Pros: Nala is an exquisite oasis in the heart of Innsbruck. Beautifully presented, with gorgeous spacious rooms, super comfortable beds and pillows and divine bathrooms. They have coffee machines and kettles in the rooms. It is only 5 mins walk to main shopping street and 10 mins walk from train station. Down a quiet street and there’s a delicious pizza place across the road. They have an outdoor terrace, a sauna and gym area and other rooms to relax or work in. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and happy to help with all your needs and questions. This is my second time staying at Nala and I will always return here with a big smile!

Pros: Service is outstanding, across the board and in all contact points we had with the hotel. Nala is truly a boutique hotel - every room is unique and you can see actual photos of each room when booking online. Additional positive things include:
- Great breakfast and totally worth the Euro 15 per person
- The restaurant recommendations made by the front desk
- Location - close to everything, but not too close to the tourist-heavy areas.
- Finally, a mere 7-8 minute walk from the train station (in case you come in by train)
Overall, lovely place and highly recommend. We'll be staying here next time we visit Innsbruck!

Very often breakdowns and interuptions in internet acces (WiFi signal lost). No fitness. Furnitures style like in 70's... Hotel for 3 stars, not 4. Far too expensive as for the offered standard.

Pros: The Penz is a modern hotel in the center of Innsbruck. Room and bathroom were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast at the Penz is an experience. The buffet is rich, and worth mentioning the table with fresh fruits (I would have trouble in naming some of the exotic fruits that were available). The breakfast room is on the top floor with large windows and a nice view. In the summer there is an open terrace too.

Cons: The room was fine but we were expecting better. The bed and linens were average, the bathroom was a bit odd in that our young children could never reach the faucets and the door always swung open and hit you when using the toilet. Also, the room was very hot (in February), and the only way to effectively cool the room was by opening the window and enduring construction noise next door.

Pros: This is THE place to stay in Innsbruck!! The hotel is gorgeous and is in easy walking distance to all of old town Innsbruck, and also to the ski buses to the various ski resorts. Cons: En-suite was a glass cube in the room, frosted in the appropriate places. This looked modern and impressive but because nothing could be attached to the glass, the towel rail had to be positioned in the WC and there were no grab bars in the shower. Not really a problem.

My partner eat with me and she felt the same as me, we didn't dine in the resturant again, but to add insult they charged us 64 euro for the poor experiance. The breakfast was terrible, sauasges barley warm floating in cold greese, the bacon was cold and in grease and the overal management of by the breakfast staff was the worse! no following hot or cold hot, hot bowls for cold food, not enough cutulry or plates. I became ill from eating the hotel food-what are you going to be doing about this complaint?

Cons: Room smelt terribly of tobacco smoke. Lucky it was a non-smoking room. They told me that the room was very newly renovated but that didnt help much. Now my luggage and my clothes stinks for the rest of my journey.
Room was very warm. Too warm to sleep even though the heater was off. When the window was open you couldn't sleep from the yelling and fighting Men outside at the train station. not the hotels fault but the room temperature may be helped by them.
Asked the receptionist at the counter how to get to the skifields at Nordketten. She gave me a tear off map of the city. Had to work that one out for myself. The real answer would have been to tell me where I had to walk (10min) to get the cablecar up the mountain.

Cons: The room was not completely clean. The fridge in the room had some leftovers from the guests before, it wasn't nice to see! The windows of the room were also left open, which I find it a bit strange. The location of the hotel is not nice. You need 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center, which is ok, but still it is location on a main street and it is a noisy. The parking is expensie, 12 € per day. It is a bit strange to ask for an extra parking for your hotel guests.

Cons: The single-room I stayed was really small and dirty(there was hair on the bed), the bed sheets were grey. When I entered the room I experienced a strong bad smell. The breakfast was a rip-off for 15€ and for a 4* hotel we had to clean after ourselves in the dining area. The food provided was of a really small variety and the bacon was dry and burnt. The hotel “restaurant” is really old-fashioned and had old cutlery. Staff was unfriendly as we asked about parking facilities they didn’t explain us anything, by just saying leave the car outside, where there was a road sign prohibiting the parking. It took 30 minutes to figure out that there is a 15€ parking. We lived on the last floor and the planes were really noisy as the airport is just nearby. The only advantage of the breakfast was the juicer which squeezed oranges. Extremely bad experience for almost 100€ per person with breakfast.
