8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location / relaxed staff
9,2 Excellent
Pros: My favorite part was the spacious walk-in shower with two rain showers and a sprayer—and most importantly, a non-slip floor. Our room looked out on a large light well, not pretty, but very light, and extremely quiet.
Cons: The rack for the suitcase had a shelf above it that my husband banged his head on. The bed was a bit hard, but I realize that that is a matter of taste.
7,5 Good
Pros: At the Center, very convenient.
Cons: Terrible breakfast, so bad that you just WANT to go to the next bar. Bad bread, bad eggs, bad bacon, bad croissant, bad Ham, etc. Event the Coffe is Not worth it. I travel a lot, I have Nevers Seen such a Lack of quality. Totally inacceptable for a four stars hôtel !
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A nice continental breakfast with a couple of warm dishes. Room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Good shower and spacious bathroom. Staff were really helpful, spoke great English and helped us organize our day's outing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good - cakes, croissants (filled, empty), scrambled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, cold meats & cheeses - but it didn't change much. Good light control, comfy bed. It was great to have a reception desk.
Cons: Nothing much.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Love this hotel. Perfect location, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast superb.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great location would recommend to anyone in Turin for business or leisure.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, very close to all the major points of interest. It was pedestrian only zone so no traffic noise. The room was very quiet so conducive to sleeping and relaxing. The room was pretty big for European standards with a sitting area and separate area for sleeping, plenty of closet space and room for luggage. The bathroom was also very spacious with a large shower with 2 rain heads. The staff did a very good job cleaning it daily. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a good variety of food items, nice selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, scrambled eggs, cereal, fresh and canned fruits, yogurts, rolls and variety of delicious croissants, jams, nuts and some tasty cakes not to forget small packs of various snacks and of course various juices and tea and coffee served by the staff. One lady at the reception desk was particularly nice and the servers in the breakfast room.
Cons: Since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, it was very difficult to find the parking garage close by. Before our arrival I sent a message via booking.com asking for information regarding parking options in the vicinity but I didn’t receive any reply. After driving around for an hour and asking several people, by pure luck we came across Santo Stefano parking garage, which was not far away. We were lucky again running into a very nice couple who helped us with locating our hotel. However, it’s not easy for seniors to get the luggage to the hotel. My husband had to make few trips and no assistance was offered. Also the mattress was a bit too hard for me to sleep but that’s subjective and others may like it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location and the breakfast
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Enrico Masiero at the front desk has the most excellent customer service skills I have ever had the pleasure to experience. He was genuinely welcoming and made sure everything about our stay was excellent. The rooms are beautiful and this hotel is better than many 5 star hotels.
Cons: The owner, Giuseppe Borio, sits in main reception and is unfriendly and glares in a hostile and rude manner at guests. He ruins the ambience at the hotel and anyone encountering him will get a bad impression of this lovely hotel and it's superb staff. He made us feel very unwelcome and I hope his hostility was not driven by religious or ethnic prejudice.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel close to the city centre. We reached it After walking around 20 min. Public transports are very closed as well. Simple to park nearby (but we arrived on the nightclub). Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast with a lot of choices: sweety and salty. Big room, very cleaned. A bit noisy with the bar on the bassement but no problem for us to find asleep. For a group of Friends as we was this hotel is a good option.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanness, quietness and helpful staffs
Cons: The bathroom and shower is impractical!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms. Convenient parking. Good breakfast. Ideal location for walking across to the Politecnico. Excellent restaurant next door, Ferrucci, that was friendly reasonably priced and authentic. Very friendly owner.
Cons: Nothing!
8,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was decent all around. The staff were very nice and responded to all needs. Bus station very close and you could buy the tickets at the reception. I went for a conference for 4 days and this hotel was suitable for me to come back and rest. The price was some of the cheapest I could find for a 3-star hotel and I feel like I got the value for money. All in all this was a good choice for me.
Cons: The food at breakfast wasn't the best, but acceptable nonetheless. Not much of a view outside the room, but wasn't really an issue for me. The internet in the room was ok, although not very high speeds.
8,3 Excellent

