These people really know good hospitality. We were treated like royalty and were gifted a complimentary bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Perfect stay, definitely would come back soon!!
Didn’t like how all expenses had to be paid upfront. Coming from Canada it took a huge hit on my bank account upon my arrival. Would recommend charging afterwards so guests don’t have to stress about the transaction. Other than check-in, it was a great stay.
It was comfortable and clean.
It was entirely too loud. Also, the advertised rate turned out to be a scam I was charged more than $400 more for my stay that I originally expected. We watched a few movies and ate a few minibar snacks, but $400 worth? Still fighting to get to the bottom of that.
Breakfast was somewhat limited. Location was okay.
People coming in to go to the roof bar. Noise on Friday & Saturday from the club next door. I thought that the corridor decor was dated and needed to be spruced up, when comparing it to the bright Kimpton in Grand Cayman.
The room was very spacious, met my expectations, I really appreciated the fact that you guys held our bags until we needed to go, the lobby restroom was very clean, and the staff was great.
The water in the tub when filled up was slightly brown, but after draining and refilling it was clear. The drinks at the bar are very expensive.
I like the architecture of the hotel as well as decoration of the room.
I think the person(lady) at front desk could have been a little more welcoming. We didn’t feel like she has a good customer service skill specially when we asked her questions.
