. We like the location; however, may be a culture shock for some since the hotel is surrounded around homes in extreme poverty. Everything else is great.

Cons: The bathroom smelled like sewage
9,6 Excellent
Pros: THE DOG
Cons: WiFi wasn't working and didn't reach our rooms
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Just a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and buzz of the centre but set back enough to enjoy a quiet nights sleep. The pool is refreshing after a long day
4,2 Okay
Cons: Very old and in a bad condition. Shower was not working, dirty, old. Hotel room was more a jail room. I can not recommend it.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Good location and nice graden with a small pool. Wifi good for Coron.
Cons: The place seemed a bit warn down and could need a bit of an upgrade. The room we had was very basic and had glass tiles to the hallway with no curtains which ment that light came into our room all Night every time someone walked by and turned it on. The bathroom was old and had spiderwebs. A moskito net Would be Nice as we had quite a few moskitos even if the room had no Windows.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The pool area was really lovely and the way the outside was lit up at night was lovely. The staff were very friendly. I arrived with a back injury and they took my bag up to my room for me upon check in. The room itself was basic and I was pleased I was travelling alone as the bed was in the corner so only accessible from one side.
Cons: When the power shower turned on, it made the lights flicker in the bathroom so it sort of felt like a rave!

Pros: Big rooms, location, nice pool and gardens.
Cons: Staff don’t look happy sometimes Unhelpful.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Property is really dated and even all the external forms and sign are all faded off.
Cons: Our cave room didn’t meet the expectations. They gave us a single bedroom when I booked for a double. Room was really dirty and didn’t have A/C which it was disappointing for a 3* hotel. Very poor service.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious, clean. About a ten or fifteen minute walk from the centre so was quiet but if you don’t mind the walk really good!
Cons: Pool looks really nice and was clean but freezing! Couldn’t stay in there for long periods of time!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Walking distance to McDonald's, great for the kids. Had restaurants nearby. Town proper was less than 3 mins away via tricycle. Great price!!! They offer economy rooms where it only has fans n no AC, so if u don't mind that, u can save money on rooms. The grounds had beautiful landscape, lots of different places for u to sit n hang outside by the pool. They had swings and hammocks. Near hot springs and Mt tapyas.... which had a nice hike to see the highest point of Coron. Rooms were good size even for the economy rooms. Plenty of space ro spread out for a family.
Cons: Wifi available at reception desk only and it was spotty.... other than that I got nothing else to say.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Swimmingpool.
Cons: in booking.com it’s Said free breakfast!! But they refuse it, if you have book the room through booking.com no breakfast included. Very unfair. Water in the faucet or in shower room was brown dirty water.

Pros: Place was extremely dirty, they gave us bath towels that had blood on it. Electricity would turn off every 2hrs for about 20mins, happened during our sleep and work up sweat like a pig about 3 times during the night. However staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Cons: read above

1,0 Poor
Cons: First day electricity did not work for few hours. Another day in our floor was not hot water, they sent us to take shower to another room. Although hotel has wifi only in reception, it never works. Our room was orientated into market side, where a replacement power supply is located and this machine is non stop making big noise. Bonus in this hotel was cockroach in bathroom, every day i killed one.

Pros: They are nice to accommodate us for our early arrival, attend to our needs promptly and help us with our extended stay.
Cons: The bed, we have backache every morning.