Pros: Staff were efficient
Cons: Breakfast was poor (eggs dried out, bacon ran out both days, staff did not top it up). Location was not great - didn’t feel particularly safe outside the hotel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Besides train station and room is very spacious!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A great place to stay as it's super central. Staff was very kind and gave some good tips where to go and eat. Breakfast was ok, had hoped to have had more whole wheat or healthier bread ... Our room had a great jacuzi, kind of romantic and a great surprise. Do know this meant we could not shower properly, a pity but you can't have it all. Also be aware, you can park at the hotel but there's only a few spots so make sure to let them know asap as you've booked.
Cons: The breakfast room was as to say simple, noisy already having a few guests so not really attractive. I would advise to put plants in, make it more comfy where it would also take some noise away.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Cons: Staff sent us to a museum that was closed every Tuesday and it was Tuesday.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to the train station, a great base from which to explore all the sights, the hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were very helpful and the hotel was very reasonably priced, I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this hotel to family and friends.
Cons: In all honesty there was nothing that I didn't like
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We have always found this hotel has quite large rooms. Its soundproofed and when we ask for a quiet room - we always get one. The bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. Its next to the station so very useful for connections further south. Obviously Turin is absolutely amazing and it is very easy to walk into the centre. Behind the hotel over towards the church there are many good and varied restaurants - just ask at the desk or research.

Pros: Breakfast is simple (ho hot stuff) but rich and well presented. Very nice room, also for dinner The site has its own peculiarity in design and comfort - art deco everywhere :-) -

Pros: Very friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Private parking is a real plus. Location is within a few minutes walk of the main sites of the city. Excellent restaurant food, if a little pricey. Décor all around the hotel and in the rooms is delightful.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and quiet environment. Good air conditioning. Very clean. Very good breakfast
Cons: Shower was very cramped and the door basically broken. Could do with a revamp of the shower as a whole. At breakfast could supply fresher eggs and bacon please
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet was fantastic and so were the outstanding desserts that we opted to have to end our evening in Torino. Compliments to the chef! The location could not have been better and we were able to see so much in our short time there thanks to this. We greatly appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff and I look forward to vising the hotel again in the future.
Cons: The only thing that needed improving were the pillows on the bed. We found them quite hard.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast could be better.

Pros: Breakfast, location, staff
Cons: Noise in the corridor at night
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, easy to get to from the train station.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Only location was good
Cons: We booked for three nights at the hotel but after thr first night we changed our rout and will check out but the staff refused and said we should pay the whole amount for all three nights even if you will check out now. We tried to call booking.com by mobile telephon and wait about 15 minutes and yet no answer so we were forced to pay more money than we supposd to pay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the location was amazing within walking distance from the main train station, piazza san Carlo, the palace, parco del Valentino and actually everything you might wish to visit in the city
Cons: no pressing/ ironing services within the property , but there are enough places within 2-3 min walk from the hotel to do it
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great personnel, great location, and quiet comfortable room with an inside view. Breakfast was not amazing, but it was good. Within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city.
Cons: Nothing in particular.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Issues with airconditioning which didn't really make sense to me, anyway all good apart from that.
7,0 Good
Pros: Perfect location!
Cons: Bathroom should be renovated...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff is really friendly. The room is kept nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Having an electric kettle in the room. I had a parking space right in front of the hotel (requires extra payment). Great proximity to all the main attractions. 2-3 minutes walking from the main train station. Decent Wi-Fi.
Cons: I really don't like these small Italian bath cubicals, but this one was particularly small. Tha air conditioner didn't work since "it was out of the season", according to staff. So in the midday it could become pretty hot. There was an electric kettle in the room, but only instant coffee, while I could use a tea. There's a small patio at the hotel and it could be nice to have tables and chairs in it.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The parking was convenient. Lifts are available. The room was very spacious and had good air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. We were on the 6th floor and had a lovely view over the Turin roof tops. Coffee making facilities and toiletries were excellent. Towels changed every day. 7,9 Good
Cons: The water in the shower was not enough and not very warm
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the hotel, it's good location (at a walking distance) from the center. I liked the clean room, and we even had a balcony. I wanted to be above the 2nd floor, and we were given the 5th one. I and my family liked very much my stay in this hotel. I liked also that we had a convinient and safe car parking. The hotel was renewed and it looked really new and clean. With new furniture.
Cons: I don't have remarks, except that I think there should be more fresh fruits on the breakfast.

