The agent at ACE counter in Denver was very poor. He was more concerned with trying to sell me the toll pass which was a rip off. He didn't go over contract.

There was no option in the booking search function to specify an AWD or 4WD . We were flying into Colorado to go skiing. We got upsold for US$40 per day to an AWD. Really had no choice at that point. The upgraded car was great. We booked through QEED so it was probably more their issue than ACE's

The fees increased from what was advertised initially. They overcharged for gas, mileage and there is a delay a hassle to leave the airport to get to the facility. Not worth it
