Beds where great. Location was awesome. General Manager helped us with some water and gave us tips. Do not see that a lot in hotels.
It's 2019 and the WiFi feels like they are located on the back side of the moon. Come on guys.... Asked reception for a fix "you can sit here in the lobby, that might help?" Staff was not so friendly, it answers your question but is not able to go the extra mile to make my stay a 10/10. This might suit the price range but from an A location like this, my expectations where higher.
Location is very good, 2 blocks from Times Square
The 30.00 USD resort fee per night are money lost: you'll get nothing. Moreover, the wifi is working well just in the lobby area, in your room is almost zero. I changed three rooms in two weeks, none looking as advertised. Old furniture, no fridge in king room (just in queen), elevators running on their own, etc... Why I've stayed two weeks? Cause of non-refundable clause.
It was clean room and clean bathroom. The location is also great.
The staff were okay, however not up to 4 star standard. The room is tiny and there is barely any light at all, a couple of spotlights and two small lamps. There is no fridge, water is only provided downstairs and staff take a long time to respond to requests, I had to wait an hour and make 3 phone calls to get toothpaste. The internet connection is rubbish and you have to pay to leave your luggage in storage for your check out day. It just is not up to a 4 star hotel at all. We were in the states for 3 weeks and motels that were a quater of the price were much better. The bathroom is also insanely small.
The staff are fantastic, friendly and will have a laugh with you. Hotel is perfectly located and very clean.
Location was awesome and reception staff friendly
Air conditioning was terrible and NYC was experiencing high temps when I was there. The A/C was very loud when on and kept cutting out and fluctuating in temperature, including switching itself on and off. I was actually in bed sick for most of my stay so when I tried to call down to get it fixed the phone would not work and when I called from my mobile it kept circling in the IVR and not going through to anyone. The bathroom had hair in it which was pretty yuck and a woman I met in the lift had need to change rooms due to cleanliness issues so some areas of improvement to be made I think. On my last day, I got woken up at 8.30am by the cleaners wanting to know when I was going to leave which I wasnt too impressed about.
