Pros:One of the men who helped examine my car on drop off was very courteous, but the manager of this location was very aggressive and rude. One of the men who helped check me out suggested I call Amex to be reimbursed for scratches on my back bumper that should have been recorded by man who gave me the car in parking lot.
Cons:Rude check in staff and manager. Initial GPS given didn't work. Parking lot attendant was not available to answer questions re: car after handing over keys and was difficult to locate. Manger was extremely aggressive and rude when I returned the car with minor scratches on back bumper. When I explained these scratches should have been noted during check in process, he dismissed me. The parking lot attendant during check out was very courteous and introduced me to very pleasant desk agent who suggested I call Amex to be reimbursed for these estimated $500 in damages. If it weren't for the friendliness of the checkout parking lot attendant and very helpful desk agent, I would have been exceptionally frustrated. However, their wise advice enabled me to call Amex (credit card I used to book car) and file an insurance claim immediately. I will NEVER use ACE again and actively tell friends/family to avoid this car rental company at all cost.

Cons:When I got to the airport 8:00 am I asked for ACE and no one knew anything about it or where it was. So, I had to wait like 2 hours, then people of another company (green motion) appeared and they told me, the car you reserved is not ready. they gave me the car at 7:00 pm, so I lost all day there. then, they gave me the car completely dirty and in bad mechanical situation. so I have to change the car in another town in Mexico and at the end they wanted to ask more money saying that insurance was not inclusive in the reservation, but i didn't want the insurance since the beginner

Cons:Told at the counter I had to pay an additional mandatory charge for insurance--$408 dollars for the week even though I purchased the insurance option online at time of rental. Would have been cheaper to go with a major company and avoid the surprise

Cons:First they compared a daehatsu bego to a Jeep Wrangler which is what we thought we were renting. The battery was low so we were without a car for a whole day before they brought out another battery. Finally, there was a hairline crack in a tail light that they said was not there before. It was absolutely not noticible when we rented the car but the initial inspection is nothing like the final inspection where they make up charges. We were charged $350 for the tail light. Luckily I bohave got Allianz Insurance so I can get reimbursed. My sisters used National and had no problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Pros:A vehicle to get around and dropping the car off were the only good things about the experience.
Cons:No idea where to go to get to the shuttle, had to call and the person on the phone sounded annoyed that I didn't see a sign called "Other Shuttles" as there wasn't one as he described, only got lucky that I saw a shuttle coming up to the terminal and it stopped at a corner and we rushed over to it. The shuttle was pretty full only one empty seat after we got on. We were then taken to the lot where one person handed out one type of car, regardless of what you reserved, a Ford Expedition. With only one person working, it took over an hour and a half to get through all of the passengers on that shuttle. When I got to the front they said they didn't have my reservation but would find me something... the Ford Expedition. My girlfriend was waiting outside the trailer and asked what was happening in there because everyone coming out was so angry and you've been in there for over an hour and a half. Only one person working and he had trouble with every reservation. When we got to the car and opened the back to put our stuff in and we were hit with a beer saturated aroma that could compete with a frat house and put it to same and trash in the side compartments on the doors along dirty interior. There was no one insight to help only the guy inside and we had to make our hotel reservations. I apologized to my girlfriend and went around to get in. The guy in who got his rental right before me came pulling back up and I asked if his was filthy and smelly too and he said no there isn't any gas in it! Parking this beast of a vehicle was bad in the downtown area was a challenge for 3 days which was why I reserved an economy car. Customer experience in this case was very poor and I'm not likely to use ACE again.
