Cons: I was robbed in my room. Someone stole brand ner airpods from my luggage. Reported to security at check-out and today, 2 days later, haven't heard back, even being a Hilton Diamond Member.

Cons: We had a beautiful view but were unable to open the blinds. Asked for service and only got partial resolution. Very frustrating. Remotes to operate lights and adjust shower and blinds were outdated, unintuitive, and quirky. Too expensive for this!

Pros: Fabulous decor. Location was superb if want to stay out of the madness of Manhattan! A few minutes walk to Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park, Ellis Island Ferry, Century 21, Irish Famine Memorial, 911 memorial - and subway very nearby to visit other locations. Restaurant food was lovely. Great atmosphere in the bar and cocktails were delicious. Our room was not ready on arrival but as a result we got upgraded and 2 cocktails of our choice on the house. Accomodation price was very good value for a 5 star hotel. Communication with hotel prior and during stay was very good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Friendliness of staff was hit and miss. Wi-fi is weak. barn doors in rooms do not provide for bathroom privacy (maybe we are just not cool enough?). A plumbing pressure valve next to our room was firing every half hour.

Cons: A beautiful hotel but here's a few constructive suggestions for improvements: Residents shouldn't have to check in with staff on the desk at the entrance to the bar to get a table /sit at bar or go to restaurant. Or there should be a priority queue for residents. A beautiful bedroom and bathroom but would prefer a standard door between both (rather than sliding unsealed door). Staff were efficient and very polite but would like to see a little less 'stiffness'. Stayed on fourth floor (requested a floor not too high) and street noise was a bit of an issue. Suggested inner shutters to help with this.

Our only complaint was one of the hostesses at the bar. She worked 2/3 nights we went down to the bar and was almost annoyed to talk to us both times we asked for a table. This isn’t the experience we had with any other staff and it doesn’t seem like the way you want customers to be treated. Other than this our stay was 10/10 and we would recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

Cons: The shower was horrible. We were given a handicap room, and the shower was very narrow. There was no space to move around, and water got sprayed across the whole bathroom because there wasn't a lip. The shower head also fell on my friend's head mid-shower

Cons: They told me there’s no room for me (I have made a reservation but didn’t check in and didn’t pay.) in the evening, but they change my room to another hotel named Arol Nomad near the Empire State Building for free. I little bit surprised but happy to have a free night in NYC. Good service but I hope this situation could appear less in the future.

Renovation noise was annoying and there was no place to relax outside the room except for the lounge where service was pushy. Most public spaces were dark and gloomy.

Cons: The night landed to the hotel, they tried to take an additional cost for taxes of $284.96, when I explained that bookings.com had already included these taxes, he wasn't happy saying it was bookings.com fault of not showing the additional taxes, Andre best he could do was reduce it to $184.96, so I had to give an additional $100.00 I had a bottle of perfume stolen from my room, when I informed front desk, head of housekeeping came and meet me she was to speak to the girl who cleaned our room and leave me a message about the outcome I never received anything so on check out I asked for her but she never came to meet me, I was ment to get a refund of $60 into my bank account within 5days of departure but still haven't received it. We felt we couldn't leave anything out in the room after that, we bought locks for all our cases and put everything away before we went out for the day. Bathroom was quite small. Only 1 bottle of water in room, not replaced every day.

Cons: It's very dusty, dirty, gloomy and shabby. Snack and drinks bar, described in earlier comments, have been long gone. There's just a messy coffee and tea stand in the lobby. We had a "premium" room which was worse than many of the roadside motels. We had a twin room and decided to pull the beds together, found a huge PILE of dust and trash underneath it! The centrally managed aircon was so loud that it felt like sleeping at a construction site with drilling equipment constantly on.

Cons: The toilet lid could not be closed due to the countertop preventing the ability to close the lid and it was permanently open. The bathroom was small with limited counter space and the odds of accidentally dropping a personal item in the toilet was very high and problematic. There were no ice buckets located in the room or on the shelf next to the ice machine. The level of painting QC was terrible, lots of areas that had sloppy paint where it didn't belong. It looked an amateur had painted the room.

Pros: The location is very convenient with subway station for Wall St and Fulton St in close proximity and short walks to Battery Park, 9/11 Memorial and One World Trade Centre. For the location the amount we paid for 4-nights was comparatively very good value for money. The staff were friendly, generally the rooms and facilities are nice and clean, and beds comfortable. Facilities such as the water purifiers, gym and laundry are all well maintained.
Cons: Rooms are comfortable but not particularly spacious, bathroom was very clean but again quite cramped. Some aspects of the hotel are certainly starting to date and with the Radisson recently acquiring the property some work is required for the hotel to be considered 4-star.

Cons: Weird experience at this hotel. First, the linens feel like they're from a cheap motel. Second, the elevators take forever -- not uncommon to wait 5+ minutes both in the lobby and on your floor. Finally, the adjoining lobby/restaurant turns into a nightclub on wknd nights. Fine if you're in your 20s and looking for that scene, but not great to come back to otherwise. The staff was also very hit or miss, some nice folks, some idiots. Overall, not worth the $$.

Cons: There are temporary metal plates on Canal Street right outside, which are very noisy day and night as cars drive over them. Management offered to move us (we were on the 11th floor facing Canal St), but we liked the view so we used earplugs. Hopefully, the plates will be removed eventually, but they have been there for a while, and construction doesn't seem to be finished.

Cons: SO the hotel is pretty old architecture so biggest problem that you only have 3 elevators. This is really an issue. Sometimes waiting times for 20 and more minutes.

Cons: The elevators are too small and too slow. There was always a long line to get on the elevators. During check-out, we had to wait about 20 minute to get on the elevator to go to the ground floor because every one that stopped on our floor was packed.

Pros: What I liked the most is that they made the bed and you get the fresh towel every day. The mattress was comfortable. There was socket near each bed. There was shampoo, shower gel and soap in the bathroom. There is subway station with direct connection to lower Manhattan. For the price in NYC, this is a good place to stay. There are couple of things, one must be careful about: Every room is different than the other. So, it can be that your room is different than the photos on the internet. Do not let them to copy your credit card. They tend to do so without even seeking your permission. Pay the security deposit in cash. It makes it easier to get it back. Bring your own padlock, as the room had no lockers and the luggage storage had no security system. Do not expect friendly or chatty staff.

Cons: I booked the room through booking.com. I received the email that my credit card details were not correct. The same thing happened to the other roommates. The check in process was extremely slow. The girl at the reception had to call her manager regarding my booking, as I booked it through booking.com. It is their policy to copy the credit card, so you have to intervene there. I did not let her it copied. There was no latch on the door, and bolt was not working. One of the staff personal invaded the room to show the room to her friends, as they were planning to stay there. There were no lockers in the room. The luggage storage was neither locked nor controlled. They take the security deposit for their own property, but they do not take any responsibility for your belongings or luggage.
