I couldn’t get the car. The deposit stated in the reservation was 500 reais. The rental company demanded 5000 reais because it was my first time as a customer.

My wizard number was not attached properly by them. I’m a preferred client but they refused to give me my upgrade I’m entitled to. The car they gave me was horrible and did not feel very safe.
