Pros:
I really enjoyed my stay. Super convenient. As I read, they have a wonderful breakfast (I am a croissant and fruit person) and there is a big selection. I also liked that breakfast was at 6:30 during the week and 7 am on weekends. Room was spacious. Shower was great.

Pros:
The staff was amazingly friendly and wanted to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I arrived hours before the check-in time and the owner arranged a room for me and I was able to get my room very early, change and leave to the mountains for a nice hike.

Pros:
Clean room, good amenities, comfortable bed and excellent location. They also provide luggage lockers pre and post checkout which is very good.
Cons:
The hotel main entrance was closed on a Sunday afternoon and we had to wait 10 minutes and call them to open the door. It was weird as we never experienced hotel entrance to be closed, especially while our luggage was inside.

Pros:
The location is excellent, the bed is so comfortable (nicest, coziest sheets I've ever slept on!) And the room is really lovely - has a fridge, they provide shampoo and body wash and a bar of soap (most hotels in Europe are putting those squeeze bottle all in one soaps in the shower now, not little shampoos anymore) so I appreciated that! The water pressure in the shower is the best I've had anywhere ever -- including at home! Apparently that is a natural occurance from the mountains -- at least according to the sight seeing bus! I did struggle to figure out the temperature dial, and got burned, so be careful. The lift is fast and safe, and the hotel is quiet. My room looked out back and was quiet even with a restaurant there. This is a great hotel. I would stay here every time I go to Innsbruck (and I will be back!)
Cons:
Not enough towels! There was one large and one small. There should be at least 2 of each in the room (even for solo travelers). I use one of the hand towels for my hands after washing them, and another hand towel for my hair after a shower. There was no luggage rack so I had to leave my suitcase open on the floor behind the door as I won't put it on the bed after it has traipsed about on trains and taxis and streets. Also, a map of public bus routes would help enormously! I couldn't even find a readable one online.

Pros:
Perfect location, nice staff, good breakfast, very clean
Cons:
In one of the 2 rooms we booked, the bathroom door was in translucent crystal, just overlooking the bed with no real isolation. No lunch no dinner provided, strange with the wonderful breakfast they serve, and in a 4 stars hotel, where you have always guaranteed that service in Spain.
