Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, close to major attractions and public transport. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned positively. However, many guests report issues with noise, especially from elevators and air conditioning, and long waits for elevators, sometimes due to shared use with a bar. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or rude staff and slow response to problems. Room size and comfort are occasionally noted, but less frequently.
