Pros: Close to the old town, nice personnel. But the highlight is the design of the rooms. Amazing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Super nice staff! Perfect location ... easy walk to many things. Loved the rooms ... clean, cool (hip) and different! I would definitely stay at the Nala again!! Thank you for a fun stay.
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It’s a well thought out place with beautiful details at every turn.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, good bathroom with excellent extractor fan. Quirky decore, friendly & helpful staff.
Cons: All OK.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very extraordinary hotel! Each floor has it's own unique and modern design. At the reception they have the best sweets!
Cons: Below is applicable to our room 503. The ventilation cover in the bathroom wasn't fit properly and was falling easily. The window at the top of the bed wasn't clean so that when I opened it there was few drops of dust on the bed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff was awesome! And the breakfast was amazing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Interesting, unique hotel and we were provided with an upgraded room on arrival
Cons: The only minor issue was we like to have the window open at night - which overlooked a normally quiet street but seemed to be the late night route back from town for lots of students and skateboarders..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible hotel, design wise, beautiful and special, I really prefer to go to this kind of hotels rather than most common ones, even the 4 or 5 start, they are more cold than this hotel, warm and comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel and really good value
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Service is outstanding, across the board and in all contact points we had with the hotel. Nala is truly a boutique hotel - every room is unique and you can see actual photos of each room when booking online. Additional positive things include: - Great breakfast and totally worth the Euro 15 per person - The restaurant recommendations made by the front desk - Location - close to everything, but not too close to the tourist-heavy areas. - Finally, a mere 7-8 minute walk from the train station (in case you come in by train) Overall, lovely place and highly recommend. We'll be staying here next time we visit Innsbruck!
Cons: None

Pros: Stayed for three nights and enjoyed my stay. The hotel has an excellent location close to the old city and many attractions. Reception & restaurant Staff are friendly & helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast with lot of healthy varieties. Superior double room is spacious, clean & comfortable. Definitely will be back
Cons: Street is noisy although I was on the fourth floor, must close the windows.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Central location close to a ton of great restaurants and shops...also on the tram lines. Very modern room (assuming the original building itself is very old).
Cons: Didn't like the extra mirror in the bathroom on a pedestal especially since trying to move it out of the way it broke with little effort! Minor issue--we are from the U.S. and are used to having what we call wash towels when showering. out of 4 hotels we stayed in between Germany, Switzerland and Austria only one provided them!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, spoke very good English and were welcoming. The breakfast was of great standard with plenty of variation and selection which included Viennese style, English and exotic fruits and pastries. The room was always clean without disturbances from staff.
Cons: The view was not so great from the side street room

5,5 Okay
Pros: The shower was brilliant and breakfast was very nice.
Cons: The hotel was boiling hot and the air conditioning throughout had been switched off. We could not sleep. Had to have the windows open so it was very noisy. Cleaners also woke us up early in the corridor outside our room.

Cons: Not such a good heat system
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It is comfortable and welcoming with charming personal touches. The location was perfect for us - not too far from our main travel route, in lovely countryside with wonderful views of the mountains and just a short stroll into the village. The restaurant was busy with local people and had a lovely atmosphere and we enjoyed what we had to eat. If we had been able to stay longer we would have gladly done so.

Cons: Private parking is charged & 600 meter away from the property, not too bad though.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: A humbly small hotel in the heart o Innsbruck. The staff was very friendly, attentive and very helpful. She was showing a bit of a contrast from Herman hospitality where we were from. The room was in a good size for a family of three and it was very clean.
Cons: Perhaps just an interior / floor plan of the building as we weren't aware during the booking that we had to live in the annex of the building. Not to mention, it has no lift
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Late check- in was very good worked. Everything is nice, comfortable and good

Pros: Brekfast was very good - fresh bread and a good variety of food. We got an update to a suit - unfortunately, we could not use it really, as we arrived late in the evening. We got good information about dinner locations and reservation was done by the nice lady at the check-in location very close to the Autobahn, sufficient car places outside and in the hotel garage
Cons: everything fine

Pros: Near DEZ shopping center.
Cons: The bus did not reach the hotel, we need to move luggage about 10-12minutes. Heavy work really
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was more spacious than I expected. I totally forgot about asking for a crib and was pleasantly surprised to find it already set up in the room along with a toy airplane for my son to play with. The staff was all very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Across the street was a very pretty house (I'm assuming) and there were cows next door that you could pet so that was cool too.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness exceeded my expectation. Very good variety in the breakfast buffet.
Cons: The mattresses and pillows could be firmer

