I was charged twice nobody explained me why I paid more than double of what I reserved my car with kayak. No one is answering to me can you please contact me and explain why I was over paying

The amount of the vehicle return fee could have been disclosed before finalizing the car rental.

It was hard to find the store cause nobody knew where it was inside the airport of Brasilia, luckily I saw a small label with the logo on the Unida rental car store. So even if I reserved with AVIS I ended up dealing with UNIDAS that collaborates with AVIS

Unprofessional agents , they charged me more than the double amount for two days and I returned the car after only one day . Awful customer service and even the supervisor and very late response and way of deceiving customers

45 minute line to pickup car. Double charged. What else could go wrong besides my car breaking down?

What could have been better was the fact that I shouldn’t need a major line credit card just to rent a car! I have kids, a verifiable job and still can’t get a car?! That’s insane. If a customer has the money for the amount quoted then I should be able to swipe a debit card or give cash and be able to get the car!
