Cons (-) bed is too soft and air conditioner isn’t working too well. The room was either too hot or too cold.

Pros (+) Staff was courteous and friendly. Room and bath were clean. Goodies were on the nightstand every evening when the bed was turned down. We walked and took the subway to where we wanted to go. All directions were precise. Subway was 2 blocks We would stay here again.