Pros: The best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The fruit selection contained about half a dozen tropical fruits, in addition to the usual pineapple, melon, etc. The also had Weisswurst and Brez'n, not typical of the free hotel breakfasts.
Cons: The WiFi was a bit sketchy at times. There were quite a few service drop-outs on the third floor.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Great staff.
Cons: Little small of a bed
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were helpful friendly and spoke good English. Very modern and clean hotel worthy of its 4 stars. Very quite even though it was full .Breakfast room on top floor has lovely views and breakfast choices were very good indeed.
Cons: Everything was perfect
7,9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Narrow bed, AC temp is controlled by the hotel not by guests.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location, staff, and breakfast were all amazing. We would come back just for the breakfast!
Cons: The room was fine but we were expecting better. The bed and linens were average, the bathroom was a bit odd in that our young children could never reach the faucets and the door always swung open and hit you when using the toilet. Also, the room was very hot (in February), and the only way to effectively cool the room was by opening the window and enduring construction noise next door.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were extremely well appointed and comfortable
Cons: Nothing to dislike!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Clean rooms.
Cons: Temperamental shower. Fourth time visited and same in every room!

Adlers Hotel - Innsbruck - Building

8,9 Excellent (2 894 reviews)
R2 822+
Overview Reviews
A stay at ADLERS Hotel places you in the heart of Innsbruck, within a 10-minute walk of Tyrolean Provincial Museum and Galerie im Taxispalais. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and good location close to train station and the town .
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great as it was a short walking distance from the Innbruck Hbf, the old town, and the point where you can hop onto a cable car! The hotel itself was lovely (very well maintained), the staff were wonderful, the rooms were beautiful and cosy, and the view from the room was mesmerising - as was the view from the restaurant/bar and rooftop bar! I would 100% recommend this hotel to my family and friends, and hope I can revisit and stay again in future.
Cons: The only thing I could fault is the water temperature in the shower. For some reason it would change from hot to cold randomly - and I mean scalding hot to very cold - which is quite dangerous. Therefore, I stopped using the rainshower and instead just used the handheld shower head and moved it away from myself every time I felt the temperature suddenly increase or decrease.
7,0 Good
Pros: The view from the room is amazing!
Cons: Hotel service is not up to the standards.. you are paying just for the view..
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good sound insulation taking into account rather close railroad.
Cons: Special parking rates could be provided/negotiated for hotel guests.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Panaramic windows of amazing views that shift all day as the mountain weather and light change (try & get 6th fl or higher- mountain side), Comfortable beds and living space- chaise lounge, rocker, table, sofa. AC worked well, free sauna with view in evenings if you book direct with them, very nice restaurant, tea/coffee in room. 1 block from train station so super easy to find and get to and from- only 4-6 blocks walk in safe area to old town and river.
Cons: I was on the 11th floor and loved it all, but and this is speculation only, if on lower floors the train sounds might be troublesome.
7,1 Good
Pros: Nice view. Convenient location. Parking below the hotel building.
Cons: Sterile design lacking atmosphere. Not worth the price level.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Modern Hotel with nice rooms. Spectacular view from the rooms, the restaurant and the rooftop bar. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome views
Cons: Nothing I didn’t like
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant/bar on the 12th floor had amazing views & great food/drinks. While the location is very centrally located to the train station, it is about a 10 minute walk to all the attractions, so I wouldn't say it's the best location. However, you can't beat the views.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable and with amazing views.

Cons: The weather! It rained all 2 days☹
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Best location nearby old town & by the river
Cons: Aircondition did not work.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and we had a great view of the river. The hotel had a lot of charm. It was great that coffee was available most of the day. Staff was very helpful. It was convenient that there was a bar at the hotel for some late night drinks
Cons: It would have been nice if the coffee was available prior to 7 am for early risers. We were told someone would be on staff to order us a taxi at 6:30 am but no one was at the desk, so we had to walk to the train station. Fortunately the staff the prior night suggested we check out that night so we didn’t have to be concerned about that when desk was not attended.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the old town. Breakfast was very comprehensive.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Just across a bridge to the main center of town. It was a walkable distance from the train station, while lugging a suitcase. I was in town for less than 24 hours. I wish I had stayed longer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, by the river side, gentle and helpful staff, near old town, recommended an excellent restaurant for traditional meal for dinner located just opposite the river, can see stars and galaxy on the ceiling when the room light is off
Cons: Nothing

5,3 Okay
Pros: We like the atmosphere and the courtesy of the hotel staff. The fact that the hotel is very close to the center of the town makes it perfect for visiting Innsbruck and in particular for enjoying the shooping.

6,7 Good
Pros: very friendly and helpful staffs
Cons:

6,3 Good
Pros: The room was spacious with great amenities. It was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the river and city and it was in a great location.Good breakfast.
Cons: When we entered the hotel we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke from the adjoining bar. There was no one at the desk to great us and when the girl showed up she wasn't very nice.We were worried we made a mistake with this hotel but once we got in our room everything was great. The rest of the staff was very friendly and our stay was very satisfactory.

