Breakfast was very good. The sauna was also a nice experience, no one else was using it. Staff was friendly and the location is top (close to city center and train station)
The "double" bed were actually to single beds that moved away from each other at the slightest touch. The hotel is a bit outdated and a bit pricey.
The confusion of the staff at check in and check out about my payment.
A warm welcome and just a few minutes walk from the main station, which is an easy 15 minutes bus ride from the airport. A quirky mix of old fashioned Austrian charm in the public areas with more minimalist/crisp rooms. A tasty breakfast, though perhaps a little limited in the variety. Really lovely reception staff. Does nicely if you were just after a couple of nights.
Carpeting and corridors to the rooms felt a little tired. No coffee available in the rooms (for a wake-up cuppa), but if you love fruit teas you’ll be happy. Felt just a little expensive for what you get compared to similarly rated hotels much closer to the old town area. In the process of some refurbishment at the moment so building work can be heard from about 0830.
Breakfast was amazing. Plus the room was clean and perfect for a single traveler. Location was very convenient for everything in the city. Would definitely stay again.
The TV was on the desk, so if I had been there for work, I'm not sure what I would have done (I assume move the TV).
Great breakfast, friendly staff, great view from the room (floor 6). I asked for a quiet room and i got one.
