Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and professionalism, especially at the rooftop bar and reception. Many guests highlighted the excellent breakfast selection and quality, as well as the enjoyable atmosphere of the rooftop bar. A handful of guests noted noise issues, bathroom design quirks, or WiFi problems, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Pros (+) The location, staff, and breakfast were all amazing. We would come back just for the breakfast!

Cons (-) The room was fine but we were expecting better. The bed and linens were average, the bathroom was a bit odd in that our young children could never reach the faucets and the door always swung open and hit you when using the toilet. Also, the room was very hot (in February), and the only way to effectively cool the room was by opening the window and enduring construction noise next door.
