Cons:When booking the rental, it was falsely listed as being airport pick-up. In fact, the company is based a drive away from the airport. Misleading therefore to be listed an 'on aiport' pick-up and drop-off. Also, when waiting for their minibus to pick me up, I had to wait more than 20 mins for them to pick me up, despite the driver saying he would be there in 10 mins. Some other people waiting (with a small baby) told me they had been waiting for nearly an hour.

Pros:Staff were friendly and efficient.
Cons:The website and car rental voucher suggested that I would collect the car in the terminal, but instead I had to get a shuttle to East Coast's office which was not within the airport grounds.
Pros:Ease of booking online, pick up/return service from and to airport.
Cons:Car could've been a little cleaner, but overall it was good.
The hire process was simple and quick
Pros:Good Car, economic to run. Great service with prompt pick up and drop off at airport Excellent value (even with additional GST)
Cons:GST was not included in the quote
Pros:Friendly staff and very helpful in particular the manager car was clean and wonderful to drive
