Never mentioned that you need to take a shuttle to pick up the car. When you call the number you get like an operator and not someone at the actual location. Picked up the car with low tire pressure and then came to find a nail in the tire that they made me pay for even though it was how I picked up the car.

They refused to let me use my own insurance stating it was “too good” because of the deductible amount, which is required due to the amount of insurance we carry. They wanted me to pay $80 A DAY for theirs. Unbelievable. I did not rent with them and never will. Greatly complicated my trip. Extremely disappointed.

Priceless is a small business run out of an off-site parking lot. I booked the day before my trip and when I landed was texted instructions how to get a claim number and a shuttle to phone. The shuttle was prompt and it took me to a small lot with a shack that had the rental key. Once I picked it up, the car was new, clean and otherwise what you'd expect. Return was similar getting a return claim from the shack, calling the agency and telling them my miles, then getting on the shuttle.

1st: inside windshield dirty with film. 2nd shuttle takes long to pickup at airport 3rd CarPlay would disconnect from gps 4th I was overpriced my flight was cancelled on tues next flight was Thursday sprit airlines pricesless charged me 780.00 for three extra a days. Never again oi use priceless I asked him if he could come down in price with the $780 and he said no because I rebooked a car for another three days and he charged me $250 a day which was very steep when I booked the car it was $359 for four days. I am very disappointed with the service and I will never use prices car rental again. I have very upset. If somehow I could get compensated I will be very much happier.

Did not rent a car from them after they try to upcharge 400 for there insurance

They are not in the terminal. You have to go to bus stop and drive 10-15 minutes offsite. The building they are in does not even have a sign on the door. When you try to complete the rental to the terms online, they will try to force you to get insurance that will quadruple price of rental. This place is a scam. Beware.

Rental agency runs a scam. Their listing asks you to bring your proof of insurance or you will be required to buy theirs. However when you get your car, they only accept the except the insurance of four five companies. They made me purchase insurance for $39 per day. I am disputing the charge with my credit card bank.
