9,6 Excellent
Pros: I brought my cat with me, and your service people were wonderful with her. You even provided a "cat condo" in my room for her. I am just astounded with how wonderful your hotel is!
Cons: There was nothing I did not like, but I do have a suggestion. It would be nice to have a quiet area like a library if you want to do some work on your laptop away from the activity in the living room lobby. Although, there may be somewhere like that at your facility which I was not aware of.

Pros: Fire place , watching World Cup Rugby on NBC and seeing England beat Usa! Walking into town for great dinner at Ellina. Hotel did offer complimentary transfers if you wanted lift in or back.

Pros: Staff was A+! They kept the reception cocktails and snacks out for us because we arrived a little late, and did the same for the delicious breakfast. We upgraded to the premium room and it was so worth it. Clean and comfy! Classic Aspen!
Cons: Walls were a little "thin"...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet Close to ski bus stops Very nice team running the place
6,0 Good
Pros: Aspen is expensive to spend time in, but so beautiful. The hotel room was incredibly small. The coffe maker was in a closet and there was no place to plug it in unless you put in in a chair and unplugged a lamp. Hey, it's Aspen.
Cons: Tiny room next to the street and upgrades offered were way high.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was good. It was unique.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Perfect for a quiet weekend
Cons: They advertised on the front door and we were told at check in, the lobby area with the fireplace with coffee/tea were available until 9pm. That was never the case, the office and lobby were locked up right at 6pm. We would have appreciated a little let down time casually enjoying the fireplace! After we checked out, they changed the signing to 6pm. Either way, off-season or not the fire place and lobby area should be available in the early evenings at least!

9,2 Excellent
Pros: perfect
Cons: room could be larger
7,0 Good
Pros: The room was rather squashy for three people.....the 3rd had to scramble up the loft and back but we knew that. The breakfasts were great, the hot tub appreciated, and the staff terrific. Nice and central to Aspen restaurants and also to the bus to the other resorts.
Cons: Bit pricy for what we go but maybe due to time of year (ie New Year)
6,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was relatively good. Not outstanding. The cook/server was very pleasant.
Cons: Our room was absurdly small. Also, the bathroom exhaust vent was covered in dust/grime. One easy suggestion: Adding a collection of hooks on the wall would make a huge difference in having somewhere to hang ski clothing and jackets.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The price
Cons: They do not shovel/salt/sand property and thus I fell walking to my car and it resulted in a visit to the dr, xrays and prescriptions for pain.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast, great location and very friendly owners.
Cons: The room was a bit cold, you can’t control the temperature. Our room was right in the front of main door. The door creaks and people release the door shuts making a huge bang. The breakfast time slot could be at least 2 hours.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing ... Good Location and Value for Money
Cons: Everything was good ... except the Bed was small for 2 people
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The location is a short walking distance for most of Aspen's attractions, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The lodge is quaint and historical. The accommodations are comfortable and homey. Our king size bed was very comfortable. Sitting around the kitchen table in the morning was a great way to sta starty the day. The price of the lodging was a bargain...especially for Aspen.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like about our visit. We were not disappointed about our choice of the Snow Queen as a place for an Aspen get-away..
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and we made the mistake of dropping an article of clothing behind the couch. It was awful and dirty.

Pros: The shuttle was fantastic! Staff was very willing to help! Never made it to breakfast and soup for lunch but nice to have available. Traveling with special needs granddaughter and everyone was most helpful in accommodating her needs. Parking was very useful. Jose Feliciano was most helpful on our arrival getting our gear unloaded.
Cons: A few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful. Made a spaghetti dinner for 11 without anything that worked to serve it easily - spaghetti server would have helped. No spatula either. But at the end of the st these are minor issues!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely!
4,3 Okay
Cons: The room we were in 112 was directly underneath the lobby. There must have been zero insulation between the floor of the lobby and our ceiling because we could clearly hear every conversation that took place as guests entered the building. We were kept up all night by the noise of roll on luggage being pulled across the floor upstairs and in the morning we could hear the front desk great everyone as they checked out. They never asked my girlfriend and I how our stay was when we checked out. I assume this is because they knew which room we were coming from. The staff overall was lukewarm and they didn't have any coffee for us as we departed to top it off. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast layout and nice apres. Nothing fancy but for the price in Aspen a good value. Staff, especially Brian, were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Wifi was definitely spotty but cell service was fine.
6,7 Good
Cons: When I arrived for my reservation the weekend of my sister’s wedding, the front desk told me they didn’t have a reservation in my name! Only after telling them multiple times that I had a confirmation email and showing them my booking.com confirmation did they open up their reservation system and find me a room. I had originally reserved a king bed and ended up with 2 full beds, which wasn’t ideal for my my boyfriend and I to stay in. And I didn’t even get a discount!!!! Terrible customer service.

Pros: The warmth and friendliness
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We loved Shannon, who greeted us like old friends the moment we walked in. He had great suggestions for the area and always had the best smile on his face. The building is Frank Llod Wright inspired architecture designed by one of his students! The best part is that the place feels like home. There's a super clean, HOT hottub, wine & cheese hour in the living room, meaning you get to meet and hang with other guests. We will definitely be coming back!
Cons: Breakfast... the cook was always grumpy and made us feel like we weren't welcome to the breakfast that we'd paid for.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was exceptionally. Breakfast was also very good and the breakfast/sitting room was very cozy, along with great views. Rooms were clean and simple.
Cons: The only issue was the bathroom; a bit "underperforming". Suggest and upgrade to bathroom. Otherwise, well done!

Pros: It is right in the Snow Mass ski village. Would be an ideal place to go anytime of year. We brought our 8 month old and they provided us with a pack-n-play and even put a sheet on there for us. Great room, very spacious and we had an AMAZING view of the mountains. they also provide a continental breakfast that is perfect for a quick bite before you hits the mountains. This resort is great for families or a group of friends who want to do a mountain getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I plan on coming back and staying again!

Pros: Very nice condo, excellent staff, great location - but parking was tough for a second car during the Spartan Race. Could not have been better otherwise.
Cons: Parking can be an issue. There's just one spot for the condo. Other parking is iffy during events and peak season.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The shuttle was fantastic! Staff was very willing to help! Never made it to breakfast and soup for lunch but nice to have available. Traveling with special needs granddaughter and everyone was most helpful in accommodating her needs. Parking was very useful. Jose Feliciano was most helpful on our arrival getting our gear unloaded.
Cons: A few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful. Made a spaghetti dinner for 11 without anything that worked to serve it easily - spaghetti server would have helped. No spatula either. But at the end of the st these are minor issues!
