7,0 Good
Pros: Excellent location; excellent staff; clean rooms; 3 restaurants inside; shuttle to airport. I was especially impressed by all the personnel. Very professional and helpful, every single one.
Cons: I had booked the Mercure thinking it was another hotel. This other hotel (downtown) had a huge gym, swimming pool and spa area. This hotel does have a gym and a pool, but smaller than the visions of grandeur I had mistakenly assumed.
4,5 Okay
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Old construction. Unclean. Poor bathroom.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: the breakfast had loads of options The cleaning lady Donia is VERY nice and is probably the only good staff there
Cons: ALOT. 1) They didnt mention on booking.com there is a £120 deposit which they take out of your bank 2) they didnt mention on booking.com that they actually have 3 ADITIONAL taxes that you have to pay 3) they overcharged me 120£ when I left 4) I had to change my room 3 times because they were disgusting and had INSECTS everywhere (I have attached about 4 of the 20+ pictures I have) 5) I asked for towels and shampoo and they said THEY RAN OUT! 6) I asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on me multiple times and then after about 4 HOURS of calling them, they passed me to someone who said he was the manager and said his name was Mahdi. When I called back and asked for him they said they dont even HAVE an employee called Mahdi so everything was a lie. 7) Booked a taxi for the airport ride and asked them to charge it to my room, which they did, but they did not inform the driver, SO I HAD TO PAY TWICE! Honestly, given that I speak arabic and I am algerian and this is supposed to be the top of the top, you are better off going to the Hilton, which is closer to the airport, clearner and the staff are friendly. NOT WORTH your money.

3,3 Mediocre
Cons: Only the corridors are good, the rooms, the food menu, the swimming pool, the SPA all not of the level of 5 stars and not equivalent of the price. The head of the receptionists is a very rude lady and the staff as well. Very disappointed about that stay and felt like my money was lost!! I will never come back again, neither will no one of my family.
6,3 Good
Cons: reception response and how they serve customers!!!!
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The pool is OK.
Cons: The cleaning staff stole some valuable personal belongings from my room. I expected some kind of compensation, but the General Manager just said that these kind of things can happen and they would not do anything at all. I will take this issue to the Sheraton headquarters in the US and inform them about this. Shame of hotel. The facilities are nice, but the service is HORRIBLE.

6,8 Good
Pros: Beautiful place, full of history. If you like old palaces with charm... The tiles that decorate the whole building are stunning. Bed very confortable, linen high quality, good towels...

Pros: very good team and service and quality of food
Cons: part of the funiture
4,3 Okay
Cons: The reception not friendly, check in cost me almost 90 minutes, we need help but they don’t want to help the client solve problem. I will not live in this hotel again even it has a good garden .
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I chose the Hotel over some cheaper ( City Centre / Harbour Area ) options as it was offered a decent swimming pool, good sized Gym and Spa . These facilities gave me activities to do on site after two very long sight seeing days. The Hotel has a very pleasant pool side snack bar and in addition a wonderful terrace bar for coffee and cakes or something a little stronger!. I found the Hotel's security policies and procedures effective and re assuring.
Cons: My only disappointment was a few broken or missing features in my allocated room. These should have been obvious to the room cleaning staff. I brought the matter up at the end of my visit.
4,3 Okay
Pros: Worthless
Cons: Every thing is old and damaged
5,0 Okay
Cons: Rooms are old and bathroom is worn out. A government hotel !
