I needed to extend the car rental for a day. Neither Avis nor Kayak would allow me to do this. Kayak said I needed to talk to Avis and Avis said to talk to Kayak. I will not be using kayak anymore. Terrible customer service from kayak. I will tell my cohorts about my experience with kayak.

Sent up to garage with wrong car parked in the spot assigned to. Told to get in line all over again. Then told they didn't have the car we paid for and reserved. Billing was WRONG on Kayak part, initially with notation of 7 million on the bill that took forever to troubleshoot. Will never rent with kayak again

Pick up and drop off from the airport were very simple. We were slightly under the charge threshold on our electric car on return, but the employee was gracious and did not charge us for it. A very kind gesture! The car was brand new (only had 20 km on it) and sparkling clean.

It was determined that we might encounter severe weather conditions during our trip so the Avis attendant provided an all wheel drive car as requested. We were very thankful for the quick ability to provide for our needs in helping us reach our destination safely.

Terrible service and car was dirty. I would not recommend renting from avis in tonga. They also over charge from the original booking confirmation quote.

Honestly, the customer service was great. They responded to and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. The line to pick up was eternal and more people should have been working. Three at least. However, the agent's customer service was fantastic. Great experience overall.

Pick up time was 40 minutes after prechecking in. I was told that I did not have a reservation confirmed through QEEQ.Com. Had a confirmation number but somehow QEEQ dropped the ball. I called a local Avis person that was very helpful and able to help me out otherwise I really would have been giving a much worst review.
