Pros:NOTHING
Cons:First the guy driving the shuttle had his spanish music blaring. Then the counters at the site are about 6ft high so you can't see what they're doing behind there. Then even though we had two insurances to put on the rental they said if we don't get their insurance then they will take $1000.00 deposit off our credit card. Treated us with such disrespect I was appalled. When I answered him back he said if I was going to be unpleasant he won't give me a car. We are elderly people and my husband fought two tours of Vietnam so that bully can treat us disrespectful. Trust me they haven't heard the end of me.
Cons:Seemed like a lot of people were upset, some people didn't know they needed insurance info and we're forced to buy there insurance.I took about 45 to get the car over and hr from the time we left the airport. We were lucky and had insurance info with us. The car was dirty inside.I was unable to use my father in law sun pass because they were not current on there bill. We called sun pass and they said there was no reason why we shouldn't be able to use the sun pass but because they had an outstanding bill on the registration we were unable to use it. Neendless to say I will probally just rent from the airport next time and save some headaches.
Pros:We did not like anything because they did nothing but lied to us
Cons:The Rental quote was 284.84 the charges we ended up with were 508.56. We were told we had to pay 10.00 $ a day more because we are over 65 years old the extra 63.68 I still do not know what for. I told them that I never for that charge. I told them I refuse to pay for that that we have no accidents or tickets. He went ahead with the paper work . I showed him my rental agreement and says you are not adding any thing on to that, he told me to sign several different times and each time I asked you are not adding any thing on and he told me no. We also have full coverage with State Farm, so we declined that charge also and again I told him I would only pay for the agreed amount. When we returned the car I argued with the Manager by the name of Frank.but the charge is the same. I will dispute the extra amount.
Cons:Undisclosed requirement to bring insurance paperwork. Multiple shuttle buses which was not disclosed as well. Add on charges that are required but not disclosed. Shuttle bus driver nice but infrequent shuttles.
Pros:Up front about the charges. Great car

Pros:It was easy to catch the shuttle from the Liberia airport and the driver was friendly. The car itself was fine, and the return was fairly easy.
Cons:I made the reservation which clearly spelled out the daily fee, taxes, etc. I also purchased the additional insurance, but when we got to the Economy office, they told us we had to buy even more insurance, and that what I had purchased through my Kayak reservation was worth nothing. We ended up having to pay an additional $350 in insurance coverage, otherwise put a $3k hold on my credit card, which I wasn't about to do. I'll never book this way again.
Pros:The car was in great condition.
Cons:The service was terrible for both pick up and drop off. When I went to pick up the car- my flight landed at 1am and I called to have the shuttle pick me up to take me to the rental place, and it took 30 mins for them to reach me. Once I arrived at the location, there were about 20 customers in line and only 4 people working. All the employees were young/ high school aged guys. They were not welcoming, or helpful. Once I walked out, I ended up having to purchase their insurance because they wouldn't take my 100% coverage insurance. All of the cars in the class that I rented were "in the shop." Then returning my car- there were so many people there that I had to wait all for them to just take the keys from me. I will not use this company again.
Cons:When I found the place (not easy), I was informed that I had to pay more for unlimited miles!! According to the rep. I was from New York and that was considered local?? They are in New Jersey which is a different STATE! They claimed that priceline was the middle man and they had no control of this. Ridiculous! About an hour car ride to get there. They tried to get me to accept their insurance plan and had to call my insurance to stop them. They video taped the condition of the car which was fine...until someone on the premises told me, "if I were you I would video tape also! I know what I'm telling you". I quickly took my cell phone out and recorded. I felt ripped off by this place because I had to pay much more for a car deal that indicated that it was unlimited miles. Make sure you ask one hundred questions before you decide to do anything with economy.
Pros:Nothing!!! The wait was only 50 mins to NOT get a car
Cons:1. Their rules aren't upfront. Their rules change according to their convenience and interpretation. 2. They had intensely overbooked and were throwing customers out after waiting in the queue for more than 45 mins because they couldn't fulfill the orders. Wish they had the courtesy to be upfront - we don't have cars, dont wait. 3. They were extremely rude from the get go!! Looks like they fought with not just us but with everyone during their turn!! I would NEVER go back there!! I rarely write such bad reviews!
Cons:Very disorganized company. Had to wait over an hour to get the car.
