Everything was perfect, elevators are being upgraded so sometimes had to wait a few minutes for a ride, but rooms were spacious and clean and bedding was luxurious and cozy. Very comfy.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Manhattan and nearby attractions. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and friendly, helpful service from the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about the elevator system, with long wait times and operational issues causing frustration. Cleanliness and amenities were generally satisfactory, though some found the decor dated and breakfast offerings average or overpriced. Overall, the hotel offers good value, especially for its location and room size, but improvements to the elevators and some facilities would enhance the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

More elevators would definitely be better
This was the third time we have stayed at The Manhattan Club. It's in a terrific location, only 8 blocks from Times Square and an easy walk to most theaters and entertainment venues. Unfortunately, our room was quite cold and the management had decided not to turn the heating system back on until a week or two after we checked out. The staff was excellent, very helpful. Although our room was small...

Around great sites like Carnegie Hall, Steven Colbert‘s Ed Sullivan theater, radio city music hall, Breakfast theater, Central Park, etc. Facilities were a little dated but very comfortable. Great staff!!!
Great location. Subway stations are only 1 minute walk away. Time square is 7 minute walk. Central Park is 4 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Pros (+) The location and the suites were amazing! It was an incredible value!
Cons (-) Better technology perhaps. Better views.
Pros (+) excellent location, 2 bathrooms
Cons (-) better elevators, no hot water one morning, poorly laid out room- door to bedroom in middle of room - hard to navigate
Pros (+) As a family of four traveling with an infant, we appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. A crib was provided as requested prior to our arrival. Two bathrooms and the kitchenette were useful. The location is central to subways, shopping, and the park. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The room we stayed in, #1716 was showing obvious wear. The nightstand, and living room tables were dinged and worn on top. The couch was stained. Also minor stains on the carpet. We stayed here frequently in the late 1990's and early 2000's and this room has not been renovated.
Cons (-) There were stains on the bed linen and dust cover, mattress was not the most comfortable.
Pros (+) Renovated suite with comfortable bed, 2 TV's, clean and very quiet. Perfect location, too
Cons (-) Lobby does not reflect the quality