Hotel Sailer - Innsbruck - Bedroom
10
8,8 Excellent (2 752 reviews)
R2 315+
Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel Sailer places you in the heart of Innsbruck, within a 10-minute walk of Galerie im Taxispalais and Tyrolean Provincial Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Sailer is an old hotel - you can find its information in travel book ages ago. But that doesn't harm its overall comfortness a bit. It is well maintained with nice furniture, quality bed sheets, and adequate shower area. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant is nice, too.
Cons: It is located around 250 meters away from the train station. This is not a long walk but it is not "that" close and the walking distance to the old town is a bit far - around 400-450 meters away. It is NOT right in the old town where all the restaurants and sightseeings are and I have found a little bit annoying walking that distance every day. There is a bus station near a little sqaure 100 meters away from the hotel. Room is a bit small though.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location You don’t have to pay for the room before check out Clear Maps for the city are provided in the reception area
Cons: The hotel has no AC during the winter, so be aware. They upgraded my room because i wanted no carpet but the room with upgrade was really bad, so I asked to be moved to my category instead. I had to be with the cleaner in the room to point out whats wrong, which really wasted my time as I had only one night in Innsbruck. The staff tried to do their best and were very attentive, but the hotel needs renovation big time, and you should remove the AC thing from booking.com as it does affect tourists like me, who can get allergy if insects touch their skin. Weather is good, but opening windows will bring insects inside for sure. I asked for a fan instead!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! My room was neat and tidy, very spacious; loved the comfortable bed. And it had a balcony with the breathtaking view of the Tyrol mountains. The breakfast was superb!!! And the hotel staff were sharp and very nice.
Cons: There's nothing I could complain about.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was quite spacious.
Cons: The shower is transparent and you can see the person showering from the bed. I was alone so it didn’t really bother me, but beware sometimes people knock very shyly and if you’re in the shower you won’t hear, just to be sure put the do not disturbe sign while you shower to avoid any awkward moments.
7,0 Good
Pros: Position good. Staff friendly
Cons: Breakfast not excellent.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: It was located in the heart of Innsbruck.
Cons: The room was atrocious. Gouges in what I imagine they may label a writing table, very small television sitting on top of a rickety table. Shower so small, it was difficult to turn around. I would be dissatisfied with this room if it was rated two stars.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Besides living up to what you expect from a 4 star hotel in a historical town, the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety to satisfy many cultures preferences. The restaurant is also very good, we ate there both nights. The hotel is a few blocks from one of many stores which sells bus passes. If you are over 64 years take advantage of the discount pass. You can also rent a bike from the hotel and they have on site parking. The neighborhood is quite and safe at night. From the train station it is a ten minute walk and 15 from the main tourist area. The stairs are easy to manage and the elevator is larger than most.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel team were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant very good: we recommend checking out the 'Daily Menu' as this offered a lot more than the menu in our room, we were very pleasantly suprised. The breakfast was wonderful, exceptionally good and so much...sadly we have small appetites and so were not able to make the most of all that was on offer. The hotel is in a good location in as much as you could access the old town very easily. However, there is some noise from the trams. Although this did not bother us as the beds were so comfortable we slept really well.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful pancakes with maple syrup for breakfast. Reception guys were always happy to help. We could buy Innsbruck card at the reception.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: so nice experience in this hotel also satisfied for the responsible clerks

Pros: Great place, walking distance from Innsbruck airport. Is not close to city center, but next to the hotel there is a bus stop which goes directly to city center. Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful, from indications on how to move around to advices what to do and where to go in the area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a fabulous hotel to stay in, with great views and convenient parking. We would love to stay here again - the hotel room and en-suite were beautifully finished and spotlessly clean, which is always appreciated. Exceptionally comfortable beds and nice comforters. The staff were very polite and most helpful. There was a very good selection at the breakfast buffet also. Although this is expensive, we felt it was worth it as it was much more luxurious. There's also a small gym so bring your workout gear!
Cons: Tea/coffee facilities would be welcome. We were 3 guests and just 1 of us was disturbed by the airport noise around 8.30/9am, so it is recommended to bring some earplugs. Just in case you are a light sleeper.

Pros: Staff was very accommodating! Comfortable rooms! Beautiful View. Awesome Breakfast!

Pros: Great and very kind host amid a setting close to nature
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This family property is located between the green hills with mountain streams. The property itself and my room in particular was very clean. I liked the design of my room very much as well. There was everything I could need. There was also a spacious balcony in my room. The breakfast, served individually, was really homemade and very tasty! The owners are very friendly and treat you heartfully. All in all, it feels like you came to a village to visit your relatives, but this village is in the middle of Alps! Perfect getaway place to stay for a weekend to relax and rest.

