Pros (+) The location is unbeatable for a trip to see shows on Broadway! You walk out of the door and are in the heart of Times Square. The staff were unbelievably helpful and welcoming. The entire experience was exactly what I wanted when taking my sisters and niece to NYC for the first time.

Pros (+) Great location and very nice staff in all departments.
Cons (-) The rooms were a bit worn and the separation of the bathroom was only with a curtain.
