The hotel was very nice. Everything seemed new and good in general. The staff were quite helpful when we asked for anything. It was great that we were able to borrow the computer for free!
Even though the room was cleaned well everyday, the toiletries were not replaced. We needed to go and ask for more soap when we had none left. Breakfast is included, but its not really a proper breakfast. It's coffee, juice, croissant and yogurt. Thats it. Nothing else to have, to choose from. No toast, eggs, nothing else.
The hotel had great extras like breakfast and complementary wine and snack for happy hour. Great location. Staff were polite and helpful.
Comfy bed, nice balcony, great food options nearby
Tried to charge late check out fee without informing us, even though we requested late check out. It was resolved quickly though.
Wifi wasn’t good
Breakfast was the same every day, served in the lobby. The happy hour was nice, so was the staff. The hotel is cool and modern.
The localization wasn't so good. The Kenmare street is a little noisy, hard traffic.
