Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Times Square and major attractions. However, many reviews mention negative aspects such as uncomfortable beds, small room sizes, cleanliness issues, and inconsistent service. Some guests also experienced problems with noise, understaffing, and check-in delays. While a few staff members received positive mentions, overall service was seen as lacking. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location remains the hotel's standout feature.
