Only the location.
The rooms are poor, old fashioned and definitely below the price cost. Also, it is absolutely unexpected to wait 10 minutes or even more to get the elevator. We live in 2019!!
We loved that the suites featured a dishwasher, hotplate, a proper fridge and filtered water sink. There were utensils, mugs, plates, bowls, spatulas; it almost felt like living in an apartment! The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean. We also really liked the eco-friendly ideology of the hotel, and the location is perfect for a tourist in NYC.
The elevators seemed to be really busy at times, and would pass by our floor while we were waiting for it. Additionally, there was a leak with the shower-head in our shower which sprayed water upwards (the rainfall shower itself was great though!)
- Location is perfect : in Times Square without too many noise. - Recent hotel. - Rooms are well equiped and clean. - Staff is helping - View from 35th floor is nice - Breakfast is ok (omelet without ham would have been perfect for vegetarian people!)
- Too many loss of time with the elevators : despite 3 elevators, 1 of them is always off, elevators don’t stop at requested floor ! - As already said, breakfast room is so small for 350+ rooms! - The room for 4 people is too small, but we are in Manhattan Times Square !
The kitchenette The coffee maker
There was blood stains all over the sheets when we walked in. Nothing was done about it. Told me there’s nothing they can do to help me
