Our plane was delayed and we found out the night before. We tried calling priceless but no answer around 8pm so we sent a text that our plane was delayed 5 hours and we wanted our pickup time delayed 5 hours from 2pm to 7pm. Then the next morning which was the day of our flight we called again and this time spoke to a representative. We were told "just call us when you land in Tampa and we will send a shuttle to bring you to get your car. When we landed we called for a shuttle and were told your car has been rented, if you don't show up within 2 hours of your rental time we rent your car to someone else. We ended up going to Hertz in the airport and renting a car for a lot more money than what we had set up with payless. Worthless customer service.

I rented a midsized SUV, they provided a compact. They required I buy their insurance bc my personal policy wasn’t a $250 deductible, what a bullshit way to charge more for renting. I hope this place goes out of business

Location is not as simple as they state. Read the fine print many customers where caught in the bait and switch. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to rent from again. Still haven’t gotten deposit back even through they said it would only be 3 to 5 days it’s been 3 weeks. When you call it’s the same old run around. Steer clear of this business.

Everything was sketchy from the minute we arrived. Horrible experience picking up car. All cars offered were filthy. We, we along with other customers, were stranded at their off-off airport location when returning the car at 9am on a weekday as their office was closed during business hours. We had no transport options except for getting an Uber/Lyft back to the terminal. Never will rent from this company again.

Terrible, I never got the car. The rental car company was not open after 1:00 on a Sunday. This is. Opted somewhere in the fine print but never clearly highlighted. After standing on the curb waiting for a shuttle for half an hour I called the office and they were closed. I had to switch to Budget rental cars at the last minute and wound up paying a premium for that!!!!

It was advertised on Kayak as being at the Airport and it was not. The car was dirty and not anything like what I booked (booked RAV-4 or similar, was given a Venue - both literally SUVs but nor comparable in quality)
