Didn’t appreciate the surprise obligatory car insurance of 30$/day, for minimum coverage. My 120$ rental became 330$+taxes! Grrrrrrrrr

Terrible experience money took out my account a week ahead of time day of rental never received a rental having to dispute with my credit card company to try to retrieve my money back. The lady had a bad attitude at the rental car place and make every excuse to not rent the car. I want my money back..

Horrible service!!! Said they didn't have a reservation from us and never picked us up. We ended up renting from the Budget airport counter.

This was a terrible experience from the start. Their “shuttle” was being repaired so they sent a car that couldn’t fit everyone - despite me calling and telling them that we had golf bags. When we got to the check in, they refused to accept my credit card insurance - despite this being acceptable with every other car rental company I’ve rented from. They said it was in their “terms and conditions” and then pointed to some small print on a page. The car was OK, although one of the rear tires lost significant pressure on our small drive out to Kiawah and back again. Lastly, I filled the tank at a nearby gas station before return and they still charged me for refueling. I called to tell the I had receipts from the gas station and that I could prove that this gas station was only 2 miles from their location but the lady I spoke to refused to refund me the $20 they had charged, saying that the discrepancy must be because “the gas station was so far away” Terrible experience. I recently rented a car from Economy Car Rental cot, and while the booking process was easy, I was disappointed by the misleading information on their website regarding the kilometer allowance. The website stated that the rental included unlimited kilometers, but when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told a different limit applied. This caused confusion and unexpected extra charges. The staff were polite, but I wish the company ensured the information on their website matched the actual rental terms. Clear and accurate details are important for customer trust. I hope they update their website to avoid this issue for future renters.

Insane amount of fees and surcharges that made this more expensive than one of the name brands. Shuttle to the facility, longer waits. Just skip it and go to a known outfit. Hey at least it felt like the wheels were going to fall off the 56k mile rental car. Just awful start to finish.

The shuttle van to the off-site location was dirty and smelled of weed. The first driver to pick up us from the airport was not prompt, however our return driver was very pleasant and ready to pick us up. The car we rented still had some trash in it from the prior user.

Wrongly listed as part of airport rental terminal. Actually off airport pick up requiring a tram and shuttle to reach. Hit with excessive fee to use Sun Pass. Otherwise considerable fees.
