Took FOREVER to get the car. We did not get the 7 passenger car I ordered, we got a ford edge which is 5 person so that was tight for us and our luggage. The process of signing paperwork was ridiculous with needing to show them our insurance paperwork in the office if we didn’t want to use theirs and bump our rate super high. The shuttle guy was not friendly and there was no mention of the fact they would not be open when we returned the vehicle and would not have a shuttle to airport. Also the security deposit was going to be $2000 held on our credit card. That is insane. Because I ended up having a credit card they worked with or something it went down to $200. I have never experienced such a messy and ridiculous car rental.

When I booked online, there was an option to select no insurance. I selected this, and then when I show up, they tell me I need to pay 10x the amount that the car rental costs for insurance. I ended up just not getting the car. I would like a full refund.

The Car was almost new, and was what I was expecting with respect to auto type. It took a while for the shuttle to arrive when I got into town to pick up the rental, and the initial rental process took some time as the client ahead of me had some issues, so I was made to wait. Only one rental person on duty. Drop off was quick and efficient, and the shuttle ride back to the airport was quick. All in all, a good experience.

Car rental was under $200 CAD, when I got to the counter they informed me they don't accept Canadian insurance companies and the cost of insurance for 5 day's would be $355 USD. This is a scam company,

I believe the fees should be upfront when I booked. The car is the keys and taxes were included, and I’ve got a bunch of other fees that I didn’t feel I needed to pay very disappointed.
