There was no bar soap for the sink and the liquid bath soap, that hung in the shower, was empty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a really nice stay at Element. Easy contactless check-in process, with phone key unlock for room. Staff were friendly, despite busy periods and lots of guests. We stayed in room on 7th floor. Horrible service. Ordered extra towels on Saturday night and got them on Monday morning. Front desk did not answer the phone during the entire stay and the water consistently smelled like sewage. The only good thing about the hotel was the location.