Cons: Convenient and good value for money

Cons: N/a
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff are nice and helpful. The hotel room is clean and well-appointed. Breakfast is so yummy and muti-choices there!
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location is fantastic
Cons: It’s “tired” - no apparent investment for a very long time, thin, old mattress & pillows, sheets likewise seen a few years. The cleaners came at an ungodly hour - what’s the point of a 12:00 checkout if you’re awake at 07:00?? Very irritating. No real apology. Doors and walls very thin/lack sound proofing could hear every move next door and in the corridor.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: The TV did not work. No help with luggage. Front desk staff not very friendly. The showercteay is old. We would have expected more for that sort of money.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort and quality. Excellent breakfast. Professional and courteous
9,6 Excellent
Pros: great location, big enough and clean room, very good breakfast, friendly stuff.
Cons: have nothing in the mind
7,9 Good
Pros: Location was perfect . Very near station and very near the city center too
Cons: Very old , need renovation . Bathroom too not so comfortable
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location near the main train station in (Torino Porta Nuova) and on the edge of main city shopping and museum district Energetic staff willing to help Nice views from top floor rooms
Cons: One staff member was new to the hotel and gave a number of wrong information details which caused us some issues, but she worked hard to correct the issues once discovered. Wireless internet was slow and disconnected frequently Have to put door keycard in slot once in room to turn on all all power and heating/cooling, so room was quite hot after returning from a day out and took quite a while to cool once returned - no way to have the AC on enough to keep it from getting super hot w/o leaving a key card in it all day long. Also unable to charge electronics when not there *everything turns off*. This was common in many rooms we used in Switzerland and Italy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here a number of times and always pleased with rooms, service and breakfast
Cons: I had to come home
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: The shower and bathroom were difficult to use as it was a small bathtub.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the reception was really great. The hotel location is perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb!!!

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Turin? This hotel has 4844 square feet (450 square meters) of space consisting of a conference center and a meeting room. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Not so bad hotel.
Cons: WiFi practically does not work. Air conditioning works all the time so you have no silence at night. Small TV-set. Cold dishes for breakfast. Sometimes no cups and the staff don't care. It is not 4 star hotel. There is information about the transfer from the airport. When I asked about the possibility, the answer was that you can take a taxi. The service even gives the wrong cost. You can't buy bus tickets
7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very complete but after nine some components weren't available anymore like cheese and ham. The doors in the breakfast room are slamming, if you weren't awake at breakfast you will be after it. Staff is very kindly.
Cons: After 09.00 a.m. not enough cheese and ham anymore. The way to the parking garage has two rain drains. They are loose and very noisy when a car passes by.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We loved the hotel’s garden area/ solarium on the first floor. We were upgraded to a junior suite at no extra cost - so had a small private terrace, lounge, bedroom and a big bathroom. Just 10 minutes walk to the biggest market in Europe and the old town. 35 minutes to the Egyptian museum. Free parking on the quiet road outside. Great choice at breakfast - to suit all tastes and diets. Wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast is really good. It is not only the Italian style breakfast which is a horrible thing for anyone who is not from this country. But in Italy that is not so often with hotels, so this is a big plus. Eggs, bacon, and also Italian pastry, selection of cheese and some other good stuff. AC works, the internet connection works, if you traveled through Italy you will know to appreciate this information. Elevators are fun.
Cons: As someone who has traveled all over the country for the last 7 years, I cannot shake off the feeling that the Italian stars system is really outdated. If you expect any luxury, which you probably should from a 4-star hotel then this hotel is completely wrong place. In Holand, for example, this would be 2 to 3 stars place, and I am quite sure 2. Furniture looks like it has been there since the 80s, TV, well it is not CRT but it is the size of a laptop screen, the carpets have seen better times. In the minibar is just water on price 2Euros for a half of a liter bottle. Bathroom could be cleaner and could definitely use a renovation.
7,0 Good
Pros: There is kind of a restaurant on site, with delicious food, but little ambiance. and there is plenty of street and underground parking. There is a charge though for underground parking.
Cons: There are not really any restaurants nearby, so be prepared to walk several kilometres or drive if you plan on eating somewhere other than the hotel.
6,7 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: Breakfast, the food wasn't fresh.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good. All the staff were great.
Cons: Location is a little bit out of town
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Wifi, Bed, Lighting