Pros: Very cute and clean rooms. Nothing special but everything is working and nice. The view is amazing!
Cons: It is quite difficult to find the place.

Pros: The host is a very friendly lady who makes you feel at home and at ease. Appartment is lovely and breakfast delicious!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The vast spread of breakfast was both delicious and fulfilling. Our host, Cookie, had also offered us homemade juice and jam as part of the breakfast. She was really sweet, hospitable and accomodating and did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As far as the location is concerned, it's tucked away from the city center (absolutely pristine nature views in the morning) and we arrived here in our car. Not sure if there's a way to reach here otherwise. But it was well worth the trip and well worth the stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: While 15 minutes outside of Innsbruck, the location is ideal if you want a quiet country setting with easy access to the city (driving or train nearby). The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The family that runs the inn are very friendly. Our children (1 & 3) enjoyed the outdoor area and playground. Highly recomendable.

Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is in a privately owned block, and the owners care for and run administration. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. It's easy to walk to the old city from the apartment, there is a bakery across the road, and a great supermarket within 100m. We cooked for ourselves and loved being there. It is a friendly relaxed place with lots to do, far more than we could engage in a three day stay, so we just took the time to relax and enjoy being there.
Cons: No complaints at all.

7,0 Good
Pros: Clean and functional. Well located.
Cons: Reception staff st both check-in and check-out were very slow. Hotel was noisy with a wedding. Rooms too hot, but opening windows not helpful due to noise at back of hotel late into night. Breakfast only average quality.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: I hate the half glass shower walls! Floor is always wet. Ignore the architects, listen to the tradesmen.

6,0 Good
Pros: Aesthetics of hotel Location Big room
Cons: Uncomfortable bed and pillows Moody Staff Restaurant was closed on Sunday No soap in shower on arrival I asked for bottled water and they told me to drink tap water
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Let's start with the location: within a stone's throw both from the old town and the funicular to the zoo. The jacuzzi on the top floor is open-air with a view to the cathedral and the mountains. Great selection of choices for breakfast (mostly American breakfast). The staff were all extremely polite and accommodating.
Cons: Everything was great, just keep in mind that when it gets crowded during breakfast after 9pm, the buffet doesn't get topped up. Having said that, when we went at 8pm, there was a varied selection of sweet and savoury treats.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly receptionists. The breakfast was good but than again not exceptional. Tyrol is known for the best local food and we missed some at breakfast.
Cons: The interior of rooms is not really visually very pleasant. I missed wooden floors - the carpets in hotel rooms are out I guess. The lightning of the rooms could do better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our family loved the breakfast, the room is nice and the location of the hotel is very good. Overall we loved our stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in an excellent location by the old town section. The lobby, restaurant, and public areas are very modern and large. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. There is a public garage that has access through the hotel basement, very convenient.
Cons: Not much.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Central location, lovely room with access to small balcony area, modern fittings, great breakfast.
Cons: The shower over the bath could be an issue for older people with mobility issues.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located within easy walking distance of the older part of town. When I went, the Christmas markets were in full swing so the location was perfect. Service was wonderful too.

Pros: Great location, close to the train station and to the old town, so that there is no need for public transportation. Good breakfast, although without a wide variety of food. Very friendly and kind staff.
7,5 Good
Pros: The German guy at the reception!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location, breakfast, gymnasium with spinning bike
Cons: Desk somewhat small for working.
7,0 Good
Pros: Situated in the very centre of Innsbruck city, this is an old hotel that has been renovated. It appears to be in two parts depending on which way you turn out of the lift. To the right is a rather old design and not so comfortable, which is where we stayed the first night. To the left is quite different and far more comfortable, where we stayed the second night. A great breakfast buffet was served and pricewise, this hotel compares well with others in the centre. They have a small private parking underground which costs an extra €15 per day - which is not bad for Innsbruck. The cafe attached to the hotel is always very busy and reasonably priced.
Cons: The first room we stayed in was very badly designed and looked like the interior of a caravan. The bathroom was very cramped and quite difficult to use the toilet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My sister and I recently traveled around Germany and Austria, and Hotel Central was probably one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip! The value and location were perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room was a bit warm so we had to sleep with the window open, but unlike other hotels where we stayed, the street below was nice and quiet. The front desk staff was always so helpful and kind! The included breakfast was also great.
Cons: Nothing, the hotel was perfect for our time in Innsbruck!
6,3 Good
Cons: Café Central is a very charming old place which I have visited many, many times. This time I thought I try the hotel. I expected an old charming place. Instead I found just ugly old, like renovated but poorly maintained in the 80ies or 90ies. Squeeking fosset with charm is OK, squeeking fosset without charm is anoying! Outdated curtain pattern at that hotel category is OK if it’s historic. No charme. No value. Location is great, but there are lots of hotels in walking distance!
