Resort fee?? not sure how that is justified, no gym, no elevator, definitely not a 4 star hotel, but good location close to China town, Little Italy and submay.

Pros (+) Room decor and finishes felt high end. Staff was great. Loved the location shopping and restaurants.

Pros (+) Location is really good, close to subway stations. Fancy and stylish, nice design. King size room is spacious, heated floor in the bathroom, home management system via TV (heating, lights, room requests). Luggage-porter and utility man are kind and always there to help, good fellas. Nice selection of restaurants around.
Cons (-) $250 deposit. No elevator. Receptionists are arrogant. Our room (422s) was so noisy (ice machine in the hall, some noisy appliance attached to the wall, etc.) even through earplugs, we requested to move, but we were kinda pushed to upgrade instead (we were told by the receptionist, that other queen size rooms are even smaller and just as noisy), a compensation would have been nice (like upgrade is...
