Resort fee?? not sure how that is justified, no gym, no elevator, definitely not a 4 star hotel, but good location close to China town, Little Italy and submay.

Pros (+) Friendly staff. Nicely decorated
Cons (-) They should really install an elevator...
Pros (+) Modern Amenities Excellent Location
Cons (-) Cramped rooms Noisy location Not business friendly No Early check-in
Pros (+) Room decor and finishes felt high end. Staff was great. Loved the location shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Mattress was not comfortable.
