Heat and AC did not work
Central Location but not the best
Room layout was efficient and cozy with a bluetooth speaker in the room
Construction in front of the hotel, beds and pillows not comfortable, nightlife hotel if that’s what you’re into
Shower was great, hotel was nice.
A little too "trendy" and a bit worn down. All the lights were kept very low
Worth the $
Very trendy shiek resort in heart of meatpacking. Extremely friendly staff, Malik at front desk was very accommodating. Roofdeck bar w pool and amazing views makes this a unforgettable stay
Too many up sell items
Room size was nice and location was great.
The hotel was decent, but for a hotel which is supposed to be a luxury boutique type hotel every corner of the room and bathroom was litter with a product they were trying to sell.
There was a rowdy party on the penthouse floor tha
Location
There was a drug party across the hall from us that went on from 4-6AM, culminating in a violent arrest that took 1 hour to consummate. Everything in the room was an upcharge -- no free drinking water or coffee?
Best housekeeping staff I've ever experienced.
The spa wasn't very clean. Sauna didn't work. Staff there seemed very untrained and a bit unprofessional, though nice.
Location was perfect for pubs, clubs and eating out and was quite relaxing as you are away from the hustle and bustle of Midtown, would definatly stay there again, only down side and the roof top bar is fantastic
The food and drink is quite expensive, they charge for also most everything, I would expect from a hotel of this standard to at least get free water
The design and perfection of the room.
The spa is on the lower ground floor although the hotel staff claim is operated by a separate company. The service at the spa didn't match that of the hotel, and its staff was incompetent and careless.
Center of cool
All good
The location was perfect. There was easy access to the city (NYC)
No restaurant
I loved the wireless connection. Bedding, space in the room, elevator staff. Simple things.
I didn't care for the eggs at continental breakfast. But if that's all I'm complaining about.... I'm pretty well off.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the location is perfect for all of the great shopping & restaurants in the area.
Comfortable room. Space for sofa and 2 arm chairs in the room.
Music in the lobby
Overal, I had a fantastic stay at the Gansevoorti would totally recommend itGREATservice/rooms/POOL.....
The location of the hotel was fantastic and unfortunately there aren't that many hotels in that area that are any cheaper. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have a pool to dive into in the morning to get over the hangover!!
We didn't realise that on the weekend the hotel is party central with all weekend parties, so just trying to get into the hotel was an effort and then the bar was always really packed and not the nicest crowd either and of course the drinks were extremely overpriced!!
