We loved the suite room with a separate bedroom and master bathroom from the living room, kitchen and guest bathroom. Tv in living room and master bathroom, very spacious and pleasant staff.

Pros: The room was clean, the location was convenient, and it was fine for business, but if I had tried to include my family, having just a pull out for a second bed would have been difficult. Also the bedroom area was small and not completely separated from the living area with a door, so privacy would have been an issue if I had the wife and kids with me.

Cons: Continential breakfast is just ok and they are very strict about what you can have. We preferred to eat breakfast at the Carnegie dinner which was right around the corner and had great food.

Cons: As a wheelchair user I found that checking in was very difficult since the entire desk is well higher than my head. It is embarrassing when the help of the security guard has to be enlisted to pass my ID and Credit card across the desk:-(

Cons: For a 4 star hotel, a few things were missing. - No free breakfast - Check-in (4pm) not flexible. - Parking was $35 - Room was clean but definitely needed renovations - No hot water ever. Lukewarm but never hot - Room was freezing

Pros: My husband and I were traveling with our 2 adult children and their traveling companions, so we booked 3 rooms. All rooms were spacious and comfortable. Decor was trendy, with high end amenities. We loved the rooftop bar and had a great meal at the attached restaurant. Location was perfect. Overall, a great stay.

Cons: Thin walls, assuming our next door neighbor had to much fun at the Roof Top Bar and was throwing up the whole night, we had the pleasure of hearing every single thing for about 1-2 hours straight. Had to turn on the TV to muffle some of it out!

Cons: There were a few hiccups in our reservations to do with billing and how it was handled at check-in - which were quite frustrating, but we were so thankful to host for sorting us out and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable last night at the hotel.

Pros: Zachary at the front desk was wonderful! All of the staff were so pleasant. The fresh flowers in the lobby were just beautiful. The art in residence program showcased interesting pieces of art throughout the hotel. The rooms were lovely, comfortable bed, very clean - an all around 10 out of 10 stay!

Cons: The hotel was under construction. Our 15 floor room's windows were blacked out. There was no view not even of construction. Saturday morning construction started at 8 am, like someone was digging into a grave we were in. Such rooms shouldn't be rented.
