The advertised cost was just to get you in the door. Charged 7 times more than advertised with no other options to go elsewhere because it was spring break. No issues with the staff onsite, it must be hard to raise prices that much with patrons.

First, kayak allows misrepresentation that this business is within the airport and it is NOT. This business should not be promoted by Kayak or anyone else. Despite my private insurance and coverage by my credit card, they attempted to force me to take out their insurance at over $100 per day! I walked out and did NOT rent the car. There were multiple families angry and complaining and refusing to rent for the false advertising and attempt to extort people. It was a horrible experience! Shame on them!!!!

Planned to use our own insurance and was unaware Priceless required a $250 deductible in effect 90 days prior to rental. If we did not have that, we had to use their insurance which increased the rental to $729.00. In addition, didn’t realize Priceless was not located at the airport. A lot of our time wasted shuttling back and forth and finding another rental car. Maybe I missed the fine print or this was a case of if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t. Will never use Priceless or Kayak for rental car again.

The rental agency is a bait and switch switch operation and Kayak’s association makes question whether I should use Kayak. Look at their Google reviews.

Never mentioned that you need to take a shuttle to pick up the car. When you call the number you get like an operator and not someone at the actual location. Picked up the car with low tire pressure and then came to find a nail in the tire that they made me pay for even though it was how I picked up the car.

They refused to let me use my own insurance stating it was “too good” because of the deductible amount, which is required due to the amount of insurance we carry. They wanted me to pay $80 A DAY for theirs. Unbelievable. I did not rent with them and never will. Greatly complicated my trip. Extremely disappointed.

Priceless is a small business run out of an off-site parking lot. I booked the day before my trip and when I landed was texted instructions how to get a claim number and a shuttle to phone. The shuttle was prompt and it took me to a small lot with a shack that had the rental key. Once I picked it up, the car was new, clean and otherwise what you'd expect. Return was similar getting a return claim from the shack, calling the agency and telling them my miles, then getting on the shuttle.
