Pros: We loved our hotel room! It was so stylish and had a balcony overlooking their pretty garden. An added bonus was that we shared a common kitchen/eating room with a cluster of other rooms which was so convenient when we wanted to "eat in". Reception people were super friendly and helpful. An easy and quick walk to the Old Town.

Pros: Nala was in a an excellent location. A quick walk to the high street and then the old down but also close to the statio ln Beautiful view from the room across the city and over the mountains. The staff were friendly and were happy to assit us with anything we needed. The room was unique with an elevated bed above the show toilet wardrobe with a seating area in front of the window. We loved staying here and we would recommend this to any of our freinds or fmaily travelling to innsbruck.

Pros: Service is outstanding, across the board and in all contact points we had with the hotel. Nala is truly a boutique hotel - every room is unique and you can see actual photos of each room when booking online. Additional positive things include:
- Great breakfast and totally worth the Euro 15 per person
- The restaurant recommendations made by the front desk
- Location - close to everything, but not too close to the tourist-heavy areas.
- Finally, a mere 7-8 minute walk from the train station (in case you come in by train)
Overall, lovely place and highly recommend. We'll be staying here next time we visit Innsbruck!

Cons: Below is applicable to our room 503. The ventilation cover in the bathroom wasn't fit properly and was falling easily. The window at the top of the bed wasn't clean so that when I opened it there was few drops of dust on the bed.

Cons: Room was dark and had a strange odour. Cleaners did a deep clean of the carpet which left it wet for a day or so but still not fresh afterwards. The reception staff didn't seem interested and no apology when we left. Coffee was supplied on first day but didn't get refreshed.

We were told someone would be on staff to order us a taxi at 6:30 am but no one was at the desk, so we had to walk to the train station. Fortunately the staff the prior night suggested we check out that night so we didn’t have to be concerned about that when desk was not attended.

The bed and linens were average, the bathroom was a bit odd in that our young children could never reach the faucets and the door always swung open and hit you when using the toilet. Also, the room was very hot (in February), and the only way to effectively cool the room was by opening the window and enduring construction noise next door.

Pros: Panaramic windows of amazing views that shift all day as the mountain weather and light change (try & get 6th fl or higher- mountain side), Comfortable beds and living space- chaise lounge, rocker, table, sofa. AC worked well, free sauna with view in evenings if you book direct with them, very nice restaurant, tea/coffee in room. 1 block from train station so super easy to find and get to and from- only 4-6 blocks walk in safe area to old town and river.

Cons: I was on the 11th floor and loved it all, but and this is speculation only, if on lower floors the train sounds might be troublesome.

Cons: Breakfast is rather poor compared to lower stars hotel too. Few options for sweet-type breakfast, not worthing the price. The statement about parking is not clear. They said 18€/day, unfortunately they have some reserved spots into a multilevel parking. This is not a problem by itself but if you go in and out from the parking you’ll find yourself into the odd situation to find a more convenient price from paying the parking rather than the hotel price of 18€. But you need to discover that by yourself. Room soap and coffe/tea bag not refilled twice in few nights stay.

Felt just a little expensive for what you get compared to similarly rated hotels much closer to the old town area. In the process of some refurbishment at the moment so building work can be heard from about 0830.

Cons: The shower is transparent and you can see the person showering from the bed. I was alone so it didn’t really bother me, but beware sometimes people knock very shyly and if you’re in the shower you won’t hear, just to be sure put the do not disturbe sign while you shower to avoid any awkward moments.

Pros: Very clean hotel and clean rooms. Varied breakfast, there was enough to choose from. The hotel is in the middle of the city centre, and 15 minutes away from the airport. There should be a parking for 15 euro per day, however we have not found it and parked at the side of the street, which was fine. There is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, altough we did not use them unfortunately. The shower was nice.

Cons: I am not a fan of carpetting. The fitness room was rather small. The personnel at the breakfast was not unfriendly but also not very friendly (I am sure how to put it in a different way). Check-in was at 4 pm but the room was ready when we arrived and we could occupy the room at once. Really wonderful staff, very kind, doing everything to make your stay a great one. We also tried the hotel restaurant - for dinner - and it was very good. We did not try the breakfast. Small and cozy spa area, great for relaxing after a walk in the city. I'd surely go back!

Cons: Room was extremely warm so I had to leave the windows open to make it comfortable to sleep. Because of this I was able to hear people outside until 2:30 am. Thankfully I am a good sleeper and was able to go right back to sleep.

Only one pillow per bed; additional pillows have to be collected at reception. Desk staff could have been a bit more helpful with room safe issue; seemed to be a lack of communication between shifts.

Cons: Room smelt terribly of tobacco smoke. Lucky it was a non-smoking room. They told me that the room was very newly renovated but that didnt help much. Now my luggage and my clothes stinks for the rest of my journey.
Room was very warm. Too warm to sleep even though the heater was off. When the window was open you couldn't sleep from the yelling and fighting Men outside at the train station. not the hotels fault but the room temperature may be helped by them.
Asked the receptionist at the counter how to get to the skifields at Nordketten. She gave me a tear off map of the city. Had to work that one out for myself. The real answer would have been to tell me where I had to walk (10min) to get the cablecar up the mountain.
I know these problems are not familiar to the whole IBIS chain as i am now staying in IBIS Nuremberg and it couldnt be more different. In a good way.

Cons: Staff were short tempered and rude and were not able to provide basic first aid. Air conditioning in our room was not working and in fact blowing out hot air - and the solution of the hotel was to open the windows - which made sleeping impossible with the very loud backpackers and drunk buskers on their guitars all night long. Location was good but not worth the price.

Cons: The room control buttons etc are bewildering. Even the TV turns on only if you press ON followed by 1! Also there is a fair abount of traffic noise from the street in front, even with the double glazed windows. Finally figured out that the heat is a normal radiator, the fancy climate control panel seems to do nothing.

Cons: Dirty bathroom en smelly pillows, made a complaint about it, received a complementary apple tart treat the next day, very nice but i rather had a clean bathroom because the hair was still there (wasn't mine). The room was not like the pictures on the booking website at all, supposed to be Italian style this was a Tiroler style room! It was connected to a suite i think, there was a door, second night the smell of sigarette smoke coming in my room and all night long people blabbing, like there was a business meeting going on, they started back at 5.30am. Not worth five stars at all!

Cons: The location mentioned in Google maps for the hotel was wrong. We spent 45 minutes in searching for the hotel on that street.

Cons: The beds were not good, to hard and not comfortable. The bathrooms were small, but ok. The parkingconditions were not very good.
