Location is great that’s all about the hotel
Room size very small the bathroom is too small for a parsons more than 200 ponds is very hard to use. In the room on sufficient place for the clothing & luggage. No coffee or tea. Night stand has no drawers to keep personal items.
Right off of times square.
When we first got there, they gave us a 2 twin room but I booked a 2 double room. Went to the front desk and resolved the problem in a minute.
Nice staff. Hotel is close walking distance to Times Square and Theatre district.
Small rooms are more like a small college dorm which brings down quality of your hotel. No dresser. Small box closet more like a thin broom closet with no shelves or space. Room is extremely tight with minimum floor space to put luggage. Had to pile my family’s things up and felt cramped. No vanity counter space in bathroom to put tooth brush and small items. I like being able to unpack and use counter space, dresser and bigger closet which your hotel does not have. It helps the hotel experience be better for the guest. My family did not like putting toothbrushes on a thin shelf inches above the toilet where they could easily fall in. Why do you charge “resort fee” per night as your hotel does not offer spa or pool services. The booking site lists a resort fee which misleads the customer. Would have been nice to have a small fridge to store milk and water which is a basic amenity.
Extra charges not mentioned. 2 people can't fit in the room.. too small to walk
Good location - close to Times Square and Theatres
Breakfast was included in the rate but super busy in the morning with a long queue
As one of the most recognizable destinations anywhere in the world, Times Square is a destination for guests from all around the globe. Filled with personality, New York’s Paramount Hotel is one of the most convenient locales for exploring this iconic destination. Originally built in 1928, the building has plenty of history. Even though it was remodeled in 1998, it has retained its historic charm, making it one of the more memorable hotels around Times Square. The rooms start at 100 square feet, making them ideal for single travelers with an eye towards value. However, the Paramount Hotel also includes suites that get up to almost 1,000 square feet, perfect for travelers who want a little more space and luxury. Despite being in the heart of one of the busiest areas in the city, the Paramount boasts a calm and quiet experience. This relaxation is boosted by in-room amenities like a pillowtop mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, and high definition televisions. The hotel features the Paramount Café, designed for continental breakfast in the morning and grab-and-go food items through the evening, as well as bar service as night. However, at less than a half mile away from Times Square and the heart of Broadway, hotel guests are just minutes away from a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Foodies will particularly enjoy the fact that the Paramount Hotel is just steps away from famed Restaurant Row. With value options and a big personality, the Paramount Hotel makes an exciting option for visiting some of New York City’s biggest landmarks.
