The location is a great location
The rooms, shower head and beds were very outdated. For the price paid my expectations were much higher!
It was easy to get to the location by car. Highlight of our one night stay was my morning run from the hotel crossing Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge. Amazing views and great experience. Perfect 5mile loop.
Location and how good the lobby smelled
There was no microwave in the room. Room service tried to enter the room without knocking.
Everything was good.
All the elevators were broken down but one, it was at least 20-25 minute wait, and then when the doors opened it was too full to get on. Waited some more, then decided to take the stairs, I was on the 42 floor, went down 5 flights of stairs not happy, ended up taking a service elevetor down to the laundry room to get out. Otherwise it was a good visit
