Pros: Everything!!!!! The welcome, the staff, the location :) The 24 tea and coffee was a lovely touch, together with the free pastries in the morning, although we always left before they arrived. Would highly recommend. Just s few minutes walk and 3 stops away from The Empire State. We opted to walk to Ground Zero and that was a 20 minute stroll. Exceptionally clean rooms and the view from the roof was an unexpected addition. Thank you Nobel Den

Pros: This is a nice hotel. You can tell they try hard to make guest feel comfortable and provide good service.
Cons: They need to figure out how long after check out they hold your deposit. I’m going on 15 days. I didn’t book my thanksgiving trip with them because of this. I also passed on them for Christmas for the same reason. Not going to book this hotel and give more money , when I’m still waiting for them to release an old hold. You should really figure out a better system (especially when you’re on the higher end for per night deposit)

Pros: We loved this place! Friendly staff, simple but beautifully done rooms, great location.
Cons: The only “con” is that there is no elevator. They have staff that help you carry your bags up and will store anything you need. We didn’t mind at all but something to know when booking.

It is a walk up, so keep that in mind, but I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: We were hungry later at night but had few options, and none in the hotel itself, except for vending machines. And it was not clear how safe the neighborhood was. Not the cleanest, chicest neigborhood, but seemed okay. So many wonderful streets nearby that it did not feel like a problem.
6,8 Good
Pros: Location is really good, close to subway stations.
Fancy and stylish, nice design.
King size room is spacious, heated floor in the bathroom, home management system via TV (heating, lights, room requests).
Luggage-porter and utility man are kind and always there to help, good fellas.
Nice selection of restaurants around.
Cons: $250 deposit.
No elevator.
Receptionists are arrogant.
Our room (422s) was so noisy (ice machine in the hall, some noisy appliance attached to the wall, etc.) even through earplugs, we requested to move, but we were kinda pushed to upgrade instead (we were told by the receptionist, that other queen size rooms are even smaller and just as noisy), a compensation would have been nice (like upgrade is free for one night for the inconveniencies), and there are hidden charges) even after stating by the receptionist there are none) like Upgrade NYC Sales Tax - 8.875% and Upgrade State Tax - 5.875%.
Home management system is slow and laggy.

Pros: Nice property
Cons: No elevator - Big issue here; surprised there was no elevator upon arrival. What would happen if i hurt my ankle walking around the neighborhood?? how would you accommodate that?
8,8 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION IS PHENOMENAL. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: Mattresses and bedding - certainly clean and decent but I expected a bit better quality due to the price. Also no mini fridge - not a huge deal but also would’ve expected at price I paid.

Pros: It was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do.
Cons: The room was extremely small and extremely noisy (to the point it woke me up at 5:15am). It was like pulling teeth to get the staff to do anything, even something as simple as getting ice or just telling us where to get it ourselves.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons: Rooms were unbelievably small for the very expensive price.
7,9 Good
Pros:
Cons: The lighting in bathroom was not good for applying make up. The hallways were very dark.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic. Le CouCou is Michelin started and serves the most amazing breakfast! The bar ‘ The Blonde’ served us delicious cocktails. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby too.
Cons: Rooms were a little on the small side but very comfortable. Wear and tear is starting to show a little on the hotel room walls which the hotel should keep a bit more fresh to stay top notch. Our air con was noisy but the staff arranged a new room without fuss.
6,7 Good
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful
Cons: Entrance lobby was too basic / sparse. The bedroom window area was dirty and old and badly finished. The walls in the bedroom were damaged by lots of scuff marks, a bit sloppy all round. The library sitting area was a bit peculiar, not easy to get a drink, and the restricted bar area at the weekends was a pain. You essentially lose your bar service except for in the library area. The hotel is cashing in on selling tables for $1500 to the foolish so you can’t blame the hotel for cashing in on this market. But in the process the hotel suffers badly. I will give it a miss next time, there are many better hotels in the area and beyond.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Not much in truth. The location was good but thats about it.
Cons: The hotel room was one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in. It was absolutely minute and the bathroom was equally small. The pillows in the room were absolutely terrible and linen was "tired". When trying to check out this morning, and being in a rush to the airport, the front desk was not manned and I had to wait for a few minutes just to check. The hotel is definitely not worth the rate and I won't be staying at 11 Howard are recommending it.

Pros: The hotel was surrounded by stores and restaurants which was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. The subway was also really close and took me straight to Times Square.
Cons: The bathroom looked really cool however the floor didn't appear clean because of all the chipping I assume was accrued overtime because of cleaning. The tiles are a cute touch but if you pay close attention to the corners, it doesn't look very clean. The wires connecting the TV could've been hidden better as well.

Pros: The two front desk young girls, Pricilla and her partner are amazing. So helpful and kind. Golden is also an amazing staff. Very friendly, kind and respectful. These three staff touched my heart in the way they are efficient, and went an extra mile beyond the call of duty. I recommend a promotion and pay rise.

Pros:
Cons: Value hotel. Small rooms and no amenities. It is simply a bed, TV and bathroom. No luxury but gets the job done if you need a place to sleep in a good location

Cons: Absolutely NO amenities. Got in late and could not get even a bottle of water other than the one in room - not even any machines. This is basic, basic, basic.

Pros: Shower was best feature in the hotel, location of hotel also good.
Cons: Staff weren't very helpful, didn't explain that payment would be processed at check in. Room was a double room with 2 double beds however room was too small for 3 guests, Wardrobe only had 2, I mean 2 clothes hangers in it, With 3 guests in a room for 2 nights this is totally inadequate. As a result we had to leave everything in our suitcases on the floor and in a small room with limited space the suitcases were on the floor which caused even less space for 3 people go get around the room. I called reception and asked for extra clothes hangers but none arrived and there was no communication about this request over the 2 days despite passing in and out through reception on a number of occasions. The Ironing board didn't have a cover on it! Impossible to iron clothes on an uncovered ironing board. On check out we were charged $2 per item for luggage storage, I have never in all my years of travelling and staying in all types of hotel had to pay a fee for leaving luggage in storage for a few hours.

Cons: My room window view was not appealing. The rooms are very small

Pros: Great location, friendly staff
Cons: Misrepresentation of parking fees, as when you google this hotel - it shows that it has "free accessible parking" on its website but I had to shell out 50 dollars each day for parking. If that was taken into account, I would have chosen another option.

Pros: It is too bad, the rooms!? There is no rooms, too small, they just fit the very small beds and nothing mire that you could hardly sit or lay in your bed forget about finding more space to put some stuff or even your closes, these are rooms for prisoners and the hotel!? It is like a prison, This a place to just sleep at night but unfortionately I wasn’t able to sleep one moment as it was very noisy until morning. Bear in mind you that you have to pay 40 dollar a day for parking if you’re driving.

Cons: My checkin staff wasn't too friendly nor informative. How can you not inform guests about fire escape in a building like this, nor was I informed about wifi until I ask for passcode... he was too busy on his cell phone. The room is tiny to be expected due to the price, but there were food stains on the wall. Unlucky me, I had a tiny cell next to people who snored and wasn't able to sleep at night. I left a day early and didn't ask for refund.
