Please do not allow your customers to rent from this incredibly unprofessional company. They lied about their location, they are not at the airport in Las Vegas but two shuttle bus rides away. There was a long line with 2 agents working and the people at the front of the line had been waiting 2.5 hours to get to that point. We left without a car

It took 2 busses from the airport, then over 2 hours to get our car. Apparently they are not fast, and they were short staffed, and had no backup plan, so they were catastrophically slow. We ended up missing appointments and having to reschedule things due to the delay. We will never use Easirent again. Car was fine. Rates were not significantly lower, so definitely NOT worth the hassle. Car return was fine.

Terriible. You should no longer do business with them. They marketed this rental as being on airport. It isn't. When I cancelled, they would not refund my rental. I cancelled within 60 minutes as soon as I found out that it was not on airport.

Air conditioner of car was not working. 45 euros for the full protection is too much as compared to other rental cars. ( 25 Euro).

Awful experience. The office was packed, they were clearly short-staffed, and no one ever acknowledged me. After waiting with no help, I gave up, called an Uber, and canceled my rental. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
